We had requested and paid for a 2 room suite. When we arrived to check in we were told our requested and paid for room was not available. We were given a lessor room and no price adjustment. Staff tried to assist, but because we used your site they said their hands were tied. I hate using 3rd party sites.

We love staying here with our family and furry son. The place is prestine with spacious rooms. They even have a container of dog biscuits in the lobby. It was our second time staying here in the last year and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

I loved how equipped the kitchenette was. It had everything you need. Including measuring cups! I was so surprised. Also, I appreciate how kind they were to my dogs. I would 100% stay there again. No doubt.

The room was clean, the view from balcony was good. It was nice to have a kitchen. Breakfast was free with fresh food. Staff was friendly. Overall good value for the price.

Our stay was great! The only problem we had was our bed had a really bad mattress. We reported the huge depression in the mattress to the front desk. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another mattress on hand to replace it with. They were pleasant and understanding. We only stayed 2 nights. I’m hoping they resolved the problem once we left.
