The stay was comfortable. Great access to the main road for food as well as travel. The elevator stopped working when we got there and the girls at the desk didn’t think to mention where the stairs were and had us stand and wait for elevator. We had to ask where they were.

Pleasant suprise. This hotel had amenities that beyond surprised me. Free headphones in gym, good breakfast, amazing pool amd hot tub. Was told the hotel was recently renovated. And it shows. Sparkly clean and great customer service at front desk. One of the best places i stayed at.

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast had great options, was well stocked. Fitness center was terrific, all machines in working order and lots of weights to choose from. Rooms were spacious with high celings, clean and quiet. Would stay again!

They were currently renovating. So positive notes rooms are newly remodeled, clean, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub are good sized. They offer buffet breakfast. Heard renovating will be complete in a month so a little messy getting to the elevator and pool but didn't alter our stay of being great. Staff were all super friendly and helpful as the ice machines are down also but they didn't hesitate to get some from the kitchen for me.

The staff were pretty fantastic but the property is OVERDUE for some significant improvements, there was an ant problem (in our room) and in the pool area. Cleanliness is a major problem. I would NOT stay there again.

The hotel was not busy so parking, using the workout room and breakfast were all easily accessible. Fresh fruit and a waffle are hard to mess up so breakfast was fine. The staff was very courteous and helpful when asked. The bed was very comfortable but I was turned off by the light coming under the front door and the mirror placement made the night lights glow cover over 50% of the bed while trying to sleep. The heating/cooling unit was louder than I was comfortable with as well but shutting it off caused a bit of a staleness or sultriness to the room that was uncomfortable. There were 3 hairs in my shower that did not belong to me based on the length and color. There was also a bit of mold growing in the corner of the shower that was not appealing. I did not contact the management about my issues as it was just an overnight stay.

I was on the first floor. I called the front desk three times to ask for help with the person above running back and forth. The phone eventually hung up. I tried to call the room above me, but was unable to get through. I got dressed and went to the front desk. He told me he could do nothing, and quiet hours start at 10PM. It was 9:30 PM. He also said it’s only going to get louder. I have 15 more people to check in so there will be lots of noise. I did not hear that noise, but the running above me went on until at least 10:30. Then is start at 7 in the morning again.

Staffs are very helpful, nice shower. The only problem is their bathroom sink, the faucet is so short and right in on the edge of sink，makes very hard to wash hands.

Place to hand clothes was absent Checking out we mentioned that and she said that she hears that a lot. There is a big mirror in the room that you can open. No one said anything upon check in and there is not note near mirror that states this. It is not obvious that a closet is behind the mirror or how to access it

Very clean and comfortable. TV had no sound. I called front desk about it and was told to unplug HDMI cord then plug back in. Did that, sound came on til I went to the guide. Tried several more times, then thought “why am I trying to fix their tv when I’m paying over $300 for this room. Called again and Miss Snippy Pants came to the door. I said “Hiii!” And she walked right by me without a word and unplugged the cord. Sound was on. She left saying “have a nice night” without looking at me. I left it on that channel, but later switched and no sound. This morning, no sound. Breakfast was ok, nice guy at front desk, but I got no compensation for lack of promised amenity of TV. Way overpriced for what I got.

We are handicapped with permanent handicap license plate. The hotel roped off all handicap parking for painting logos on the pavement and failed to provide any substitute handicap spaces. When we asked about other closer spaces, they suggested the restaurant up the street and the front desk just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

I was checked in by Kayla with a big smile...! I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working...I usually use it after a round of golf at Cedars...But Tee made up for it by giving me a free room upgrade! This is one of the main reasons why I keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I do a short vacation in Sequim! The front desk crew has always been amazing...always accommodating....always smiling...I feel like a welcomed guest each time! Keep up the good work! I will be back - as always!

Property is easy to get too right off the road. Parking is quick and easy. Staff is very responsive to needs. Our stay was upgraded without asking. Room was comfortable, had a regular size fridge and a mini kitchen. I would stay there again

When I requested an invoice, the front desk informed me that Expedia would handle the charge and send the invoice directly. However, the hotel was the one that actually charged me, and I haven't been able to reach them for four days. I sent messages to the hotel through Expedia, but they never responded. After an Expedia agent contacted them, they promised to send the invoice, but I am still waiting.

The entire staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were exceptionally awesome, the food was great and the dinning room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again. Merry Christmas and Happy holidays.

Great stay. Convenient location not too far into Sequim so easy out to the highway. Black bear diner right next door but closed at 8pm. Only unfortunate thing is coin operated laundry machine (1dryer 1washer), no atm on site & staff unable to charge coins to your room, must be policy not their choice. Banks/atm less than a mile away. Breakfast more than adequate for 4 of us - 6yr old & 5 yr old

Wonderful stay… our room had the space that we needed for our family. The pool was a nice addition. Breakfast was typical for a holiday Inn and was sufficient for everyone! The staff is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet and clean. For convenience, there is a restaurant right across the parking lot.

Nice but not great. Facility is newer but is starting to show wear. The main hotel service was great. Breakfast was below average, even for a hotel breakfast. They had two people working and the meal area was still dirty. Dirty floor, dirty tables, and crumbs in the cracks of the chairs. They were also out of many things and slow to replace them. The Pancake machine was broken our second day. Also, it was the same exact meal options the second day. Overall, it was really expensive for what it was.

Black bear diner next door with nice grounds, fire pit, koi pond, good food and friendly service. The hotel room had loud sound at night- so I got little sleep the several nights I was there, which impeded my visit. Good toiletries, comfy bed and linen. No garment bag. Need to up your game with breakfast and friendly servers to be competitive. Servers stood guard, as if policing the dining room. Admonished someone taking food to room. Breakfast same all days I was there and meh. Good location.

I didn’t like that the hot tub was not working as that was the main reason for booking this particular hotel and paying extra . Others in the area don’t offer a hot tub. The place is nice and clean and beds comfortable . The breakfast buffet was a downer as no pancakes due to machine being broken and no option for waffles or French toast for the kids . Definitely more of an adult buffet which I did enjoy.
