Stayed here many times over the years. Good quiet location but still within walking distance to several restaurants and other food places. Few minutes walk to the BTS sky train. Good hot water pressure. Quick check in and out. Good indoor parking but a little confusing entrance in google map. Would stay again.

Extremely upmarket I was upgraded as I could not participate in the breakfast offering. My room was truly amazing Cleaners come every day and thoroughly clean my room from head to toe. The property itself was upmarket, I spent most of my time in the gym overlooking the stunning grounds and pool. "I have been staying at your facility for already seven years. Over the past few months, I've been coming about once in a 3 months, following the same pattern. I am now a regular customer. There are two concerns I have. The first is about the decline in the quality of the welcome service. I remember the service used to include a variety of drinks and cakes. As a regular customer, I am very disappointed with the new service that only offers drinks, which lacks variety. The second is about your wonderful pool, which is loved by all guests. Until now, I had only ever seen and experienced a clean pool at your facility, but during my recent four-day stay, I was shocked to find the pool was murky, dirty, and had not been properly cleaned, making it impossible to swim. Why have you stopped cleaning the pool? Since you have such a great facility, it would be better to keep it clean. As you can see, there were no guests swimming in the pool. Given the condition, the pool was too dirty and murky for anyone to swim in."

Property is much more dated than photos advertised. Bed was clean, but walls wer grey, shower seals were black with mould, rusted toilet roll holder. You pay what you get, I paid about sgd$40/night after what appeared to be a heavy discount off the booking platform. For context, I usually pay $150/night on average, the existing reviews are either 10/10 or 2/10 for cleanliness, so it was confusing. It is about 25 minutes drive from Chinatown area, and goes up to 45 minutes Friday night bumper to bumper traffic jam. To be fair, I stayed 2 nights, and I changed to another hotel closer in chinatown on my 3rd night.

Fantastic value for money. Great bed with 2 different size pillows, huge room with washing machine and small line on balcony for clothes drying [executive room] Awesome breakfast and very helpful staff. Not much as far as english speaking tv channels go so maybe bring a PC and hdmi cable. Short walk to BTS and awesome little street food area with entertainment just across the road. Definately stay here again.

I think last renovated in the 80’s, can see its old, slightly on the dirty side with marks on the floor. Check in staff were correct, but not friendly. Good for a night if you only use it to sleep, for comfort there are far better places

No coffee or tea anywhere.Room cleaing once a week and only Tuesdays. And no conseirge service to call a cab when leaving and they wouldn't hold luggage for 5 minutes..Not to mention a staff rang the door bell just before midnight to check on bathroom tap that was functioning properly..

Good pool, location ok not too far from bts. Staff not very helpful, turned up hour n half early and told check in at 2pm which was fine. Pre checked in/filled in form ect, went to grab somthing to eat with 30mins left to wait. 2.20 pm after waiting 50mins in front of them no signal from them to get keys or complete checkin I had to go ask again. Gave us keys to room with no directions, tried to enter elevator then got told it was the wrong one (again they were right there). If i was by myself i wouldn't mind but i had with a 5 and 10 year old with me. Internet didn't work, it cuts out every 5mins if you could get on. Air con stopped working in midle of night.Told them in morning and problem was resolved. Other than that everything ok clean n tidy. Very snobby feeling for no reason however.

洗濯を2日以内に届けてくれるエクスプレスコースに出したが、料金は通常の料金しか取られず、その代わり3日以上かかった。料金だけ支払い、洗濯物はいつ届くのかフロントに聞いたところ、今日部屋に持って行くとのことであったが、結局その日は来ず。翌日フロントに催促を入れて直接受け取った。初めから今日届けるなんか言わなければ無駄に部屋で待つ必要がなかったと思う。正直に答えて欲しかった。

スタッフはフロント、クリーニング皆さん誠実に対応してくださいました。自室の洗濯機が途中で止まったりセーフティボックスが開かなくなったことがありましたが直ぐに対応してくれました。 BTSプラカノン駅から徒歩4～5分と近くとても便利。 BTS沿いなので明るく夜遅く帰宅も安心です。また、次回も泊まりたいです。

バンコクの王宮等までは距離がありますが、とても静かな場所に位置している事、BTSプラカノン駅のすぐ近くでコンビニも歩道橋を渡ってすぐのところにあるので便利でした。朝食も種類は豊富ではないですが普通に美味しくいただくことが出来ます。プールには入りませんでしたが欧米のお客さんは入っているようでした。部屋も大きくて快適でした。ただ、洗濯機は少し使い方が難しくなんとなくで使いましたが夜中に回すと結構うるさいので出かけている時間にかけておくことをお勧めします。

The food at the buffet breakfast is outstanding! I spent 3 months in Japan before arriving and the food is good even by their standards. Base breakfast is fried rice, perfectly cooked eggs (taste like range-free eggs to me), omelet, pork or chicken sausages, and ham. Also various dim sum manju and siu mai. There are two Thai stir-fried vegetable dishes each day which are perfectly seasoned. Then another tray which also varies each day: French fries, croquettes, gyoza, fried squid rings, wun tun, or plump, delicious pankyo-fried shrimp. There is also a home-made soup each day which can be fabulous. Salad bar has huge pieces of four different greens and there are 5 different home-made salad dressings.

駅に近く移動に便利。洗濯機や電子レンジが常備されている部屋も格安で長期滞在には、良いと思います。一方でスクンビット通りに隣接している為、夜も若干うるさい時があります。静かな部屋を希望であれば、大通りかな離れたサイドを希望されると良いと思います。あと朝食メニューが単調です。。。
