I checked in before we got there via an email that I received. When we got to the hotel they only showed a confirmation for 1 room when we should have had 3 rooms. I showed her my app with the 3 rooms. She kept telling me they were all booked up but had one room available we could pay for. She kept talking down to me like I did something wrong on my end. I couldn’t cancel because I would be out the money already paid and who knows if or when I could get it back. So our friends were gonna go to a different hotel. Then the owner or mgr got involved and all the sudden the computer showed the rooms available. The rooms smelled musky/moldy. The floor that wasn’t carpet was sticky feeling with shoes on. We kept them on when not in bed. The bed is made out of some kind of metal base that made a noise every time you moved. Would definitely not recommend

The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. The staff was pleasant to speak to but not overly helpful. The parking lot was strange and small but there was an entrance at th3 back we could get into.

An honest review: The lady who checked us in was polite, almost gushingly so, but I will take that over rude, impersonal staff any day. I booked an accessible room and advised I had a dog. Upon arrival, I was told there were no handicap pet rooms, but she made an exception for which I was grateful, but... disabled people have pets, too. I had a couple other brief encounters. They were all friendly as well. The room was reasonably comfortable overall, and TV channel choices were plentiful, though there is no "sleep mode". Then there's everything else. -Mold in the walk-in shower -a handicapped seat in the shower, but no handheld shower - no way to even get wet -Bed linens were "short sheeted" - they were put on sideways and upon climbing in bed after a long day, I had to fight to pull the sheets up. Realized the problem the next morning and just dealt with it. -The ice machine seemed broken. One lady helped by dumping a glass full of ice in the machine. (I guess it's the thought that counts), but we eventually got ice. -ALL chairs in the breakfast area are nothing short of disgusting. -the bedside light did a disco dance everytime, until it became a solid glow -the back hall door didnt close securely, making security uncertain We booked this room for being less expensive than two similar hotels next door. But less expensive should not include mold in the bathroom or filthy chairs where one eats.
