Cet hôtel est incroyable. Nous y avons 3 nuits. Nous avons été surclassés dans la villa avec piscine et jaccuzi chauffés moyennement un petit supplément. C'était magique. La propriété est magnifique : un très grand jardin avec plein de plantations, un très beau restaurant avec possibilité de manger dans des coins intimes sublimes, deux piscines à débordements chauffées incroyables, et une vue terrible. Les plats proposés au restaurant sont délicieux. Un vrai délice. Bravo au chef et à son équipe. Tout le personnel est parfait. Toujours le sourire, serviable, efficace et aux petits soins. das Personal war Spitzenklasse - um das Resort ist gar nichts, nur Natur pur. Das Frühstück ist spitze - an den restlichen Speisen im Warung und Restaurant könnte noch "gefeilt" werden. Die Treppen haben eine blöde Höhe und Tiefe und durch den ständigen Regen sind einige Wege sehr rutschig. Abendprogramm findet eigentlich gar nicht statt. Selten haben wir ein so nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal in einem Hotel erlebt - vielen Dank.

Very good place to relax and enjoy the Bali forest. The hotel is very quiet with many activities offered. Villas are very spacious and well decorated. Swimming pools and jacuzzi are amazing. Breakfasts and dinners were very good and tasty. All the personnel is so nice. U would definitively recommend staying few days in Munduk Moding Plantation during your trip in Bali.

Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!

The hotel is spread up and down a steep hill. The infinity swimming pools were really beautiful. Our garden suite room was small and cramped and the design of the bathroom unfortunat. The water from the shower leaked all over the floor. The most irritating part of staying there was the staff. They were clueless , which was surprising for a hotel of this stature. All dining staff did not seem to understand the order of a meal. We received first course and Main course together, then drinks and last the pre dinner snacks. There seemed to be no one who was in the know. A table reservation was ignored and all mealtimes were fraught with nonsense. We will however give the Spa full marks they were totally professional .

An all around great experience. We were there during the rainy season, so while we didn’t see a lot of sun, there was a lot to keep us happy: terrific food, especially the breakfasts, lovely staff, and loads of activities to keep us busy. Really recommend the trip to the waterfalls as well as the sustainability tour around the plantation. A perfect example of how well they take care of their guests was when we had to have our dehumidifier replaced because it wasn’t working. It was done very promptly and to make up for the inconvenience (and it really was hardly an inconvenience at all!) they gave us a voucher for both of us to have a full Balinese massage which was heavenly. Can’t recommend Munduk Moding Plantation enough.

Can't say enough about the staff at Munduk Moding and the incredible service we received here. Gargita was our private butler, and not only was he responsive and so accommodating, but he went over and above his duties to drive us to dinner personally one night when we decided we wanted to get off property at the last minute. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and it was just unbelievable. The grounds are incredible, everything is perfectly kept, and we LOVED the pool villa. Cannot overstate how much I'd recommend staying here on a visit to Bali!

My stay at Munduk Moding Plantation exceeded my expectations. I stayed in luxury suite and the the intentional design and details along with the amenities were everything. The views from my room and the infinity pool were stunningly beautiful and serene. The staff was exceptional making my accommodation feel like a home away from home. Roni was my driver for the four days. He was amazing! I would definitely come back to this resort.

Bästa hotellet vi har bott på. Fantastisk miljö där man bor i jättefina rum med utsikt över kaffeplantagen. Känns som att man bor mitt ute i regnskogen. Väldigt god mat och superbra service. Vår bokade taxi dök inte upp morgonen vi skulle lämna hotellet och då fixade dom en ny på bara några minuter för ett bättre pris trots att klockan var 6 på morgonen. Dom var duktiga och lyckades fånga upp att vi var där för att fira vår femårsdag och bjöd då på efterrätt och fixade till en fin hälsning i vårt rum med blommor och choklad. Överlag kändes dom väldigt genuina och omtänksamma. Finns mycket att se och göra bara på hotellområdet och dom har också bra utbud på utflykter i närområdet inklusive olika vattenfall. Spat var också super. Vi gjorde även en tur runt kaffeplantagen och fick lära oss kaffeprocessen. Kändes betydligt mer äkta och bättre än turistfällorna kring Ubud. Skulle definitivt rekommendera detta boende om man vill komma till en häftig och lugn oas av lyx borta från kaoset i turistorterna.

Delightful location high up in the mountain in a coffee plantation. They treated us like queens. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 friends had knee issues and they would promptly come pick them up on a golf cart. We sat in the hot tub above the infinity pool looking across the stunning panoramic view and pressed a button and were promptly served. They served the best seat in the house for us at the restaurant with a reserved sign at each meal. The massages were outstanding, and our rooms were fabulous. Felt like royalty. The staff are so friendly, remembered us by name and so accommodating. Would definitely go back if I was ever in Bali again. An outstanding experience.

The highlight of our trip were the people who worked at Munduk! The beautiful pool, coffee plantation tour, large rooms and nighttime music + bonfires were the cherry on top! The staff is exception from the grounds crew to the cleaning staff to the restaurant waiters. Do yourself a favor and chat with the amazing and friendly staff to get the full Bali experience! Thank you / Suksma Tuta, Supriawan, Kariasa, Su su (sumadi), Dipa, Chef Sri, Leo, Murda, Aditya, Anggun (Jo Jo), Irvan, Ariawan, Wira, the entire front desk team and anyone else at Munduk we might have missed!

Le meilleur hôtel que l’on ait fait à Bali sur notre séjour total de 10 jours. L’hôtel propose une réelle immersion dans la nature, au calme. Il nous offre aussi la possibilité de mieux découvrir la culture locale. Chaque villa est bien isolée en offrant une vue incroyable. Dette hotellet er virkelig en drøm! En helt utrolig lokalasjon. Du føler du er på toppen av verden, omringet av nydelig natur. Dette hotellet må oppleves. Reis rundt i Munduk og Gobleg village, her opplever du unik og autentisk balinesisk kultur. Ansatte er så hyggelig og hjelpsomme Det eneste vi ble skuffet over var maten og restaurantene. Maten var noe smakløs og restuarantene kunne hatt bedre innredning, mer dempet belysning.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Munduk Moding Plantation. We really enjoyed the Jungle Villa. The entire staff made our stay even better. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and it will alway be one to remember. She enjoyed her morning swim in our private pool, the afternoon tea, and the excellent food options. Also, the ladies in the spa were so delightful. We are already planning a return trip in July 2023.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die gesamte Anlage, die Herzlichkeit der Menschen, der Service - alles erstklassig! Die Küche war gut, wir haben auf Bali aber schon besser gegessen. Dennoch, insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.

Excellent resort with outstanding services. Reasonable prices for excellent foods. Great room service. The villa was great albeit a bit dated in style and decor but that did not take away from the magnificent stay we had.

Dette hotellet er virkelig en drøm! En helt utrolig lokalasjon. Du føler du er på toppen av verden, omringet av nydelig natur. Dette hotellet må oppleves. Reis rundt i Munduk og Gobleg village, her opplever du unik og autentisk balinesisk kultur. Ansatte er så hyggelig og hjelpsomme Det eneste vi ble skuffet over var maten og restaurantene. Maten var noe smakløs og restuarantene kunne hatt bedre innredning, mer dempet belysning.

An all around great experience. We were there during the rainy season, so while we didn’t see a lot of sun, there was a lot to keep us happy: terrific food, especially the breakfasts, lovely staff, and loads of activities to keep us busy. Really recommend the trip to the waterfalls as well as the sustainability tour around the plantation. A perfect example of how well they take care of their guests was when we had to have our dehumidifier replaced because it wasn’t working. It was done very promptly and to make up for the inconvenience (and it really was hardly an inconvenience at all!) they gave us a voucher for both of us to have a full Balinese massage which was heavenly. Can’t recommend Munduk Moding Plantation enough.

Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!
