The Inn At Plantation

Accessibility Bathroom floor area had a slippery coating on them. Desk clerk gave ME something to clean the floor. Asked for another room, wasn't accessibility, floor was in same condition. Gave me extra bath mats and towels to put on floor.

It had snowed and there was no snow removal in the parking lot or sidewalk. We got at the hotel around 2:30 we were able to check in before check in time at 3:00

Ok for a couple of nights. Breakfast wasn’t much, I actually went elsewhere for breakfast the second morning. There’s no gym at all even though it states there is and has photos of the gym on their website. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk was terrific. Room super clean with the right amount of supplies (toiletries and towels. Nice handicapped shower with a seat. Breakfast included eggs sausage toast juice coffee and more. Overall very pleased.

Fridge had a foul odor besides that everything was very nice friendly staff clean sheets clean shower Jetted tub didn’t work Gas station down the street sells beer IHOP and Arby’s in walking distance 5 mins

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, it was great! The front staff were also great. The room wasn't very clean, though, the clean staff clearly didn't look under the bed skirt. I found an old half drank bottle of pepsi, a battery, a gross old sock, and a bunch of food crumbs all left from previous guests. There was also a huge dead cricket in the washroom that had been there for awhile as when I tried to remove it it just crumbled. I also found pubes in one of the towels so decided not to shower there.

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the carpet was a bit damp and room smelled a little musty but everything else seemed clean

This place was so dirty and disgusting. We were out in the wrong room twice and we saw a mouse.

The staff was kind and receptive at check-in. The room was suitable but not up to date. The room had a damp and humid feeling to it. The bedding felt wet to the touch (like dew on grass) and there was a musty odor. It did its purpose for the night but would not stay longer.

The young lady at check-in was very nice. Unfortunately just a few minutes in my room had me finding no less than 5 fleas, on both me and the bedding. I went back to the desk and that same lady moved me to another room, no problem. While I saw no fleas in the new room, there were a couple of dead bugs on the carpet, and pet hair was easily visible on the furniture. I tried to sleep, but couldn't shake the bug feeling. I got up at 2:30 AM and just left. I wouldn't ever book here again.

Usually I stay here every time I come to town, but the cleanliness of the room was under par again. No room service after the first day after requesting it, and I got sick probably because of it. The bathtub had hair in it, so we didn't even bother to shower. The breakfast options were light as well. I guess it's time to move on from here finally.

It had a weird smell, there was rust or some kind of spots coming around the inside of the sink everytime we washed out hands. The same food every morning. We probably won't be back to this hotel. Our soaps were never changed for new ones, the sheets were never changed. I just didn't like this hotel and i spent wayy too much money.

I should probably put "Poor", but the service at the front desk was so helpful that I put "Average" as this was my only sub-par stay at this hotel so far. It was because the rooms werent clean with feces marks on the bathroom floor and the air condition had gaping holes through the wall which was uncomfortable. The room also felt damp throughout the entire night. Maybe it was just this room as we've never stayed in that one before so far down, or maybe it's just time I move on from this hotel when we're in town.

We stayed at the Inn At plantation for 2 nights. The room we got was facing the interstate and was so loud almost like I had the door open. I heard traffic all night. The bed on one side was sunk in about half way to the box spring. The fitted sheets were too small. The heater/ac unit cover was hanging off the wall and made a terrible knocking noise all night. I had to push a chair against it to quiet it some. The room was not filthy or even what I’d say dirty-dirty, but you can tell the housekeepers don’t pay attention to details. The faucets, mirrors, corners etc hadn’t been cleaned properly in sometime. The next morning I spoke to the manager Kelly. She was super nice and I enjoyed talking to her. I asked if we could switch rooms to one not facing the interstate. That room was better but smelled strongly of cat pee. The mattresses were still lumpy but it was much more quiet and it was a little cleaner than the other room. The toilet ran off and on all night and we had to keep the bathroom door closed. I appreciated the effort Kelly made to make us comfortable there. The breakfast was pretty good. It wasn’t a terrible place to stay but I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

Secondly, the dude renting the room above us paced the floor all night and then got into a yelling match with someone at 4:00 am. There was no one at the front desk or anyone answering phones, so I was stuck with a sleepless night.

I enjoyed my stay other than I was on the side by the interstate and had trouble sleeping with the traffic

Easy access, did not like the outdated furniture in the room.

Rooms were in good condition and comfortable. Pillows are like 1/4 size of a normal pillow. The rooms definitely had an odor that was not the best. Musty and damp smelling. We had two rooms and both suffered that issue.

Breakfast was not very good with a very limited selection, no juice. Just cereal, loaf bread, premade sausage rounds and premade egg rounds. The whole area around the hotel looked delapadated and run down.

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. The rates were extremely reasonable. Right off 64 its very convenient.

Didnt like that housekeepers came to my door three times before it was check out time.I pay for 11 oclock check out time housekeepers should wait tlill 11 to come to the room

This facility continues to be of good value and of especially great location for my needs. The people running the place are helpful and efficient. I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to do so when in the area.

This motel is located right alongside an interstate so there is constant traffic noise. But, otherwise, our stay was most satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the room's temperature was easily controlled.

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be.

It was convenient and had an ihop around the bend. It was older with stains but not dirty. I was on the side by the highway which was noisy. I would consider staying here again.

I have traveled past this motel for 32 years going between Delaware and Illinois. This little gem is inviting sitting on a hill along the side of the Interstate. We waited too long and our regular places were booked so i took the oppirtunity to check it out. It is an older well maintained and clean property. It is quiet and serves a complete breakfast. The coffee is good. Be aware that when you check in you will be given a receiot for an amount that does not match what you already paid Expedia. You can relax. The charge will not be made to your card.

I’ve stayed here before so I wouldn’t have stayed here again if it was crappy. In the one category, I didn’t give it a 5star simply because it’s an older property and anyone should not expect a pristine facility because of its age. (If someone does, they are a whiner.). It’s a great location for my needs and the pricing doesn’t hurt either. The breakfast is more than basic and perfectly tasty. The management are pleasant and appear to be efficient and effective. I will definitely be back when I return to the area!

Room and bed was nice. Couple of maintenance item needed attention, but very minor and nearly inconceivable. Slept great in the bed. Good experience. Would stay there again. Breakfast offered. Said there would be sausage. There was not. “Truck had not arrived.”

This place suited our needs for a place to sleep after a long day of driving and fit the price range we were looking for as we would be up and away early the next day. Straight forward accommodation and had a fridge as well. I had hoped for a better breakfast. (Not lemonade or apple juice for morning beverage) Staff were friendly.
