Gammel og fint hotel rett ved plazaen. Vi fikk nyte utsikten fra en liten balkong. Rene rom, og hyggelig personal. Tok litt tid før varmt vannet kom, men de i resepsjonen gjorde oss oppmerksom på dette.

O hotel tem uma arquitetura antiga, estilo colonial, achei lindíssimo, muito bem cuidado, muito limpo. Pode ser que alguém não goste do estilo, mas eu amo! Localização excelente, atendimento maravilhoso, café da manhã simples, mas variado, com opções sem glúten, só não tem opções sem lactose. Precisa apenas de atenção aos detalhes, por exemplo: a garrafa elétrica pra fazer chá no quarto, não estava funcionando. Vi outras avaliações onde pontuava algumas coisas a serem reparadas e vi que ainda não foram. Aconteceu uma situação onde foram limpar o nosso quarto, sendo que eu não havia solicitado a limpeza, a moça (Paula) derrubou meu creme que uso diariamente, provavelmente quebrou a tampa e jogou no lixo, pois ninguém encontrou, tive que voltar com o creme aberto, ainda falou que não tinha visto, quando questionei, sendo que eu estava na porta do quarto quando ela estava limpando, pois tinha retornado de uma corrida. Além do que, quando questionada, ela foi muito debochada na resposta, apontando onde eu devia ir falar com a gerente.

The central location could not have been better. The building is eclectic with parlors scattered around and has a particular old-timey charm. It felt a bit like an old victorian boarding house (which it probably was). It was nice to have the kids in their own (adjoining) room. There was a leak in the sink which made a bit of a lake out of the bathroom floor overnight, but we were only there one night so it didn't affect us too much. A/C worked great which made my husband especially happy.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel , emplacement, chambre mais je n’avais la vue sur la place mais j’avais une petite terrasse intérieur mais quelle déception d’avoir la chambre collée à l’ascenseur . Ascenseur d’époque avec les deux grilles . Je rêvais d’aller dans cet hôtel mais c’était vraiment insupportable le bruit de l’ascenseur.

Perfect location. Restaurants bars and tourism offices just 1 min walking distance. Hotel is very old historical building and kept at good shape. Even I got the best room in the hotel the bathroom was terrible. So narrow, and very tight shower place... My payment selection was "pay at the hotel with local currency"...It was not a good choice. They charge me much more than the price shown on hotel.com pages. I was forced to use the credit card not to pay more but my choice was spend all my left over Argentinian Pesos. Since I did not accept to pay by credit card I am charged 21% more in cash... Be carefull if you pick Pay At The Hotel option....

We were welcomed bij the hotel host. Very nice reception. Car could be parked in a public parking 25 meters down the square (included in the room price). Breakfast was ok.

This property had its haydays no doubt but still very well kept. My Check In was good, but my Check Out was Outstanding! Check out was at 11am , and my flight was at 8:30 pm and the hotel allowed me use the lounge on the 2nd floor with as "many exits and reentry as needed " and to me that was a life saver. Reception also put my luggage on a safe all day for me without any extra charge, as well as arrange for a taxi ride to Airport. Thank You So Much to the reception desk staff!

The hotel public areas do look like an old colonial home. The breakfast is very good served with choices. The rooms are old but supply everything they promise - AC, firm beds, desk area and the shower worked well with lots of hot water. With a bunch of money invested, this could be an upscale boutique hotel.

Excellent location. Good value for the price you pay. Frontdesk very friendly and eager to help. Room was in good condition, not luxurious, but was clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was very good. Overall a very nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Salta for a few days and just use it for sleeping and breakfast.

Pros: A hotel with old world charm & ambience. The room was lovely with a comfy bed & a gorgeous antique wardrobe. Spacious bathroom compared to other places we’ve stayed in Argentina. We had a nice view of the San Francisco Cathedral from the Romeo & Juliet balcony. Cons: Being so close to Plaza 9 de Julio, it was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was pretty average.

This hotel is brilliantly located on the main square. It is very old fashioned and quirky, if that’s what you are looking for great, if not you are likely to be disappointed. The rooms are very dated and quite small. Breakfast is ok, all ingredients are local, but served in a tiny upstairs room which sometimes overspills into the lounge. The staff are very helpful. Not great value for the dated facilities

The service from everyone at the hotel was impeccable - friendly and professional. Good location right on the main square. Hotel has maintained a good part of its colonial heritage. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The only negative is that the room was carpeted. Wooden floors would be a big improvement.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Fomos muito bem recepcionados em nossa chegada. O profissional nos enviou um táxi para nos receber no aeroporto. Acompanhou-nos até o quarto. Todos os dias, tínhamos um docinho diferente no quarto. As copeiras muito atenciosas e prestativas. Apenas na saída teve uma situação que nos desagradou bastante. Ao efetuarmos o check-out, informamos o que haviamos consumido e realizamos o pagamento. Um tempo depois, o recepcionista veio correndo até nós (que já estavamos entrando no traslado para o aeroporto) alegando que uma das garrafas de água com gás do frigobar estava com o lacre rompido, portanto, teríamos que pagar. Detalhe: não tomamos água com gás e não consumimos o item, mas fomos obrigados a pagar. Ficamos bem constrangidos com a atitude e a falta de confiança do hotel em seus hóspedes.

This property had its haydays no doubt but still very well kept. My Check In was good, but my Check Out was Outstanding! Check out was at 11am , and my flight was at 8:30 pm and the hotel allowed me use the lounge on the 2nd floor with as "many exits and reentry as needed " and to me that was a life saver. Reception also put my luggage on a safe all day for me without any extra charge, as well as arrange for a taxi ride to Airport. Thank You So Much to the reception desk staff!

This hotel is brilliantly located on the main square. It is very old fashioned and quirky, if that’s what you are looking for great, if not you are likely to be disappointed. The rooms are very dated and quite small. Breakfast is ok, all ingredients are local, but served in a tiny upstairs room which sometimes overspills into the lounge. The staff are very helpful. Not great value for the dated facilities

O hotel tem uma arquitetura antiga, estilo colonial, achei lindíssimo, muito bem cuidado, muito limpo. Pode ser que alguém não goste do estilo, mas eu amo! Localização excelente, atendimento maravilhoso, café da manhã simples, mas variado, com opções sem glúten, só não tem opções sem lactose. Precisa apenas de atenção aos detalhes, por exemplo: a garrafa elétrica pra fazer chá no quarto, não estava funcionando. Vi outras avaliações onde pontuava algumas coisas a serem reparadas e vi que ainda não foram. Aconteceu uma situação onde foram limpar o nosso quarto, sendo que eu não havia solicitado a limpeza, a moça (Paula) derrubou meu creme que uso diariamente, provavelmente quebrou a tampa e jogou no lixo, pois ninguém encontrou, tive que voltar com o creme aberto, ainda falou que não tinha visto, quando questionei, sendo que eu estava na porta do quarto quando ela estava limpando, pois tinha retornado de uma corrida. Além do que, quando questionada, ela foi muito debochada na resposta, apontando onde eu devia ir falar com a gerente.

Pros: A hotel with old world charm & ambience. The room was lovely with a comfy bed & a gorgeous antique wardrobe. Spacious bathroom compared to other places we’ve stayed in Argentina. We had a nice view of the San Francisco Cathedral from the Romeo & Juliet balcony. Cons: Being so close to Plaza 9 de Julio, it was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was pretty average.

Hotel is centrally located, near to everything. All most important sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend it without hesitation. Great value for money at the time of my stay.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that my daughter and I had a great stay. The room was clean, the breakfast had good variety, and the location was steps from great dining and museums. Or room was on the corner near the square, so it was a bit noisy. But, we were still able to sleep well. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. In fact, our flight was delayed so I ended up adding another night so that we could relax a bit. Loved this hotel. Thank you!
