Aufenthalt am 1 Nacht

Room was big, beds were very comfortable. Only issue we had was at 1:15 am our AC stopped. Would not come back on, the front desk brought us a fan, because the 2 male employees knew nothing to do till next day.......... it was a very unpleasant night of trying to sleep. We had kids with us or we would of went and slept in truck with ac. The people next door was VERY VERY loud.. I told front desk again about AC and all I got was, Oh I will tell maintenance about it. .. Other than the ac and loud neighbors, everything was good.

I had a issue in my room where the ac unit was leaking water on the floor and the front desk initially told me the maintenance man would come the next but that never happened. The next day I called to ask about the situation I was told that the maintenance man doesn't come on the weekends and that there was nothing they could do to fix it nor could they change my family and I into another room. So we literally had to stay in room where a good portion of the floor was wet from the leaking AC unit.

Blonde older lady think her name is Rebecca, I called desk because people upstairs were very noisy running across floor, dropping things on floor and this was at almost 12 am. She said she would check but she said she put her ear on my door and the upstairs and couldn’t hear anything. Guess she thinks that I was lying. This noise went on until 1 or 2 am didn’t rest well. Stay was horrible.
