The room and bathroom were attractive, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was expensive and mediocre The pool was almost impossible to get to (3 stairs, long barren corridors) and not kept clean, though the space itself was nice.

The property and rooms were clean, though somewhat dated. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the airport shuttle very convenient. The pool and hot tub, though very nice, were extremely difficult to access (down long hallways, by stair to the 4th floor, then through the shower rooms). I had booked the hotel partly because of the indoor pool, but we were not able to enjoy it because my husband could not walk that far or navigate the stairs.

I would not recommend this hotel. Amenities are very limited. No sundries on the premises, no vending machines no extras available at all. They instructed us to walk to the 7-11 down the road. The gym in this hotel is incredibly unsafe. To access it you must go down 2 isolated hallways, down 2 flights of stairs. It is extremely isolated, no cameras. Ladies, do not go to this gym alone. Our room was not “soundproof” at all. The noise from the highway kept us up all night. The only positive I have to say is the shuttle ran very early and was on time. That was very helpful.

The only access to coffee is via the restaurant and it was backed up all morning with ppl trying to get in. I stay in Marriott hotels frequently and they all offer coffee at the lobby for guests.

Room was a little on the dirty side with corners unvacuumed and dusted. Staff were excellent on checkin but quite rude and abrupt on departure. Stayed here everytime i go to Vancouver and weve even had our staff functions there but i feel the hospitality has run out and its time to find another place

The folks at the front desk were super nice, friendly and informative. The room itself was nice. Bathroom was kind of small - no real vanity to place your toiletries on. Nice soaking tub. When I got into bed I noticed the bedsheets smelled bad - like they weren’t dried completely before they were stored. Had to call for new sheets - they came in a timely manner. I also noticed that the drawer to the bedside nightstand kept opening up - it wouldn’t stay closed - not real good since it was right next to he bed! We found out afterwards that our friends received complementary toothbrushes as an amenity but we did not. I did like the complimentary bottles of water. So…pluses and minuses about this hotel. The parking was also limited in spaces - most of the spaces had chains in front of them so you couldn’t park there - confusing. The down ramp was really hidden too. All in all I might think of somewhere else to stay but their location is nice so it’s a toss up on whether I would stay there again.

Fantastic hotel. Clean quiet and the most comfortable rooms. After being in Europe for 2 weeks in closet size rooms it was so nice to come home. And an unbelievable mattress.

Nice rooms, great location. Convenient to both airport (hotel provides shuttle) and skytrain. Walkable to many restaurants and local walking areas/parks. Walking distance to waterfront. Not too far from night market. Decent 24/h gym and pool. Only issue is the sound proofing is a bit lacking to outdoor noises. Can definitely hear all the traffic & the airplanes; the hotel does seem aware of this issue and provides ear plugs.

I had an excellent stay at the Westin. I was completely blown away with how kind, considerate, and accommodating the staff members were. There were multiple occasions where we required extra assistance and Sabri went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will be personally recommending the Westin to all of my business partners for our future stays in Vancouver.

I love this hotel and have stayed there several times. However, I was caught up in the mass flight cancellations and was unable to get to Vancouver because my flight was cancelled. I spent 15 hrs in the airport and advised the Westin I wouldn't be able to make it. I offered proof I was stuck and my flight cancellation info and asked if there was any way for a refund or even a credit due to these extenuating circumstances. The front desk person on the phone said to me they would have to check with the manager and get back to me but they "doubted it". I confirmed they would phone or email me back. Never heard anything. For a nearly $500/night room, that is completely disappointing. This was my favorite airport hotel but never again.

as we arrived, the receptionist personally came to help with our luggage. While we were checking in, we were delighted that we had access to water bottles. We had an incident where the shuttle did not acknowledge us waiting , therefore we missed shuttle to airport, but the reception person was apologetic and offered snacks and credit to Aprons for our room . We were grateful and never had such service from many hotels we stayed at…. very nice service and people… Will stay again and recommend for others…. Thank u. Five Star Service

The staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant were very professional. helpful, and pleasant. The airport shuttle missed picking us up twice, we waited an hour with pickups every 30 minutes. The hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the hotel. Then when we checked in we could not get on the 4am airport shuttle in the morning as it was fully booked, next morning the hotel paid for a taxi back to the airport at 4 am. The only downside to the hotel is the location although super convenient to the airport, it does not have many dining options nearby. We did eat in the hotel restaurant and the service was very attentive, prices reasonable, and service very good.

I stayed here for the first time about a week ago, and I just have to say how impressed I was—especially with the two Asian women at the front desk. They were so pleasant and helpful. The check-in was super friendly and supportive, and even when I caused a bit of a hiccup with a mistake on my end, they handled it kindly and professionally. I came back to stay again this week, and once again, the hospitality and service were outstanding. And it wasn’t only the front desk; the shuttle driver and restaurant staff were fantastic as well. In the mornings, there’s complimentary Starbucks coffee and other drinks by the lobby, and in the afternoons they offer delicious cookies. My wife and I have totally fallen in love with this hotel. She says this is the only place she wants to stay whenever we’re in Vancouver, and I completely agree. I know I might sound like someone planted by the hotel to write a glowing review, but I promise we’re just genuinely big fans. Without a doubt, it’s literally the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely keep coming back and absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Westin Wall. Sure miss their comfy bed! Conveniently located - short distance to No. 3 road with plenty of food & shopping options. Very short walk to the train station as well. Great service and hotel was in good condition. The area around was quiet and safe. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wall. Staff were friendly and courteous. It's close proximity to the Skytrain makes getting around the city so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to the Vancouver airport and has a free shuttle. It is just a few minutes' walk to a new Skytrain station (Capstan). The area around the hotel is not the best for walking, due to ongoing construction and incomplete sidewalks. But overall it is a very convenient option when flying in or out of Vancouver.

Great hotel next to the airport. Lots of restaurants close by (5min drive). Room was clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool. The guy that checked me in didn’t make me feel welcomed. I felt like I was assessed when I walked in wearing shorts and a T shirt. I was driving all day and was just staying there night prior to a flight. The guy also didn’t give me my VIP perk upon check in. Overall I highly recommend this hotel but I suggest they provide some refresher hospitality training to the folks that greet you when you arrive.

The hotel was clean and met all our needs. Only feedback - staff not very friendly, pool access is not easy/maze with stairs and so many doors, and no coffee in the morning. The only access to coffee is via the restaurant and it was backed up all morning with ppl trying to get in. I stay in Marriott hotels frequently and they all offer coffee at the lobby for guests.

We had a room with 2 queens and it was very large. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower stall plus a nice soaker tub. The on site restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. We used the pool area and it was wonderful. There is a whirlpool which does not allow under 16 in it but it was too hot for little ones anyway and the pool itself is quite warm.

This is the first time we stayed at Westin, which is close to everything we want to go. All the Chinese restaurants are within walking distance. It’s also close to the waterfront walking trail and skytrain to downtown Vancouver. The outlet and airport are very close as well. It is at a very convenient location. I wish I had known this hotel earlier as I have visited Vancouver Richmond area 4 of last 5 years. Highly recommended. Price is on the higher side, but well worth it.
