Great stay! Beautiful view, kind and helpful staff, pulled straight into parking right in front of hotel. Not walkable to downtown, but worth it.

We spent a delightful night at The North Kessock Hotel during our nine-day road trip around Scotland. This quaint little pub, located right on the water in North Kessock, offers a truly restful and charming atmosphere. Perched overlooking the stunning Beauly Firth, the hotel provided breathtaking views that enhanced our stay. Dining downstairs at the restaurant was a wonderful experience, with a vibrant ambiance that made every meal special. We couldn't fault this experience in any way—truly a highlight of our trip!

lovely little hotel in the old slipway at base of the bridge on the north side of the Ness just outside Inverness.pleasant staff and proper man sized meals at reasonable prices.If you are heading to John o'Groats and want a quiet,easy parking place to stay hassle free to find its just the job.Beware the Hassock Hamfull meal -enough for 2!

We had the Superior Twin room and the view outside is very pleasant. Large and clean room to accommodate everything for our stay. We stayed on our last night for the NC500. Staff are lovely and generous. Bar is great for decent selection of beers and wines. Pool table is also pretty good.

A little odd to start with as was met in a hallway for check-in… but.. rest of the stay was wonderful! Lovely room, very comfortable bed! Stunning food and wonderful service. If we travel that way again we would absolutely book to stay here. Thank you for a really lovely stay :)

We loved our stay at the North Kessock Hotel! The owners and staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were a little bit small but overall very comfortable and cozy. We opted to stay a little outside town rather than in central Inverness, and happy we did. Lovely location with great views from the hotel and nice walks in the area. Still very convenient location with easy free parking nearby. We did eat at the restaurant one night and everyone in our group felt it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying near Inverness and we'll stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant! Staff were very kind and helpful. Though it’s an older hotel, the place was very clean and the food was excellent! Ate dinner and breakfast here, both meals were very good. The views are also very stunning.

We had a good stay. The room was a bit small for 4 of us but neat. Beds were good and bathroom was neat. Expedia customers don’t get free breakfast so we had to pay.

Comfortable room with great views over the Motay Firth, cleanliness needs to improve however - carpet needs shampooing, bed needs pulled out, washed down and cleaned/hoovered behind. Get rid of scatter cushions and cover at base of bed (these dont look to be laundered between guests). I never used the restaurant as VERY expensive. Staff friendly and helpful

Very enjoyable 1night stay- we have been before and it’s still as good as the 1st time. Staff very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant at night. As our stay was on a Friday, it’s best to book a table beforehand as it gets really busy. Our room this time was a side sea view and very spacious with a walk-in shower- only thing I would say( as an older person) is the shower could do with a rubber mat as it can be a bit slippery

Trotz grossem Trubel im angebundenen Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Da wir sehr spät angereist waren, wurde uns sogar noch eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant nach Küchenschluss angeboten und ein Platz in der vollen Gaststube organisiert. Das Essen war äusserst lecker und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Trotz grossem Trubel im angebundenen Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Da wir sehr spät angereist waren, wurde uns sogar noch eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant nach Küchenschluss angeboten und ein Platz in der vollen Gaststube organisiert. I am giving this rating because things came up during the trip and we were running late. The hotel basically said too bad that is when we close for the night. We paid full price as it was charged to our card and we didn’t spend the night. We had to scramble late at night to find another hotel in Iverness. Luckily the local Courtyard by Marriott let us come late even though they were closed. Thank you to them for understanding our circumstances and being accommodating. We checked in about 20min after closing so it wasn’t unreasonably late. Considering this is the hospitality industry we were disappointed. Unfortunately circumstances happen while travelling and this hotel was not very understanding and accommodating. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant! Staff were very kind and helpful. Though it’s an older hotel, the place was very clean and the food was excellent! Ate dinner and breakfast here, both meals were very good. The views are also very stunning.

We spent a delightful night at The North Kessock Hotel during our nine-day road trip around Scotland. This quaint little pub, located right on the water in North Kessock, offers a truly restful and charming atmosphere. The restaurant was good, and very busy on a Friday night, but we thought it was quite expensive. Good breakfast. The location is lovely, and very convenient to get to the airport. We'd certainly go again.

Trotz grossem Trubel im angebundenen Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Da wir sehr spät angereist waren, wurde uns sogar noch eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant nach Küchenschluss angeboten und ein Platz in der vollen Gaststube organisiert. Das Essen war äusserst lecker und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved everything about our one night stay! Quaint room, quiet location on the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the food in their restaurant was great!! Especially the made from scratch sticky toffee pudding that i would love to get the recipe for!! 😁 Definately recommend!

A little odd to start with as was met in a hallway for check-in… but.. rest of the stay was wonderful! Lovely room, very comfortable bed! Stunning food and wonderful service. If we travel that way again we would absolutely book to stay here. Thank you for a really lovely stay :)

The hotel was very nice and the staff were good. The shower is too small, it you drop your soap you almost have to get out of the shower to pick it up and we are not big people.

Nice and clean accommodations, people were very friendly, nice location and enjoyed the terrace with a drink. The room had no hooks to hang clothing, a towel or a toiletry bag. The electric shower was terrible, no water pressure and temperature was continuously changing, warm to cold. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Small room struggle to get past the end of the bed , but clean and modern , drinks priced well, food is around 50% more than elsewhere in Inverness , does a job around 10 mins outside of city centre, bed was comfy ,wasn’t the wow we were expecting but an acceptable standard
