Didn't like that there were no USB ports in the room. 1st hotel I've been in like this. Pool was dirty.

The hotel is located in the best area if you want to shop. The downfall about the hotel is that the icemaker on the fourth floor did not work. Also, we had a bad experience with our next-door neighbors. Their kids were extremely loud and were constantly green bean and crying. I know that that’s not the hotel‘s fault but it was hard to get a good nights rest because the screaming and crying went on till late at night and early in the morning plus they were also slamming doors

Good experience the only thing is they need to control the amount of people at the pool because half of them were not quests of the hotel the girl at the front desk did try to get them out of there but they came back in after she left but other than that it was a good stay

Great Area!! Walking distance to shops and the pool was fabulous super clean and spacious!

4th floor had just been remodeled and we were the first to stay on that floor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Will stay there again.

Shopping right across the street, from clothes to groceries! Had an issue with original room's AC due to renovations to the property, so got upgraded to a really nice suite. The free breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the friendliness of the staff remarkable. The only downside was the renovations, which made it very difficult to get to the pool behind the hotel. Lots of material blocking the way, making it a bit unsafe. I still highly recommend this hotel.

As soon as we got home we noticed bites on my husband’s and daughter’s legs from bed bugs! We thought at first when they felt itchy, that they were from mosquitoes but then we looked up bed bug bites and they matched identical. I called right away to alert the hotel, they didn’t seem surprised. We didn’t sleep that night we got back home, due to having to disinfect ALL of our belongings. We also had to take the next day off from work to continue cleaning everything that might be contaminated of bed bugs from this hotel. They refused a refund. I decided to ask for one because of the inconvenience of having to miss work. Will never stay here again, sad because it use to be our favorite.

A/C in room was super loud. Couldn’t hear tv when A/C kicked on. Stains on sofa, bench and walls. Not super clean room. Dust on tv and dirt on bedside lamp. TV stopped working on my last day. Employees were very polite and helpful.

This hotel has gone downhill. It is in need of serious refurbishing and replacement. Bed is worn out and butt-sprung. Very uncomfortable.

The bed and pillows were terrible. Will definitely not stay at this hotel in the future.

Its a great property but they have lights that shine into the rooms and have to curtains to block them out.

The ac was not working properly and making loud noises overnight. Like it was freezing or struggling to push air. Didn’t let us sleep well at all. Shower made loud noise when switching from bottom to top shower head. It was a constant squealing noise.

Beds were hard and unforgiving. Pillows were either too full or flat. No inbetween.

The room needed updating as far as technology is concerned. There were no usb ports for our devices by the beds. On another note, the beds are amazing! We have loved the mattresses used by Hampton Inn at every stay.

I rented a room with two beds and one of the beds was completely urinated. I called front desk and I was inmediatly changed to a second room, however pillos were super stinky. I decided not to complain since we were super tired The next morning at checkout, we told the front desk what had happend and she completly denied that the bed was urinated and that it was completly impossible since all sheets are changed. In a really rude and unpolite manner she told us that what we were saying is not true, she didnt even allowed us to talk. Useless talk to her.

Was trying to check in and no one was at the front desk for over 9 minutes. Hotel was nice and clean!!

Worst experience. I’m never coming back. They never cleaned my room even if I requested it to front desk. I complained in the hotel about it but they offered 20 dollars credit only. Worst service and all personnel is zero friendly, it’s like if they hated their job. Customer service sucks. Room always smelled very bad by the way

All staff are very attentive and courteous.

Overnight front desk receptionist was attentive and nice, made me feel welcomed and took care of me during check in. I didn't feel rushed at all when there was 2 people waiting behind me.

THE STAFF IS NO HELP AND THEY ARE RUDE, THE SHOWER WAS DIRTY AND WOULD NOT DRAIN HAD TO MAINTANCE TO FIX IT THE NEXT MORNING. THE STAFF ALL THEY COULD SAY THAT THEY WERE SORRY, THEY NEED TO UPGRADE THERE ROOMS.

It was a quick and easy chek in. I had forgot to ask for handicap room for my husband, and the young man was so nice to get me one. He explained that it was better to ask for it while reserving room. Very friendly!!

The hotel was clean but the location was terrible. Literally at 4am my family and I couldn’t sleep because the residential area located in back of the hotel was having a party with a band. Hotel windows were too thin and we couldn’t sleep. I won’t stay here again due to that.

Honestly, Ive stayed at other hotels around the area. Like Double Tree, Embassy, and this one is literally right behind Target, Ross, Marshals, and multiple restaurants. You know what they say, happy wife happy life lol

I liked that it was very quiet and cozy. I did not like the exit to the street, it was very confusing.

My only suggestion is to consider improve the variery of food for breakfast.

Being a Hilton Honors member, my account was not associated with my stay. Also I requested a late check out and the longest I was told I could stay was til 11:30am where regular checkout is 11am. Also there is no daily maid service and you need to request it if your room needed to be made up and replace towels. I didn't ask for the room to be made up, but did request new clean towels at the front desk. I had to go down to the front desk because the hotel phone in my room was not working, no dial tone. So at the front desk, when I requested new towels, I was told to bring the used towels down before I could get new clean towels. Not what i was expecting. The thermostat in the room not very user friendly and was difficult to set. No instructions on how to do so in the room and had to do a Google search to locate the manual for the Honeywell model to be able to set the thermostat to the desirable temperature. Breakfast was good but had to ask for more pancake mix and when they ran out of eggs or sausage, that was it, there was no more. Coffee bar did not have hot coffee, was cold. Lastly, the bed was not very comfortable, very hard and uncomfortable to be exact. My sister and her husband were across the hall in their room and they also noted how hard the bed was and how difficult it was to sleep. Staff was at least friendly even though I experienced all that was noted above. Not sure I will return to this hotel.

Hotel was centrally located with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The king bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was terrible. Staff were great. Breakfast was very satisfying: waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, various sweet breads, toast and bagels.

Did not like breakfast, scrambled eggs were cold, sausage were undercook and cold, potato ed wee cold. The front desk at night were very helpful.

Check in went smoothly. The people were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast, I felt, was not as good as in other Hampton's that we've stayed in. As far as a hot breakfast goes, the first day they had scrambled eggs and some weird looking sausage patties, which were not very good. The second day, there were cheese omlets that were okay. There were potatoes that were cut big and were luke warm. I had the oatmeal, which was good.
