Mycket trevligt hotell med intim atmosfär. Vackert terrasserat hotellområde med bad i pool eller med stege ner i havsvik med klart vatten. Badvik med sandstrand finns 5 minuters promenad från hotellet. Mycket fin frukost. Bussar in till Palma avgår runt var 10:e minut. Ett litet minus är att det finns för få solsängar vilket gör att man tvingas lägga ut handdukar på morgonen för att få plats.

Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma.

Great seaview and service. Walking distance to beach and nr4 busstation right outside the hotel. We had to be at the airport at 4 and the hotel helped us with a cab and breakfast at 3 in the morning! The gym is small.

We are just home from a wonderful week in Mallorca. We have three daughters aged 10,10 and 12 this hotel was just perfect for them. Small enough to allow them some independence but large enough to have everything we needed. The outdoor pool isn’t heated so it was fresh in April- but so much fun to jump in. The indoor pool is heated well and was popular with my kids jumping from one to the next. We had a sea view suite and it was just incredible to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony every morning. The cleaners were impeccable. Our room was spotless and we received new towels, coffee pods and milk daily. We had a few day trips and the hotel staff were always so helpful and friendly. Very organised always knowing our names. We got the bus into Palma for just €2 each and were able to use Ubers to get around too. The hotel breakfast buffet was a good standard and when we ate in the restaurants we were also happy with everything. The beach at Illetas was one of the most beautiful with the bright turquoise water. Climbing down the steps for a sea swim from the hotel we saw tropical fish and it is really a very beautiful spot.

Stayed here for a few nights in between European cities, which was nice to sit and enjoy the beach. Bus was super convenient into Palma, right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet had decent selection and was nice to not have to go offsite for this meal. Pool area was nice and family friendly. Although they say reserving chairs is prohibited, people had their towels out bright and early reserving chairs. It is nearly impossible to get chairs by the pool/beach so be prepared. Service was very slow at the restaurants onsite, and staff at the pool bar wasn't very inviting. Rooms definitely need to be updated but did the job.

We picked this hotel as it sells itself as a relaxing spa hotel by the sea. Instead it is a party hotel with live music every night until past 11:30pm. The rooms have terrible soundproofing so you are kept up until it stops. The sound proofing in between rooms is also terrible. Facilities are much more tired than they look in the photos. Great location but felt total mislead in how the hotel sells itself. No solution offered. Would never stay there again nor recommend it.

The hotel has nice view to the sea with access to the beach. They should provide free water bottles. There are only two or three restaurants near by and a small mini market. Most of the furnitures inside the hotel area are old. Parking spots are very small so if you have regular size car it is difficult to park. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Although the staff were absolutely amazing, it was frustrating that our room was constantly filled with ants. We asked the staff several times to address the issue, and while they cleaned up the room and were sincerely apologetic, the fact that they address the problem or move us to a room without ants is why I give a 2 star review. Will never stay here again. Also, while the problem was addressed, our hot water did not work our first night. It was upsetting not being able to shower after an 18 hour flight.

The overall Aspect of the Hotel is good ! Food is good, Staff always friendly and Helpful ! But,…. The Superior Room in the Annex Building is in DIRE need of Renovation - specifically the Bathrom ! Fiz uma reserva para quatro diárias e fiquei no quarto 30, que tem um tamanho excelente e uma vista muito bonita. No entanto, o quarto apresentava um aspecto de velho e sujo. O hotel se apresenta como quatro estrelas, mas, na prática, não passa de três. O quarto era antigo, com cheiro de mofo, e o ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite (dá para imaginar o calor insuportável em pleno mês de julho). Dormimos em outro quarto nessa noite. A equipe foi solícita, mas o problema só foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Os atendentes, de todas as áreas, são muito atenciosos, porém, faço uma observação aos dos restaurantes, que, embora sejam solícitos e cordeais, pareciam desorientados, como se estivessem em outro planeta. Enfim, o único ponto positivo foi a localização e a vista. No mais, não recomendo.

We were really disappointed with our stay here. From the start, no one offered to help us with our bags, even though we were two girls struggling with a lot of luggage. We had to maneuver the cart down a ramp ourselves. To make things worse, we were given the wrong directions to our room, which resulted in us unloading everything off the cart and carrying it down a full flight of stairs since the cart didn’t fit in the elevator. On top of that, we had paid for parking but were met with attitude from staff when they didn’t actually have a spot available for us. The room itself just okay, the mini fridge wasn’t stocked, the shower had no door and sprayed so aggressively that water went all over the bathroom, and there were clear signs of mold. Room service was equally disappointing, with food that simply wasn’t good. The location is nice but the hotel is dated Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish and definitely not worth the price. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

My recent stay at Hotel ROC Illetas & SPA was highly disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with a broken closet door and noticeable uncleanliness, including snot on the wall that remained after four days despite complaints. The lack of air conditioning made the room unbearably hot, and the staff dismissed my concerns, stating it was "out of season" on April 19th and suggesting I open the sliding door, which let in street noise and didn’t help, it was still too hot to sleep. Where should I start? COCKROACHES! Plus a random latter that was in my room that I moved to the hallway. I do not have to explain my experience any further. Cockroaches should give you the explanation. I woke up to this very early and just checked out. I spoke to the front desk attendant. He didn’t care. I also sent an email. No response. So that’s that. The biggest redeeming quality of this hotel is the outdoor facilities and the swimming cove. The beds in the main building were comfortable and the room was pretty clean but I’ve never stayed in a louder hotel in my life. You can hear all of your neighbor’s conversations and it sounded like people above us were moving furniture every night. Fire alarm went off at 2am as well. AC in room was decent. Went through 6 key cards in 3 days due to them not working as well. (We are aware they can’t be near phones or magnets.) Breakfast was great. The $35 dinner buffet was okay but not great. Overall was okay for a first trip to Mallorca, but would stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

Läget för hotellet är väldigt bra, nära till Palma och ligger väldigt fint vid havet med möjlighet till både havsbad och bad i pool. Hotellet har dock sett sina bästa dagar, vi hade bokat en deluxe suite och hotellrummet hade otrolig utsikt över havet men hade inte fått mer än 3* i bekvämlighet, speciellt för sängen och kändes överlag slitet. Beautiful view from the rooms facing the ocean. Large and clean suite with two rooms. The hotel is a very large, but cozy facility, where you walk between separate houses and facilities in a nice surrounding. Despite many sunbeds, they were occupied most of the time. However, there was a small public beach some 3 minutes walk from the hotel with some restaurants. The gym was also too small to serve the number of guests. The area is quiet and relaxing, you need to take a taxi towards Palma to eat at other restaurants.

Väldigt bra läge med egen access till havet. Enda problemet var att alla gäster paxar solstolar på natten så att man inte kan få en plats vid havet. Servicen på restaurangen var riktigt kass. Lång väntetid vid varje steg. Menyerna kommer efter 30 min. Ingen vill ta din beställning. Behöver vänta 1h på maten och sedan vänta på att få notan. Samma väntetid oavsett om restaurangen var tom på gäster eller fullsatt.

I wish I had planned a longer stay at the Hotel Roc Illetas. The property was fantastic, with great beaches within a short walk. I can't comment enough on the staff; they were truly awesome from the moment we walked in. Santiago spent 15 minutes with us at check-in explaining the area, the beaches, and most importantly, the bus route that takes you into town from the hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet and love that the hotel bar stays open until midnight. We will be back and we'll be bringing friends!!

I stayed at Hotel ROC for 6 days with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. We initially booked a room for three people, and although the first room felt a bit small, the staff was very helpful and responsive when we brought it up. The next day, they moved us to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even better. They really cared about making sure we were happy—even offering us free snacks as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful area, with a nice pool and easy access to gorgeous beaches. One of the things we appreciated most was how convenient it was to get around using public transportation—we didn’t need to rent a car at all, which made things easier and more relaxing. Vi är en familj på 5 och vi var väldigt nöjda över att få ett familjerum med två sovrum, två badrum och en stor terrass. Vi är dock väldigt besvikna på servicen. Vid de tillfällen vi valde att äta lunch på hotellet tog det alltid lång tid och vi fick ibland inte in det vi beställt. Det var liksom ingen i personalen som brydde sig om att komma förbi och ”titta till” så jag fick tex gå till köket och be om en sked till soppan. Småsaker men detta var hela tiden. Hotellet ligger ganska avsides och man behövde ta buss eller taxi. Tyvärr fick vi väldigt lite hjälp från receptionen att boka taxi, till och med så att spanjorer ”på gatan” reagerade över att ”det här borde hotellet ha hjälpt er med”. Receptionisterna på kvällstid gillar inte att jobba med människor. Vi hade förväntat oss mycket bättre service givet 4 stjärnor, vi skulle inte rekommendera hotellet till någon men vi var nöjda med rummet vi bodde på.

Fantastisk frukost men stort urval och cava är guldkant på tillvaron. Liten Per med begränsat utbud av affärer och restauranger. Mycket dyrare än andra ställen på Mallorca. Fint och lugnt. Mycket trappor så inget för äldre och barnfamiljer. Bussen till Palma, en 4 går precis utanför receptionen var 10:e minut och kostar 2 euro. Mycket praktiskt.

Lovely hotel in a tranquil setting and great views. 2 fantastic coves with great restaurants close by. This is a traditional spanish hotel so dont come expecting things to be lively like some of the package holiday hotels. I would say this is a great place for couples and more mature people. I came with a young family, 6 year and 11 year olds. They both enjoyed it but i would not take them back there due to the lack of entertainment and activities for children. The area is also expensive (the views)! All in all a really nice place just not for a family with school age kids. Just one last thing. Whilst the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, some of the restaurant and bar area staff made it known they found some guests a bit of an inconvenience. Eye rolling being one observation.

Chef was really nice to provide pizza for my children as they didbt have kids menu on the buffet. Staff : female manager was extremely rude. Other staff were nice. Hotel in general : amazing view if you buy the oceanfront view. Hotel has not made up it mind yet if they want to modern or old . Surrounding: lovely small beach nearby. Shops near by however city is far out Rooms: Tv is all in Spanish, betflix nit working , youtube nit working . You cannot connect tv to their Internet wifi .i asked but all i get us excuse. At night there was lits of banging noise reall loud. They couldn't fix it or know the source . It kept us up all night. Not far to katmandu resorts and park. 20min drive. Not booking again. Kids didnt enjoy environment.

Väldigt bra läge med egen access till havet. Enda problemet var att alla gäster paxar solstolar på natten så att man inte kan få en plats vid havet. Servicen på restaurangen var riktigt kass. Lång väntetid vid varje steg. Menyerna kommer efter 30 min. Ingen vill ta din beställning. Behöver vänta 1h på maten och sedan vänta på att få notan. Samma väntetid oavsett om restaurangen var tom på gäster eller fullsatt.

Magnifique. Les installations sont vraiment bien (piscine, spa, accès à la mer, …). Unique point négatif: le souper style buffet n’est pas super (très cher pour ce que c’est), je vous recommande d’aller au restaurant. Par contre, le buffet déjeuner est bien.

The view from our balcony on floor 6 overlooking the sea was beautiful. The quality and choice of food at the breakfast and evening buffets were delicious.The spa and indoor pool was great when weather was cloudy. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Number 4 bus from outside the hotel takes you to Palma which was busy. Not a lot to do in the local vicinity though. Unfortunately I had my purse pickpocketed out of my bag on the packed bus on way home. On the whole a very relax full week and would recommend this hotel.

Fabulous, safe spot. Lovely little coves and beaches, plus mini-markets, restaurants etc. Staff seemed dissatisfied, bar reception. Breakfast staff absolutely appalling to the point of shouting at guests for removing dirty plates that should have been cleared to sit down. Food was chaotic and cooked often cold, but all else, great. Suspect there is an under-staffing issue there

Tolles Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig mit sehr großer Auswahl. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, das wir zwei benachbarte, öffentliche Strände ohne Probleme und ohne zusätzliche Kosten zu Fuß erreichen konnten.

The property is amazing. The rooms could use some updating but overall very clean. The food from the buffet was what you would expect from a buffet. The restaurant workers were so amazing. The parking situation really needs to be better explained upon booking. I arrived at 5pm after a 12 hr travel day only for their parking to be full and I had to find street parking. Then I had to wake up at 9am to move or repay for parking since there still was nothing free at the hotel every 3 hrs. My first night and AM revolved around parking which was unexpected and so annoying. I just wanted to relax :(
