When we arrived, did not see the name on the building. Not sure if we were at the right place? Small paper to inform of reception in Room 105. Omg! This property needs a total make-over! Need new flooring. Bath/shower in totally disgusting condition! The front door looks like it was broken into, not very secure, lock did not work and a gap of 1 inch above, we could see the lights in hallway! Need a new paint job! Will certainly NOT recommend.

This place is unsafe. Don't go there with your car a family came with an Outlander, when they went outside in the morning, the car was no longer there so they stole it.

Very old, dirty, no elevator

Very nice staff.... They could use better signage out front because it was a little confusing since it looks more like an apartment than a hotel.

No elevators, hard to reach your room.

It’s an apartment building, with no sing of where is the office to check in. A/C only in the bedroom. Only basic channels at the TV (nothing for kids), the kitchen in the suite was not equipped. It’s very close to the airport. It’s a residential area, it’s very calm. The office did try to help by giving us a fan.

The appartement was not well equipped (lack of amenities: hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner…) and not so clean too. The area was not that close to the airport, we was obligated to order an Uber. Our room was in the third floor and there is no elevator, we was obligated to take the stairs. The staff in the reception were good. If i will be back to Dorval area, i will not book this hotel appartement.

No lift and hard to carry suitcase upstairs. No receptionist on main floor

Don't stay here. The place was dirty. The deadbolt on the door wouldnt work. There was mildew and mold all over the bathroom. There was no running water in the kitchen because the pipes weren't connected to the sink. The front door was falling off its hinges. There was all sorts if noise on the street during the night. Curtains were stained. Bed linens were torn and tattered. The parking lot is poorly lit and has no camera surveillance. The front desk staff were unhelpful. I can understand old and not fancy but this place was neglected. It ranks as one if the 2 worst stays at a hotel I have ever had.

This place is completely run down in a horrible area. Within 5 minutes of being there, we witnessed a family leaving the parking lot with 2 slashed tires and a busted window, a very pregnant woman smoking outside the hotel and people exchanging needles right outside the hotel. The room wreaked of cigarettes, the floors were crooked and anyone could walk right up to our door. We left immediately and found another hotel.

The entire property was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. The room was also no different. Not suitable for even a short stay of a few hours. Unclean linen and towels. Must avoid at all costs. The only pros was it’s location to the airport. 4 mins drive.

Sehr heruntergekommen, Sofas speckig, Badspiegel defekt, alle Silikonfugen dreckig oder schimmlig. Einige Möbel defekt (fehlende Tür), Küchenzeile bietet kein Geschirr, Abzugshaube total fettig. Viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

This hotel apartment is in extreme need of repair. While the location and apartment design were good, the interior of each apartment (we rented 2) was unhealthy and unsafe. I am shocked that health inspectors have not shut it down. Carpets were torn. Bathroom ceiling over the shower had been ripped open and replaced with a smaller piece of wonderboard. There had to be mould in the bathroom.The carpet was torn. The living room furniture was worn away. Kitchen counters had burn marks or holes in them. Sliding windows were opened so as to install air conditioners, but the piece of corrugated, plastic covered cardboard was torn and hanging out the window space. Very schocking that this is still an available option on Expedia.

The apartment was in bad conditions, bad smell, mould in shower.

It is in a very sketchy area, our place was full of dirt and grime. The sofa had stains, the bathroom had black mold, the cabinets were broken. Very disappointing

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The first thing you'll see is the lobby. Filthy, ripped carpet at the door. A side table with used tissues and an old sweatshirt. Was there for 2 days. Room was pitiful. Obviously a former apartment. Kitchen was so poorly equipped you aren't able to do anything. Tiny TV in living area with few channels. Carpet bunched upon many places. Duct tape holding the small air conditioner in the window. All windows filthy and impossible to open. Bath was acceptable. Overall, 0 stars. If it was possible to rate in negative terms, -5 stars. The worst bnb I'ever experienced. Will be attempting to receive a partial refund from Expedia as I hold them partially responsible.

Was not clean and had molds everything was dirty and old!!

Found bed bug on the bed and no other suite to switch. Expedia not able to help, only refund and $50 coupon. Search for other hotel until 3am.

L'appartement avait l'air propre mais poussiéreux. En entrant, il y avait une sensation de picotement dans la gorge. Nous avons trouvé un cafard sur le balcon. D'autre part la mauvaise communication. Étant à Montréal, il serait important qu'ils parlent français et l'homme qui a répondu au téléphone parlait seulement anglais et m'a raccroché au nez deux fois parce que je ne parlais pas anglais.

The tap in the shower was completely messed up, took a few hours to figure out where to get the hot water coming out. The bedroom didnt need two chairs in it ... would have been better placed in the living room. the stove and counters are not level at all but was a good option to have the ability to cook their ---limited supplies to cook though and no dish soap to wash the dishes after :(

The cooktop was missing one cooking element. The shower did not work. The A/C was located in the living room and the bedroom was located in the farthest part of the apartment. Very hot sleeping.

Total disappointment! Though we knew this was rated 3 stars, I was not prepared for the dirty conditions nor the disrepair the apartment was in. Besides a nice new shower system and clean towels, there is not much positive to say about this stay: grime on the floors and other high traffic areas, hair and dirt in all corners, spiders and spiderwebs in ceiling corners, broken and missing blinds, cracked TV that didn’t work, wifi that was so poor/weak that we couldn’t use it at all, a TV remote that didn’t work or needed batteries, doors that had been kicked in, broken and dirty microwave. We went out and bought disinfectant cleaning supplies and washed the table, counters, handles and other surfaces. I dare say we left it cleaner than when we anrrived - perhaps we should be paid to have done so rather than paid for the two night’s stay.

It was a good choice for a family of five (teens and adults.) It was what we were expecting at a very decent rate. Had minor plumbing issues so a plunger in each room would be a good idea versus only one for the entire building. Nice to have a kitchen to save on food costs while travelling. Dish soap would be helpful. Overall it was fine.

You will have a kitchen and a living room here. It is very good!

A/C in bedroom only and not really functioning.

Comfortable beds and convenient location from the airport, good for low budget travellers who are not fussy. The building is old, carpet is in bad shape and there is no security at the entrance. Staff responded promptly to our calls.

Old property in urgent need of renovation. Good size apartment though with air conditioning in the bedrooms but kitchen was so old that we did not even try to use it.

Very old apartment. Unfortunately, it's broken in various places. There are no blankets or heating system, and the bedroom window doesn’t close completely, so it was cold during the night.

I booked this Hotel because I was travelling internationally and my flight was cancelled. Made the booking while I was at the Montreal Airport and took an uber and went to the place. When I reached I realized this place is more like an Apartment building. I found the room of building manager and started knocking and calling. I was at this place for 40 minutes trying to get any response but nothing positive happened. I took another uber and went back. This was the worst booking experience of my life. I was having a really bad day with the flight cancellations and bunch of other stuffs. I was hoping that I could get some good rest and could relax at this place. But the experience here made my day more frustrating.

Came in at 10 PM to the hotel apartment and the front desk says the apartment hotel is not yet cleaned and I need to wait. I waited till 11 PM then got my hotel apartment keys. Had to go behind the front desk staff to get an apartment for the night stay. Not worth the stay for the price. The carpets are dirty.

It was perfect for our needs, visiting colleagues but needing some alone time as well. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment so had ample space. The decor was a bit tired, but it was clean and quiet - self catering suited us well.The staff were helpful and kind.

First impression of the room, looks dirty, smells horrible like they never cleaned it. After checkin I came back to the reception asking for more towels and the woman responded that someone will bring them. Soon after I have noticed there was no toilet paper in the room. Then I have noticed in the kitchen, which is included in the room there are empty shelves and cabinets. Nothing is provided. I found only one tea cup. In the reservation it said “Cookware/dishes/utensils” are included. After almost 2 hours same woman from reception came with towels. I accepted the towels and told her there is no toilet paper in the room. She responded that I must go downstairs (my room was on the second floor) to get toilet paper, and was very unhappy with me. I disagreed with her saying that toilet paper has to be provided in the toilet and asked her to deliver it. She was very impatient with me. I replied please bring it in and I am not going anywhere. Then she left and came back with toilet paper in about 5 minutes. She made me feel so stupid and uncomfortable, and as if it was my fault that they forgot to provide toilet paper. Moreover, besides this poor service and zero hospitality, the hotel is very outdated, badly maintained. AC barely worked and is too small for the size of room I got. Other issue the bathroom sink was clogged and water did not drain at all. This place isn’t worth even half the price they charge for it. Avoid this hotel and go to another one!

Convenient location, good location close to major roads. Plece clean, stuff professional and friendly. Beds confortable. Overal good place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable experience only went bad as the lady who checked us in did not give us proper parking instructions (especially important for non Quebec residents) as a result we got a parking ticket even while we parked as per her instructions and then the lady dint show up for next 2 days and everyone who rplaced her just shrugged us away.

So it’s 9:38pm and the other bedroom has just been opened. Yes at 9:32pm. So what’s this all about? Full story….. We arrived here just after 3pm for a 3pm check in for one night stay. There was no one at the receptionist desk. Another couple was trying to call someone to come check them in. We also waited. We waited for more than 10mins and no one came. The couple called again and she said she is coming in 1minute. She eventually came after 5 or so minutes and she apologized. That was okay we understood her. She checked us in and when we got into our 2bedroom apartment, we found the other bedroom locked we couldn’t access it. I went back to her to ask her about that and she said she will come to open it. There was another lady complaining that the room she had just been checked in was not cleaned. Apparently she was the second one. I waited for the lady to come open the second bedroom for some time there. She said l should go she will come to open. She has all the keys. I went back. That happened around 3:30pm and they only opened it for us right now after l had gone back this evening and found the office closed and called a number. So we got the second bedroom at 9:32pm. I’m so disappointed with this place.

Old place and needs to renovate. Only plus is close to the airport. We only use it for a few hours to catch oir next flight.

The property is old, the neighborhood is run down, but a street over is rather upscale. It is at the end of a very busy airport runway. No issues checking in or out. Staff was helpful. Room is large, bathroom was renovated.

I had a good stay close to a grocery store and the room was spacious

Hotel qui a besoin d’un rafraîchissement mais proche de l’aéroport. Pratique pour les départs tôt le matin. Nous avons pris la chambre vers 23h et l’environnement nous a semblé insecurisant. Du bruit dans le couloir la nuit. La chambre était très grande avec 2 chambres et des lits King size. Pratique pour accueillir une famille ou un groupe de 6 à 8 personnes

Nice location. Its winter so I can not rate the outside. Very pleasant check in, fast and friendly service. Short walk to local groceries or TD bank. Tim Hortons also near by. Nice size apartments.

Grand espace, près aéroport. Très bruyant on entend très facilement le bruit des autres chambres et dehors (meme du 3e etage).

Room pour condition, with smelly carpets. People yelling on the street at 4 AM. However great communication and convenient location close to the airport.

Bad Carpet smell at entrance and around… not luxury but very spacious…. Okay for short time… far from downtown…

Didnt realize i was getting a fully furnished apartment for that price ! Close to the airport. Located in residential neighborhood.
