Lobby was very clean. Staff was helpful and check in took minimum time. Room was very spacious and was very clean! Everything worked except tall lamp in corner. A/c worked great and was relatively quiet. Great hotel experience for 2 nights.

The hotel was out dated and the roof on the room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable and very out dated. Also the staff wasn't very helpful in the morning.

Elevators had been out for 2 days. No notice was sent. Had 3 year old who fell going up stairs and had to be caught and then carried. Older lady had to stay in room due to stairs and couldn’t do outings for dinner. Staff seemed very unconcerned Tub had not been cleaned and only 2 towels and 2 pods for guest in room
