What a surprise, all the extras for a full breakfast was free!

This is a real gem, the owners and staff will do anything for you. The decoration/art work is beautiful And we loved having access to a lounge with the use of games. Would highly recommend, just be aware the parking is tight.

Had a great stay staff friendly and attentive breakfast choice was fantastic resident dog very cute nice peaceful and quiet place to stay which was just needed when next in eastbourne this will be a first choice thank you so much

I had a very relaxing stay. The B&B is close to all amenities, including the beach, but is nevertheless quiet at night. I didn't have a chance to learn all the members of staff by name but I was made to feel welcome by all, especially by the staff over breakfast (the omelette and vegetarian cooked breakfasts on my first two mornings were especially delightful). The dining room is a work of art/gallery in itself. I also received an invitation for an in-house special event on my second night, which was very kind. The en-suite room, in which I slept very well, was clean and snug. Highly recommended.
