"The hotel exceeded all expectations. my room was a perfect blend of comfort and cleanliness. The staff were attentive and proactive, not just providing directions or coffee, but genuinely anticipating every need. It was a rare and remarkable experience

Front desk was SUPER friendly and spoke great English, which made everything very easy. The food is homemade and delicious, a really beautiful touch. The place has a cozy, authentic vibe and it’s perfect for a short stay (2–3 nights). Cleaning and overall management could use some improvements, especially in the cave rooms, but overall we had a very nice experience.

Nice rooms a little outside the louder area. We liked it a lot. The breakfast was good for the price, you can reach all the attractions on food, if you need anything the reception will help you out.

This hotel is in a great location, and I like the room carved out of the cave concept. The internet was slow, the lighting on the walkway to the upstairs was lacking, the bed mattress was bad. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
