It seems like somebody decided to remodel this property to a level that most Holiday Inn Express hotels maintain. However, it seems like they were doing this while maintaining open status. Large areas of the Hotel were under construction for the remodel, out in the open. Our room, was kind of clean, but everything had just been replaced. New Floors (poorly put in), Painted walls, painted with Primer and not a final coat. No wall pictures, no furniture in the room. Someone cut corners on simple things or they just don't understand how Hotels work. This Hotel did not have hair Dryers available. Also, a 2-room suite with a couch that folds out to a bed should have sheets, a pillow staged in a bag. They had this stored in some large closet near the front office in trash bags available upon request. I am guessing because they removed any furniture from the room that would hold it. These details have around 5-6 other odd details of missing or wrong things, they are too numerous to name This Hotel should not be open until they are finished with whatever they are doing with the property. My 1-night stay there was not something I would repeat again, ever.

Aug 2026 hotel is replacing all floors and painting the walls and installing new baseboards. Hotel appeared in good shape otherwise. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Nice linens on the beds and in the bathrooms. Comfortable mattresses. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The hotel was under renovation during our stay, but you can tell they care about the property with renovation they are working on. I travel regularly and this was the friendliest property I have ever been in. Every single person I spoke to on staff was happy and helpful. Katie at the front desk was the nicest and helpful person ever. She was on top of everything for me. The room we had definitely had a couple issues but the front desk helped with everything. Again, they were renovating. I spoke with kitchen staff for some help too and they were all so nice and helpful. If my travels ever bring me back to the area, this hotel is my number one pick!! Thanks for the great stay.

Even though when i booked it has breakfast included.what the need to say is breakfast included for $13 a person.5th floor had a bad musty smell which i think they had a water issue in one of the rooms.Over all it was a OK stay.
