I stayed at this property because they advertise on their website... Yes the Marriott website that they offer Free complimentary shuttle and as an alternative the free train ride from across the street that goes to domestic terminal. I arrived at international terminal with 3 suitcases, a service dog and a backpack and I had to get Uber. When I complained to the desk they told me I should have stayed in another hotel. I want my money back plus the money I spent for Uber.

Convenient location, easy to get to via the Skytrain. Front desk staff during both check in and check out were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical for a “breakfast included” offering. They don’t have a restaurant, but neighboring properties are a short walk away. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom was not bright.

The property had a lot of wear and was dirty. The rooms was decent but you could tell it was old and there were items broken. One of the elevators had vomit in it. The hotel front desk staff was amazing but the propety itself needs a deep clean.

Don’t be surprised by the $40 parking fee that is impossible to find on the Expedia app. The room itself was nice except it smelled like mold so bad it was hard to breathe. Beds are hard and pillows aren’t great. It was very quiet and clean. Staff was nice.

The property was out dated. The pullout couch mattress was very old and a previous guest apparently left a used tissue on it. The bathroom was unusual. You had one room with a sink and toilet then the other bathroom had the shower and a sink. The beds were also super low to the ground and looked old. The photos on the site were very misleading especially for the amount we paid for the hotel. Plus some of the staff members were not exactly very friendly.

The customer service was very good. My only complaint is when we pulled out the trundle or hideaway bed it was filthy and unable to be slept on by our son. They were unable to provide a room with a second bed. I don’t believe the mattress or bed had been cleaned in quite some time. When we pulled the mattress out there was a vial of oil, used toothpick, an ink pen and and what looked liked 6 months worth of crumbs from under your couch. The shower was broken and when we tried turning it on it fell into the tub. Kayla at the front desk was very nice and helpful at check in. Her customer service was great.

We checked in at 1am because of flight delays but even at that time, the front desk assistant was friendly and helpful (providing info on how to get to the skytrain and schedules). The room was literally HUGE and the beds very comfortable. There was a sofa in there that was as big as a bed so I had one of my daughter sleep in it. We missed breakfast because of our early flight, but our overall experience was great.

Sink was clogged. Maintenance took care of the day we told the front desk while we were out and about. The AC unit would only work for about 15 minutes and then would error out. Nobody fixed it and our stay was warm during the night causing someone to get up and reset the AC during the night multiple times. Otherwise would have been a good stay. Conveniently connected to the airport with a free short Skyline train ride.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good (it was difficult for them to keep the hot items replenished), the room was not suitable for two people who get up at different times. We were in a king room. All of the doors are frosted white glass without a wall separating the "living area" from the bedroom. Therefore, you cannot keep the bedroom dark when you need any lights on. However, the staff was amazing (explaining the need for a door key in the wall so that your power does not go out, giving us an extra key for this purpose, and being very generous with their time for any other questions we had.) Our bed was very firm and I thought it was just this hotel, but my daughter stayed on the same floor and her bed was too soft. (She could not believe how hard our bed was when she checked it out compared to hers.) Things to make your stay the best: Ask for an extra room key (for the one that has to stay in the pocket on the wall your entire stay, bring a sleeping mask if your partner needs to get up before you, and go to breakfast when they start serving, not an hour after, and come with an open mind about the firmness or softness of your mattress.

Very convenient when you get in late and have to leave early! Walkable from airport Skytrain. Nice, clean, comfortable. Staff was kind and efficient. The same kind person checked me in at midnight and checked me out at 7:00.

It was great to have a nice mattress that pulls out from the sofa. We are a family of four and were staying in this hotel after the long trip, so it was helpful to have two queen beds, one sofa and one mattress. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open. Also, the faucet was broken. The water comes out, but the faucet was loose. I tried to turn it to position it to the middle of the sink, but it would not. The chair was broken that my husband needed to fix it. Except for the bed situation, we were not too happy with this room. The issues have to be checked by staff and taken care of.

We stay here for an overnight layover. It was exactly what we needed. We got a two queen suite which was perfect for our family of five. They were able to get us a crib, no problem. The room was very spacious. The only issue is breakfast is served from 7-9am. This seems really limited given a lot of people are staying here to be close for early morning flights.

The lady who checked us in was rude. She spoke like a robot and got upset when we asked her to repeat herself. She made a snide remark when we asked for a room in a quiet section of the hotel (it was 11 pm And we had just come from overseas travel 14+ hours and had a child who needed to sleep!). She also charged us for parking even though we said we were self parking elsewhere . The positives : room was spacious. It was nice having separate shower and toilet area. Bed was average. Breakfast was above average : frittatas and boiled eggs, oatmeal, assorted breads , yogurt, egg and cheese croissants. Negative: no locks on bathroom doors. Blanket had a stain. Pull out mattress was dirty (it had crumbs) and stinky

I had a horrible experience at a different hotel where my car was broken into and the rental company gave me a run for my money. When I checked in the receptionist, Kayla was AMAZING. She was very accommodating and even gave us recommendations of places in walking distance so we could get some food after dealing with the mess we had to deal with. When I got to the room a person came up with a birthday bag with goodies in it from Kayla and another receptionist named Heaven. It cheered me up and showed me that they really cared! Even upon checking out the staff down stairs was amazing. If I ever decide to return to Atlanta, which I may not, I would definitely stay here and you should too!

This hotel was clean and close to domestic terminal. But far from international terminal if you need to get there, stay somewhere else or give yourself lots of time. Also the front desk staff seemed unprepared for all the people checking in late at night. Otherwise was a fine place.

What makes this hotel SO unique and attractive is its LOCATION directly on the Atlanta Hartsfield Skytrain rail that connects the Rental Car Center to the terminal. That means NO AIRPORT SHUTTLES to wait for. Just board the (free) Skytrain heading to the Rental Car Center... it makes one stop at the "Gateway Hotels." Yes, there are three other Gateway Hotels, but the front door of the Springhill is like 22 steps away from the Skytrain. The others are close, but the Springhill is closest. And to make it EVEN BETTER, there is an enclosed walkway from the Atlanta West Parking Deck that is directly adjacent to the hotel!! And the price? My most recent stay was $158 per night plus $16 to park. Covered parking connected by covered walkway to the Springhill connected by the Skytrain to the airport Terminal. What could be better?? Oh, clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with couches and desks and free breakfast. Try the Springhill Gateway Hotel if you are ever flying through Atlanta!!!!

We stayed one night after an international flight. Check in was quick and friendly. Room very nice, clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the lady in charge was very friendly. When I booked the room I was sure it said there was a shuttle service, when I called after we got in they said no shuttle. You take a shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic terminal and then take a sky train to the hotel. Once we figured that out it was fairly easy. Would stay there again

This hotel is perfect for an overnight at the Atlanta Airport or downtown Atlanta as there is a 40$ parking fee. We came back from a trip and had a rental car but Springhill is along the Airport Skytrain which most people used. Breakfast: good coffee and 2 gluten free pastries and more. Front desk was friendly and suggested nearby hotel restaurants.

Would have given five stars if they offered a decent breakfast, which is one reason I chose this hotel. For the price, breakfast should have had more options. Also, I am always surprised and annoyed when there is little selection of teas. In this case, only Earl Gray, which might be one of the only options I don’t like. Anyway, the only thing really worth eating was an orange. Eggs were not great, and with 15 minutes left before “closing” many options were already put away. If you’re open until 9:00/9:30, all options should be left out until then.
