Everything about our stay was perfect! Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The facility was extremely clean. The breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

Overall just OK. Front Staff could be more on top of things. Text recieved saying welcome let us know if you need anything. I replied to see how to get fresh towels and where to leave used as we did not want our room cleaned after arrival. No response the 4 days we were there. What's the point of a text. Took 4 tries to obtain fresh towels. Asked several times but no one delivered. Tried calling a second time to front desk no response. They also charged my credit card 50.00 a night for incidentals which was not communicated. This is high compared to bigger and better chains and we never used any. Breakfast was fine main entrance kept very clean.

The hotel is located in a nice central location. The lobby is very nice and clean and the room setup was lovely; however, I had a poor experience during my stay. The first night was very unpleasant due to an old AC unit causing high humidity and a very musty smell. There was visible mold on the air conditioning unit. I asked the girls at the front desk for some cleaning supplies, but they said they could not supply them - I had to purchase my own to clean the mold. They said they could not switch my family to another room, so we just had to endure it for the night. The next morning, the manager had the air conditioning unit replaced - which confirms that there was a significant issue with the one that was already there. Night 2 was much better with the new unit. My biggest disappointment was how this was all handled. The hotel could not refund me the one night because I booked through hotels.com. They offered me a free one night future stay, which I am not interested in. If I had known I’d be staying in a humid, musty, moldy room, I would have saved some money and booked a cheaper place.
