The hotel were kind enough to move us to the newly renovated units so the room had an AC. Carpets throughout though so it was a bit dusty, and my crawling infant ended up with really dirty clothes. However the unit is spacious, Internet is fast, it's safe and really convenient due to being opposite the mall. Friendly staff and security. Kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, and some plates, cups and cutlery. Will book again.

Staff were very good and no problems with food or dining room. Room we were given had an ac unit only in lounge and not bedrooms. Unit was old and noisy and after turning on for 2 minutes blew the electrics at the mains several times. Reception was helpful and moved us to another room which was better but no ac units in bedrooms so overall quite warm. They did provide a fan but that was noisy. Room was not clean and needs a good update. No curtains in second bedroom at all. Overall not what I expected from Mercure and would not recommend this hotel to stay at. Not the people’s fault but hotel needs a good make over.
