Overall really good accomodation. Clean rooms, good beds, bathroom looks newly upgraded, friendly and helpful staff. The view from the room was as good as it can be in Hanoi. A lot of run down buildings in close proximity of the hotel, with streets flourishing with life both day and night. During breakfast one of the staff members came with a QR code, asking us to give a review. Told the manager afterwards that this is not wanted by guests, and that they rather could put the QR code on a sign outside of the breakfast hall. They were also a bit quick with preparing our table for other guests while we were getting more to eat. This was also given as feedback to the manager. This is a small gem amongst a lot of questionable hotels.
