Convenient to AMT but much more affordable. Quiet, with parking right outside the room.

the pool was green, could not go for a swim had someone knock on our door in the evening, scared my granddaughter. the place had a lot of weeds growing up . but for the price it and location it was ok

This place needs cleaning up and updating. Only 2 bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths which were thin. No place to hang hand towels. No lighted sign at night, without GPS you would not have known where to turn in to hotel. Ice machine was awful. Ice melted and re-froze into large chunks. Even though there were scoops to use for ice it was highly unsanitary. I don't know how they get away with this. There isn't a table in room. Stains on the sheets and the tub mat looked like it was used for wiping your feet on. Outlets on lamp were so lose that the plugs would fall out. No let the picture of office fool you, the place smelled musty.

This place smelled. The bedding was disgusting. The pillows smelled. The toilet seat was broken. They said no smoking no pets. My animals smell better than this place. Pool hasn’t been open in 2 years. I don’t think they should show the pool. The place was close to millers smorgasbord which is why I selected it. Bad bad bad! Totally gross.

It’s a older property but but to bad the pool was closed up but it was good for a nights stay

Older hotel, very clean and comfortable. Park in front of your room. Very close to all shopping.

The pool was a mess! No option to swim there. We had to pack in the back and get through two big vehicles parked. The room was clean. Zero amenities. At night after show, kid sitting outside in underwear and big group sitting on chairs in parking lot. Little sketchy.

The swimming pool was not open and it was an extremely hot mid-August day. We learned that it had been open until the week before but closed due to the “inspector not coming” ( had not been there May, June or July and pool was then Open)

Rooms were very humid. Dirty. Towels were disgusting. Walls were full of shoe prints and dirt. Sheets not clean thank god I brought my own. I guess you get what you pay for

The room itself was large and very quiet, but unfortunately, its location wasn't convenient: the entrance was dimly lit, in the back, and in the hidden corner. Kind of creepy. Beds were quite comfortable, sheets pretty clean but comforters could use some cleaning. The worst was the bathroom with dark bundles of dark hair and towels that were more grey than white. They should have been replaced couple of seasons before. The walls could be cleaned too as it seems someone touched them with dirty hands. Also the space between beds and the nightstand was really dusty with spider webs (unfortunately my glasses fell down). Finally, the armchair in the corner was so dirty that I wouldn’t dare to touch it 😬).

Mildew on the bathroom door. Bed linens were wet. We left a day early.

Upon reading reviews this hotel sounds great. BEWARE! There was black mold growing on the walls and brown stains on the sheets. The rug was so dirty and there were random nails sticking out of the wall. So dangerous for my two children. The walls were brown with dirt and shower curtain also brown. I’m not very picky about rooms but this was disgusting. We actually told them we couldn’t stay there and went somewhere else. This is first time I’ve ever done that.

I wish I had spent a little more and booked a better hotel. Lots of little things added up to a mediocre experience - no desk, no cups, worn towels & wash cloths, poor tv. And a cockroach.

The floor in the room was so dirty. But the worst was that the bed sheets were not washed, they were stinking.

Rooms are old, pillows need to be replaced and the carpet feels dirty.

I strongly advise against staying here. Here’s a rundown of the issues we encountered: - The lamp shades were missing. - The TV didn’t work. - There was dried vomit on the comforter. - Hair was found in the sheets and pillowcases. - Dog poop was present on the sidewalks outside. - Our kids’ feet were black from walking on the filthy carpet in our room. - The towels were thin and worn out. Despite these problems, the WiFi was decent.

Black mold, pubic hair, head hair, clipped nail, sheets with something crusty on it! I stayed here because Hotels.com had 8/10 stars which was not my experience. My experience was disgusting. I was charged full price and no modification for this gross room. I stayed a week ago and still have not been given my $50 incidentals fee back.

First room 103 the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and not clean. 2nd room 108 had black mold on the sheets. 3rd room attempt the sheets and pillow cases were dirty again. I contacted Hotels.com and was able to be refunded for my stay and we booked elsewhere. This place is dated, disgusting and unclean. The owner was rude when we showed him the uncleanliness. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Morning shower was horrible! Cold water, then hardly any water. Water force increased as I was ready to get out

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The room in general could use some modernization. The room door had gaps underneath to the outside, so I imagine things could potentially crawl in through the gaps. Parking was easy. It’s not a very “walk friendly” location as it’s next to a busy street/highway.

The room was musty smelling. The air conditioner was inconsistent in staying on. The hot water in the shower never got actually hot. and when using the shower , the water pressure would go from a weak stream to a dribble then back to a weak stream.. The toilet seat was extremely loose. Just not as nice as last time we stayed here...

The room was immaculate and seemed recently updated. There was no spare roll of toilet paper and we had to go to the front desk for a replacement. But all staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly. A nice place to stay with no fringe.

The room smelled good. it did not have that misty or humid rug smell. It was very pleasant.

We stayed in room 205. I wanted to give this hotel a better review. I was pleased with the price, location and cleanliness of the room. Staff were friendly and helpful when called on. The bed was firm, more firm than I’d prefer but some might really like that so I won’t count that as a negative thing. The water pressure was horrible. This is where I felt compelled to lower my rating. It could be an isolated issue, but both mornings of our stay when we went to shower the water would just completely turn off, then after a minute or less it would come back on but only as a trickle, and then it would run full blast for maybe a minute or two tops before going out again. When you have a head full of suds this makes for a difficult shower process. When it first happened we called the front desk and they came to look at it and “fix” it, but the issue wasn’t truly resolved. The second morning we ran into a couple at their car who asked if we had any trouble with the water. Apparently whichever room they were in also had the same problem. I hope they can get this plumbing issue worked out soon. If so, I’d stay there again.

Room was in great condition. Dont know if it was remodeled or not but it was in great shape.

The place was clean check in was great, but the beds are so hard didn't get much sleep.

The check in process was very poor customer service. The employee was very rude. There was a party of 6 ahead of me and they were kind enough to offer for me to go ahead of them and the receptionist told me she could not help me until she finished working with the larger group. I asked to be booked in the room next to my relatives that had checked in earlier. She cut me off and told me she already spoke to my brother about this situation. When checking out they were unable to give me a receipt because I used a third party vender. I want to make sure I am reimbursed for the $50 “incidentals” The “white” towels and wash cloths were stained and did not look fresh.

Beds were comfortable and that is it. No amenities. Coffee only in lobby a sits all day. Lobby area very dirty around tables. Woman who checked us in was listening to an audio loudly and never paused it to serve us. Great location.

It was kind of like going back to my 1950s childhood. But the clerk was grumpy, there was no one in the office for morning checkout so no coffee in the pot we spied thru the window. The cleaning crew, however, was friendly & up early.

Very basic room. It was clean enough and quiet. Minimal bathroom products. We couldn’t get our key cards to work when we first arrived and had to ask twice for help. It seemed assumed it was user error and they finally sent someone over who was sure to point out the correct way to use the key card until it didn’t work for him either. Our room was not refreshed or towels restocked when we came back the next evening. I called to find about about getting towels and was told housekeeping did not refresh our room because there was a “do not disturb” sign on the door, which was a lie. I couldn’t even find a sign to put on the door if I wanted to. The location is really nice for access to all the things we wanted to do and the price was right. But I would still stay somewhere else next time.

We had a medical emergency and Expedia attempted to cancel the reservation with plenty of notice and the hotel would not cancel it. Then had the audacity to call me later that evening and asked me what I planned on checking in. I guess they don’t understand that emergencies happen, and they billed me anyway, even though I didn’t stay and gave them plenty of notice

Hotel room was decent, not quite as updated as photos appeared, but clean and comfortable. The only real negative was the $175 "incidental" deposit required. That is ridiculously high, especially for a hotel that doesn't have any chance of incidental charges (no extras/food available!)

The room was as expected. maid service made bed and clean towels daily. I did not like that i had to allow them to put a $75 hold on my charge card for incidental damages that may occur and then wait for charge to be credited back to my card.

Very easy check out/in. Very friendly staff and people. It’s a little crowed because how small the rooms are and close they are together but it was very quiet and no noise what so ever. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and the room and A/C. You might even be blessed while you are there!

Not only was the hotel dirty, smelly, and noisy. I was charged twice. They also argued with me saying I was not. The credit card statement doesn’t lie.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are going to Sight and Sound! It is very close to the theater. While it's not the Ritz-Carlton, this little place is clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Good stay for 2 days nice clean, nice and quiet, close to everything you may need, good service.

Hotel was convenient to Strasburg Railroad Museum.

The facility is directly across from Dienner’s and walking distance from Miller’s Smogasbord. There is plenty interesting places and venues nearby. The bed was clean and comfortable. The WiFi and cellular service were barely adequate, but it worked most of the time. This is not the Hilton, but it’s clean and comfortable. It’s a Mom & Pop operation. I have no complaints. Would stay again.

Clean and great location.

This was a great little hotel. It’s a little outdated, but right off the main road with some shops/restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and loved that it had 3 beds. Our lock ran out of batteries, but they fixed it right away. There’s a beautiful view out the back of the hotel of fields. Would stay again. There is no breakfast - just FYI.

From a lovely conversation with the woman who checked me in, to comfortable and clean accommodations, this was a wonderful stay. I also highly recommend Dienner's, the restaurant across the street, for any meal you might have while you are here.

While coffee and tea are available in the front office the coffee pot there became cold and my only option was to pour myself a cup and then consider heating it up in my room's microwave oven. That's not a good system, either the personnel there should keep the front office's coffee hot or there should be coffee pots in the room.

Great location for shopping with plenty of restaurants near. Clean comfy room. NO breakfast at all. Went for cup of coffee in lobby a 630-7 i think..Doors locked.

This hotel is on the main road through town. Several stores and restaurants were in easy walking distance.

The location was great. We were within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The only downside to the location was the farm directly behind the hotel, so anytime you were outside all you could smell was cow poop. There was popcorn on our room from previous guests and the room smelled a little musty. The heat was running when we arrived (this was in July!), so it took a while to cool the room down. The beds were a little hard, but not terrible. The bathroom was very clean. No breakfast provided, but there was a buffet right across the street. If I stayed there again, I'd think long and hard about letting my kids swim. The stairs aren't bolted to the side of the pool, and there is a large uncovered drain in the concrete around the pool. My daughter didn't see it, step right in it, and fell pretty hard.

This motel stands out because it has a receptionist, which is a big plus! If you run into any issues with your room at night, there’s a phone outside that connects you directly to someone who can assist you right away—super convenient. Another highlight is its location: Dienner’s Restaurant is right across the street. I absolutely love that place—the food is always delicious!

Very clean and lots of shops nearby and very friendly staff

An enjoyable stay. The location worked out great for us. It's an older building but was very clean and maintained well. What I missed having were any USB ports to charge my electronics but we were ok since I had brought the charging plug and cord for my phone. A coffee machine would have been nice in the room but there is a terrific restaurant, Dienner's, directly across the road.
