I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the location was convenient for a short stay in Rize. I would especially like to highlight the reception staff. They were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent.Receptionist, Asll, I think I may not have spelled her name correctly, but the woman is a very kind professional and deserves all the praise for her work with clients. The breakfast is ok. The hotel needs a lot of renovation, that's the only thing we didn't like, everything looks very old. Overall rating is 3.
