The property is a Jewel. Staff is very good and food is awesome. The breakfast is very good. Property is quiet and has great view of the valley. There are two minor annoyance. There is limited parking and the internet in my room was spotty though it worked great in the lobby and even when I got out of the room.

My wife and both agree, this is the exact type of place we like ti vacation in. Small enough for the personal touch yet all of the amenities we were looking for. The views and grounds were special. Plus the the restaurant was fantastic!

L’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel : rien à redire, tout était parfait. La vue est à couper le souffle, les chambres d’une propreté impeccable, ravissantes , le nombreux personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable, mention spéciale à Tarik de la réception , adorable, qui parlait français et nous a très bien conseillés. Le petit- déjeuner est excellent, le restaurant également. Là encore le personnel est parfait ! Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels du monde entier et cet hôtel surclasse tous les autres. Excellent location, staff, accommodations. Beautiful hotel, views and the rooms are great. My room had no air conditioning. It would be better to have AC when I visited in august. But it wasn’t bad given that the room is built into the cave. So, it wasn’t too hot even this time of year. Otherwise, great experience all around.

Lovely stay at the hotel in their family room. Breakfast was amazing, staff was very nice. Only minor issue was that the heat was hard to control (it was on or off) but I guess that comes with the territory of staying in a cave!

We had a really lovely stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in the hills with wonderful views around. All the major attractions were super close. We were on our honeymoon and they provided us a nice welcome cake and allowed us to check in early at no additional cost. Would highly recommend this place.

PROS -Great location, great views and great staff! One of the nicest hotels we\'ve ever experienced. -Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great communication. -Rooms were super clean, spacious and our terrace had a great view. -Good location within walking distance to a few shopping stores and many places to eat. -Area was quiet and property was super nice and clean. -Moniq restaurant had amazing food and breakfast was included in our stay. Loved this! -They were great with arranging transportation if we needed it and they were great with giving us the history of the region upon arrival CONS -We booked through Expedia and selected "pay later" or what Expedia calls "book now, pay later" so we were supposed to pay upon arrival. However, the hotel took the full amount for the stay out of our card 2 weeks in advance. Apparently this is an error on the hotel\'s part, not Expedia since the hotel gives those details/policies to Expedia. I hope the hotel can fix this since this is a big deal to a lot of people who are anticipating not having to pay until they arrive. -Hotel for the area and for Turkey is on the more expensive side. However, our room was fantastic and you definitely get what you\'re paying for! -Our room was right next to the main street the hotel is located on, you could hear some traffic throughout the day while in our room but it never kept me up at night and I am a light sleeper.

Outstanding views of the fairy houses, caves, and surrounding landscape. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The Turkish style breakfast was amazing. Moniq offers an excellent menu featuring local Turkish foods. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The cave rooms are beautifully furnished. Our stay was a recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law whom had enjoyed a wonderful stay a month ago. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Restaurant staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and well decorated, however, despite the beautiful views of the valley you are instructed from viewing the majority of the hot air balloons. The biggest critique of the hotel is the front desk staff. Resul was great but the rest were entirely unreliable. We had made a pre-booking for any activity as advised and were not assisted when the activity was cancelled. They dismissed our concern and failed to communicate with any alternatives. We enquired several times to explore rebooking however the staff does not have the work ethic and initiative as other hotels do. I would recommend this property for a clean, safe and well manicured hotel but look elsewhere for more substance, reliability and customer service.

The hotel location is on the edge of pigeon valley and has an excellent view of it, especially during the night with light on. The free breakfast is excellent, and we really enjoyed it during our stay. The staff members are very helpful. We highly recommend it.

The property and the location is absolutely beautiful. Best part that its away from the super touristy and crowded Göreme. Its a good thing believe me. The staff and service is Compassionate and Excellent. Resul was of amazing help like a family friend almost. I take 1 star away for 2 things, Moniq restaurant could have better food and better variety and second, one of the rooms in the cave suite we stayed had a little, just a little bit of stale smell.

Excelente comunicacion con el hotel. Muy atentos, estuvieron pendientes de nositros siempre. Nos arreglaron todas las excursiones antes de llegar y el guía excelente. The room was beautiful and spacious! Extremely hard-working, kind, efficient, and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, the best I had my entire time in Turkey! I had dinner at the restaurant twice as well and highly recommend. One small issue with my room was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Perhaps the vent was near a smoking area but I had to keep the door shut otherwise the entire room smelled bad. My only suggestion for improvement is for the reception staff to provide accurate requirements for tours booked and perhaps offer other options through other companies. Some options were overpriced and I was told I needed to walk to the ATM to get cash when the company readily accepted credit card without any issues. The hotel was amazing beyond my expectations and I’ll be sure to stay here next time I come to Kapadokya and have already recommended it to friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

O hotel é muito bem organizado e possui uma vista bonita. Esta bem no meio do centrinho local proximo a muitos restaurantes muitos bons. O restaurante do hotel é bem limitado e muito acima do preço da região para qualquer restaurante. O cafe da manha tb é fixo, eles servem sua mesa e vc pode escolher se quer ovos ou nao. No geral o Hotel é bom, o unico ponto negativo foi o atendimento dos funcionarios no restaurante.
