Excellent location and view in the old town. Great accommodations, excellent breakfast available and facilities are well maintained. Valet parking is available but slightly difficult to get to during the festival de San Fermin.

Quiet location secluded from, but very convenient for, local amenities and sites. Tiny but delightful pool and terrace - when you find them. Pleasant bar. Room and bathroom adequate and clean if a touch charmless. Perhaps the history as a convent shows through!

We loved our two night stay here so much that we booked again for January. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are stylish and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant and stuff are wonderful, too. They also have a small but very functional gym downstairs.

Very nice room and comfortable. Good value for money and location. Valet service to unload the car and take bags to the room much appreciated. He also parked our car for us and brought it to the door when we left. Very impressive!!

We were in Pamplona for the San Fermin festival and stayed here. In a sea of chaos, this is an oasis. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast is wonderful, and the restaurant for dinner has an amazing menu of classic Spanish and western dishes. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. When in town, a must stay… also, it is very close to the river path, which is a 3 mile out, 6 out and back, which is beautiful.

There is only limited parking available at this hotel. Email assured us valet parking was available and it wasn’t. Meant a 20 min round trip hike to park. Hotel decor is a bit strange and very dark. One room had view of mud and construction. Beds were comfortable and fine location.

The hotel's location is great, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. In the room, I missed cosyness, warmer temperature (the floors were freezing!), conditioner (any!) and better shampoo and other toiletries, a bath robe, a kettle and a coffee maker + tea and coffee, and a minibar with much more content than a couple of sodas. The walls and the door are also extremely thin / lets noise through, and I didn't see a point in placing us next to rooms with other guests and rooms that were in renovation / maintenance.

Hotel IMPOLUTO. Limpio, elegante y con un claro estilo moderno. Los recepcionistas muy amables, dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier aspecto. Muy silencioso y acogedor. Pese al frío que nos hizo, propio de esta época invernal, las calefacciones y la calidad de los cerramientos en ventanas han hecho nuestra estancia super comoda. El baño muy limpio y la calidad de toallas y ropa de cama con una calidad impresionante.

Not a 4-star experience. Rooms are more on par with a 2-3 star US hotel. Beds and pillows are hard and the room lacks amenities (no coffee/tea). It was a hot day after we arrived from walking the Camino and the AC was still in winter mode. They told us to wait for the sun to go down at 9pm for it to cool off! We opened the windows out of necessity and had bugs in our room all night.

We had one of the superior rooms on the corner of the property with views down onto the River Arga. The room shape was odd - narrow in places resulting in the overall usable area being rather compact. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Private (valet) parking is available at a reasonable day price.

The hotel is fine. Room was a little small but the view was fabulous. The only issue that was distressing was that in the listing and confirmation information stated that they provided transfers from the train station. As our train did not arrive until 11:00 pm, I messaged the hotel to request pickup, only to be told that info was wrong and we could get a taxi. Turned out we stood in a taxi line until midnight in cold temperatures because there were so few taxis.

Hotel once you leave the lobby area is extremely tired/worn. Rooms are okay, but also very worn. Walls are extremely thin/no sound proofing and we could hear a family in the room across the hallway having a temper tantrum (sound carried all the way from one end of the corridor to the lifts). Likewise the floor above, you can hear voices through the ceiling. Staff were very friendly, but the hotel condition is a long way past its best. Good location on the outskirts of the old town, everything walkable.

Great hotel in a perfect location to visit the old town of Pamplona. Inside the historic perimeter so walking only except for taxis and authorized vehicles. Comfortable beds the twin singles are actually larger than a King bed. Restaurant is god and prices are as low as in the town so a great option for first night. Excellent staff.

Nice hotel in old town. Very quiet and good beds and linens. Friendly staff. We were able to get a last minute dinner reservation because Oscar called for us. Easy to walk thru old town and to the bullring. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The woman at reception desk when we checked in and checked out was extremely rude. She overcharged me for complimentary breakfast we were offered. When I mentioned this to her she said “I know”. She did take it out from our bill but she was so dismissive since the moment we arrived (maybe she didn’t like us? Still, it’s a business in the service annd hospitality area!). I come to Pamplona every month and it’s my first, and last time, staying at this hotel. Access to the hotel is not easy either, but, more than anything, it was the service and hospitality that was completely lacking, as if they were doing you a favor for allowing you to stay there.

It's an OK place to stay. The lobby area is not welcoming at all. Service is ok. Room was ok. Asked to have shower inspected as it was not sraining well, and it wasn't checked/reviewed. Room service was hit/miss. A/C was the only highlight; very good. Good location, within the historic area. Would stay again? Probably not, but it is an ok option.

My regards for Puri a front desk Lady who was extremely cordial with Us helping me out with my last minute reservation, food and printing my Fightbull Tickets. If you’re there for the running of the bulls, it doesn’t get much more central than this. Great location, good crowd, safe, a bit loud at night but nothing is going to save you from the late festivities if you’re within the city

Top location within the old town but can be reached by car and hotel has parking garage! All old town sights within short walking distance, yet the area is still quiet, which is a plus as some other areas are bustling with people and noisy. The reception staff is super friendly and offers help and guidance. Very much enjoyed my stay!

The hotel and location were excellent, with only a 2 minute walk to the main square and Cathedral etc. Parking was a real bonus, and easily accessed at the rear of the Hotel. Just drive up to the front and a member of staff will park your car. Use (Portal Francia ) on your Satnav to find the access through the park. It seems strange, but that is the best route as reception explained.

Beautiful hotel in traditional building in the old town. Highly recommend, set back from the noisier streets, quiet by night. 5 min walk into the centre, close to tapas bars, restaurants. Would definitely return.

This hotel is amazing. It sits at the top of Pamplona it was a great place to stay for running the bulls. It’s walking distance to everything and four blocks from the start of the running of the bulls. It’s also a great place to get away from everything even though it’s so close.

Lovely, peaceful hotel considering the hustle and bustle of Pamplona itself at night. Very comfortable room and we slept very well. Word of warning our sat nav took us on a route which included walking at the end but we ignored it and managed to find the hotel eventually and the staff were great and parked the car for us in the hotel’s secure car park. We discovered on arrival that we’d had an email explaining what route to take but as we’d only booked on the day hadn’t seen it! The hotel is central to all the restaurants and sights of Pamplona and everything is very easily walkable.
