Hot tub in the room was amazing!

I like that it has a balcony and a spa bath. It really relax. I don't like how my room was close to the road i could hear all the noise

It had everything we needed loved the spa bath and there was even bath foam to add!

Stayed Friday and Saturday nights. Room was very spacious but quite dated. Needs assigned car parks for each unit as had nowhere to park on Saturday night. Service was excellent.

The property was spacious and very close to all amenities. The shower was a bit of an issue with water flooding the floor but the pressure was good

The motel itself is fine, the rooms have everything you need, are well set out and the beds were comfortable - My issue was with the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. As soon as you walk in you can smell mold and dampness. The kitchen cupboards and drawers smelled damp when you opened them, there was black mold growing on the door frame, on the bathroom ceiling, in the shower and on the curtains. There were also large stains on the carpet. Overall this room needed a very good clean.

It was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Spa bath was in pristine order. Air conditioner was so good!! Maybe it’s time for a freshen up as some furniture paint has chipped also walls need their colour lightened up. Overall we so enjoyed our 2 nights. Thank you

The bathroom floor was dirty .. turned bath mat brown and grubby. Cobwebs on the wall and top of doors. We found a lump of hair? On th floor next to the bed. King bed was hard as rock as were all 6 pillows. Positive ? Great shower.

Lovely friendly check-in and out, nothing was a problem during our stay. The unit was clean and housekeeping serviced our room daily and left it all clean and tidy each time which was lovely to return to after a long day out. Lovely to have filter coffee and the spa bath as extra treats.

Too old

Clean, easy to find, spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed . Wifi kept dropping off that was a bit frustrating, sound on tv too quiet to hear and no ability to adapt.

The rooms are very spacious and very close to the town. The hotel is however on a busy road junction so there is a lot of road noise. The rooms are tired and need updating. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Very nice place to stay, lovely staff who were friendly and efficient. Great location across from the shopping centre and close to many other things. Free parking inside the building grounds is a plus, and right outside our door. We had a top floor with a balcony which was great - no view but at least nice to sit outside privately. There was a spa bath in the room opposite the bed - we didn't use it (ran out of time) but it certainly looked welcoming and had extra towels and soap on hand. The bed was king size and comfy-ish. The mattress was a bit tired (slight roll in the middle and sunk a bit) so that could have been nicer. The bathroom was nice and large with everything needed. Lovely tiles to walk on. The shower cubicle was a good size, but.... the water pressure was sad and the temperature was awful - turned it up to nearly the hottest just to get warm - feels scary doing that in case it suddenly jumps to hot - didn't like that very much. The hair dryer needs to be removed - it's a cheap and nasty wall job with just an on button - i could have blown harder! Hair dryers are very cheap these days - I think a proper one would have been better for the price we paid for the unit - just saying. Comfy couch and single chair to sit on - dining/coffee table a bit small and low when we used it for eating, but we made do for the one night. Would stay again - just hope that those niggly things would have been improved/replaced by next time, maybe?? Thank you!

This was my second stay The standard of the motel is excellent. Spotlessly clean, quiet in spite of its stuation on a busy intersection, spacious and well appointed and equipped.BUTyou stay in a motel to sleep and the bed is atrocious. Firstly it is on roller so any attempt to rest on the head board sends it across the floor. Secondly it slopes upwards from the head thirdly the sheets are so tight fitting you cant get iin the bed without undoing thr fitted covers which consequently buch up on hhe bed leaving the edges cold and lastly the swetched for power including the electric blankets are ars situated underneath the fixed side table and can only be reached by lying on the floor. This all leads to a very uncomfortable nights lack of sleep.

The staff at Cornwall were extremely accommodating with our last minute booking as we had to rush to Palmy for personal reasons. When it came to requesting last minute check out they were happy to help. This made our reasons for being in Palmerston less stressful. Thank you so much

Across the road from The Plaza Shopping Mall, Supermarkets & within walking distance to cafes & restaurants. Very central location.

This was a great place for us to stay the night while passing through Palmerston North. Easy to find, easy parking and easy walk to shops and food. Supermarket just across the road too. We had a room towards the back of the property so was quiet as was away from the busy road. Everything we needed in the room.
