The hotel itself was nice. Room was small, not what was described in the hotels.com description. Said it had separate dining area, picture showed table with chairs. Our room did not have this, which was disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, nice variety but small area where food was served. Did not use pool, but it looked very small. Hotel was in area central to the activities we wanted to go to.

Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. The included breakfast wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I've had elsewhere. The fitness room was way too humid, a bit cramped, and limited in equipment. Parking was tight because workers from next door construction project were parking in the hotel lot.

We called the day before arrival to confirm that the pool was working. The hotel desk told us it was not working and that it would be working the next day. We checked in to find out that the pool would not be done for2-3 days. My grand kids were coming over to swim with us and couldn’t. We did not stay there and instead stayed at a Holiday Express which had a pool please refund my money,

The location is really good just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. and right across the street from major freeway. I chose this place because of the amenities. Every suite has a small kitchen, refrigerator stove top, dish washer all plates pots, pans and utensils that made our 6 day stay very easy for meal and snack planning and affordable The breakfast buffet really was a buffet, real egg omelettes, french toast , turkey sausage, egg on english muffin. Full size Belgian waffle machine and Blueberry compost or syrup. 4 different kinds of bread with butter and cream cheese. Large crock pot with oatmeal and 10 different topping. 3 choices of cereal and fresh bananas and apples, 4 juices including fresh orange juice. 24 hour coffee and tea bar next to buffet. milk. chocolate milk and white milk in cartons with hard boiled eggs in small There is an indoor heated pool with full size outdoor grill that we used to barbeque Omaha steaks. Parking is ample and free with Handicapped spots right in front of door. We used the washers and dryer to launder clothes at my leisure. The hotel had a wheelchair we were able to use until Airline was able to locate our checked missing chair made our mobility issue nonexistent .Our friends that stayed at a competitor were very jealous when they saw they amenities that we were enjoying for comparable price. Nav the night clerk was very amicable and willing to help out in way and made our stay Townplace Suites a very enjoyable one

The caulking in the bathroom had black mold and the sheets were dingy and stained. The limited staff I interacted with did not have any care or concern for anything. I checked out 5 days early and they didn't even ask why. The beds are also bouncy and not good if you have back pain.

The room we stayed in was so run down and dirty. Cobwebs in the corners, big hole in the middle of the carpet, sticky tile floor and dried (what looked like boogers) on the bathroom walls, the bathroom light fixture extremely rusted. So disappointed that we paid so much to stay there.

There was blood on our comforter, the counter was still dirty, as was the shower. The beds were made though so it "appeared clean". I was told the GM would contact me and they never did. My husband tripped in the hallway on loose carpet and there was loose carpet in the elevator. Super cold pool. I did love that it was a very quiet hotel.

Property is close to the interstate and not far from the downtown area. There’s a walking trail along the river bank just in front of the parking lot. Parking is great not crowded. I wouldn’t book for the breakfast option as it’s minimal. I was disappointed. I would recommend Joes Cafe. The rooms are nice but not too quiet if you have someone upstairs from you that walks hard all night like I have to experience for 3 days. Reception staff were polite and always spoke when I entered and left the property. I did see a Starbucks close but not too many dining options in the immediate area. The mall is within 5 - 7 minutes for more options. Cleaning staff should pay more attention it room turnover. In looking for an item I misplaced, under the bed looked like a pair of men’s sandals which tells me they don’t do a thorough job of cleaning or clearing. I always bring wipes and Lysol spray.

We arrived 30 min prior to check in and with a toddler we just decided let’s try and check in see if they would allow us to do so as we had traveled a long ways to get there. The front desk lady told us it would be 45-50 min as they hadn’t even started cleaning the room yet, so we waited in the lobby until it was ready. While we waited my husband needed to use the restroom so he did and then he called me from the bathroom asking me if I could let him out as the door handle was not only missing but broken and he was locked in the bathroom from the inside and couldn’t get out. Fast forward to being able to check in at 3:15 we went to our room and it was filthy, nothing looked like it had properly been washed or cleaned, the light fixtures were hanging off the walls, the smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling by wires and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The most disgusting part was my toddler was crawling around on the carpet and I’m not even exaggerating when I say the tops of his feet were black from how dirty the floor was, it was absolutely disgusting! This all was only a portion of our one night stay, needless to say we will never go back!

I stayed 3 nights and very much liked the room. However, the "refresh" was lacking. All of the shower soaps where empty when I checked in and not refilled. only one trash can was emptied. The coffee was not refilled after the refresh. All I could tell they did was replace a towel and the same for the bar of soap. I question whether or not they even changed the sheets from the last guest based on what I saw. Also, a Q-Tip stayed in the hallway for two days.

The sheets were torn, the curtains had small holes in them, the ceiling was patched in spots and never painted over. You could see under the beds that they had not been vacuumed under for some time. Left over dry cereal, dust and a paper crushed into a ball. 3 towels and 2 washclothes for a family of 4 for 2 nights.

Staff was amazing but the room we stayed in had a squeaking noise every 30 seconds 24 seven above our head even when sleeping notified the front desk she said she will put a maintenance work order in but staff was great room was clean just all day squeaking above my head twice in one minute for 24 seven the whole day

The staff was nice, but this property is in need of attention. The room had sticky surfaces in multiple areas (door handles, chairs, etc). The walls and doors were badly scuffed and the handles on some of the furniture looked rusty. The mattresses felt like they were made of foam and you sunk in badly when you sat/laid down. The bathroom also had a musty smell. Also, heads up, this is a difficult location to get in and out of due to the insanely confusing highway interchange nearby.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the water pressure in the shower. Our room stunk like curry and cigarettes. I woke up feeling like I smoked a pack of cigarettes when it was a no smoking hotel. The TV was also the smallest I’ve ever had in a hotel.

We booked through Expedia, had our stay confirmed for a 2-bedroom suite. Upon arrival we got checked in, guest services was not friendly. Went to our room and it was a 1-bedroom suite with one king bed for a family of 5… so we went back down to talk to guest services, got told that booking through 3rd party is cheap and doesn’t guarantee our room, basically. So we have to contact them. Expedia refunded our stay and we checked out. Guest services on check in could have told us that the room we booked was unavailable, she knew exactly what we were talking about when we back to the lobby. Instead she tell us booking :rd is check, which was the same rate as the hotel upon booking. Just a more convenient process. Instead neglected to tell us and let our family of 5 got into a room with one bed. The inconvenience and lack of friendly staff will prevent us from staying in the future.

The lady at the front desk gave us incredible attention, very cordial and kind....the room was super clean with a clean smell throughout the hotel, the beds were very clean and comfortable...the breakfast was very complete and excellent service. ...I recommend it, I loved it. Very good service.

The lady at the front desk gave us incredible attention, very cordial and kind....the room was super clean with a clean smell throughout the hotel, the beds were very clean and comfortable...the breakfast was very complete and excellent service. ...I recommend it, I loved it. Very good service.

Had some issues with check-in and was initially ignored and told that the room we had booked was not available and it was not the hotels problem or Expedia‘s problem. Wrote a review on Google about the issues of two grown men being forced to share a king bed when we had booked to Queens, and two days later, the general manager moved them to an appropriate room. Nice hotel, just some difficult staff and poor property room planning.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We stayed several days. My husband suffered an injury, unrelated to the hotel, that required an ambulance & hospital stay. The staff was extremely helpful dealing with the details. We will definitely stay again.

We liked the desk staff and the breakfast, also having a laundry on site. We also liked the price and the amenities of the room. The location is far from our daughter's in Aksarben, but we enjoyed the drive along Pacific to get to her place. Prices in Aksarben were prohibitive. Rowdy construction workers drinking beer on the patio into the night got my goat.

The girl at the front desk that check me in was amazing. She got me a nice quiet room up on the fourth floor without me asking. I really hope that. You keep her as an employee. Would really recommend that.

We booked through Expedia, had our stay confirmed for a 2-bedroom suite. Upon arrival we got checked in, guest services was not friendly. Went to our room and it was a 1-bedroom suite with one king bed for a family of 5… so we went back down to talk to guest services, got told that booking through 3rd party is cheap and doesn’t guarantee our room, basically. So we have to contact them. Expedia refunded our stay and we checked out. Guest services on check in could have told us that the room we booked was unavailable, she knew exactly what we were talking about when we back to the lobby. Instead she tell us booking :rd is check, which was the same rate as the hotel upon booking. Just a more convenient process. Instead neglected to tell us and let our family of 5 got into a room with one bed. The inconvenience and lack of friendly staff will prevent us from staying in the future.

The hotel itself was nice. Room was small, not what was described in the hotels.com description. Said it had separate dining area, picture showed table with chairs. Our room did not have this, which was disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, nice variety but small area where food was served. Did not use pool, but it looked very small. Hotel was in area central to the activities we wanted to go to.

Overall place was quiet, clean and well maintained. Stuff is polite and helpful. I didn’t like that it wasn’t close to restaurants or stores walking distance. Other than that we had everything we needed in the room even to cook if we wanted too. Recommend

Property is close to the interstate and not far from the downtown area. There’s a walking trail along the river bank just in front of the parking lot. Parking is great not crowded. I wouldn’t book for the breakfast option as it’s minimal. I was disappointed. I would recommend Joes Cafe. The rooms are nice but not too quiet if you have someone upstairs from you that walks hard all night like I have to experience for 3 days. Reception staff were polite and always spoke when I entered and left the property. I did see a Starbucks close but not too many dining options in the immediate area. The mall is within 5 - 7 minutes for more options. Cleaning staff should pay more attention it room turnover. In looking for an item I misplaced, under the bed looked like a pair of men’s sandals which tells me they don’t do a thorough job of cleaning or clearing. I always bring wipes and Lysol spray.

The staff was nice, but this property is in need of attention. The room had sticky surfaces in multiple areas (door handles, chairs, etc). The walls and doors were badly scuffed and the handles on some of the furniture looked rusty. The mattresses felt like they were made of foam and you sunk in badly when you sat/laid down. The bathroom also had a musty smell. Also, heads up, this is a difficult location to get in and out of due to the insanely confusing highway interchange nearby.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful every time we visited the desk. The facility was really, really cold! However we were able to make our room comfortable. The room was very comfortable and clean. The property is a little tricky to access but safe and well located to access shopping, and other activities in Omaha. The outside was a little unkept but it was the weekend and people were utilizing the outside making it difficult to keep it completely clean. The breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment- not well stocked at all for a Sunday morning with a pretty full hotel. Other than breakfast, the stay was enjoyable, safe and relaxing!

The location is really good just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. and right across the street from major freeway. I chose this place because of the amenities. Every suite has a small kitchen, refrigerator stove top, dish washer all plates pots, pans and utensils that made our 6 day stay very easy for meal and snack planning and affordable The breakfast buffet really was a buffet, real egg omelettes, french toast , turkey sausage, egg on english muffin. Full size Belgian waffle machine and Blueberry compost or syrup. 4 different kinds of bread with butter and cream cheese. Large crock pot with oatmeal and 10 different topping. 3 choices of cereal and fresh bananas and apples, 4 juices including fresh orange juice. 24 hour coffee and tea bar next to buffet. milk. chocolate milk and white milk in cartons with hard boiled eggs in small There is an indoor heated pool with full size outdoor grill that we used to barbeque Omaha steaks. Parking is ample and free with Handicapped spots right in front of door. We used the washers and dryer to launder clothes at my leisure. The hotel had a wheelchair we were able to use until Airline was able to locate our checked missing chair made our mobility issue nonexistent .Our friends that stayed at a competitor were very jealous when they saw they amenities that we were enjoying for comparable price. Nav the night clerk was very amicable and willing to help out in way and made our stay Townplace Suites a very enjoyable one

Although the room was good and appreciated the extra amenities, there were signs of wear on the walls of the room and the breakfast area was severely under maintained as there was no attention to what items were out and there was no one replenishing the supply. Very disappointing.

Hotel was OK. The suites are very nice for a family with kids. Only thing to complain about was the provided breakfast on a Saturday morning was poorly stocked. Had to wait close to a half hour to get a bagel to make an egg sandwich.

We made our reservation prior to arriving to Omaha. Assuming the Marriott name we thought it would be well kept and safe. The outside of the hotel is very unkept, dirty, and dingy. Checkin reception was rude. The inside is quite dated. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast did not have good, healthy options. It was hard to find help while eating. The girl was so busy trying to keep stocked she could not take care of guests. She needed more help. Would recommend other families to go somewhere else.

Breakfast offerings were very limited and were not replenished quickly for others to partake. Front desk staff need a raise because they were running back and forth trying to make everyone happy and she had an EXCELLENT attitude while doing so.

Only complaints we had was 1. Requested a handicap accessible room, we received a regular room with a very low toilet, which was hard to use being so low. 2. Breakfast was delicious, but would recommend getting a second waffle iron. Lots of people waiting to be able to make waffles. But.......the beds were so soft, never woke up once through the night, which is very unusual for me.

So overall a decent place to stay for a quick overnight. The hotel was clean and in a good state of repair. This was my experience that made it a little less desirable than other places I’ve stayed in Omaha: The room was cramped and small for a ‘suite’ (King with small pullout loveseat sofa), the lobby reception and seating area for breakfast was very cramped and small- everyone was elbow to elbow at breakfast (not terrible but would have a little more pleasant if we had more room, only 2 of us), and the gym area while clean, had some very worn equipment (bench was rusty and torn, one of two treadmills were out of order, and the working treadmill had a rip in the belt that almost led to a fall); I think I wouldn’t be writing half as much in this review, though, if I had felt that the staff was a little more helpful when my son slipped in the pool area and sprained his ankle. The one ice machine for the hotel was out of order, so I asked the front desk for a little assistance and they said the only option was to make ice in the ice trays in the room, not ideal since they were empty and it would take a while, but okay, a cold washcloth could work for a bit. Bought a dose of Aleve from the shop area for $5 and went back to my room. Could have been a nice gesture to comp the Aleve but I get it, tight margins and what not. I should have brought a first aid kit. At any rate, again, decent place for a quick stay, but I wouldn’t recommend for anything longer, by my experience.
