Decent hotel if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Elevator broke down, and I was trapped in there for an hour and had to have the fire department come to rescue me. Whatever you do, don’t take elevator # 2

Fine for one night with free airport shuttle service. The shuttle stops at different hotels to make pick-ups. Older interior and decor, but comfortable. Front desk associates were professional, upbeat, and friendly. Wish there had been a rating just for them - I would've given them 5 stars. I was very disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance! It is even pictured on this review page, and was mentioned on every reminder/check-in email I received.

I flew into town and had a layover and booked a room for a night. I landed and waited an hour for the shuttle that never came. I had my 14 month old baby with me and we were left in the cold at 1 am. I had to Uber because I couldn’t wait any longer. When I reached the hotel the front desk receptionist was very friendly and was calling the shuttle to let them know how unprofessional their service was. I would rate my stay a 5/10

Check-in was OK. Problem was door key cards. They weren't working. Had to run back to the front desk 3 times before getting a key that would work. 3rd time a guy came with us. First card didn't work, but the second one did.

The shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful, the staff for the shuttle and the front desk were great. The lobby seemed clean, but as soon as I stepped into the elevator there was a terrible smell, it got worse on the 2nd floor where my room was. I didn’t notice the smell in my room until the next morning, I think it had come in through the space around the door. The room was on, stains and spills on the furniture and floor. In the hallway the carpet around the elevator was black and dirty. I needed a last minute room as my flight was missed due to bad weather, the bed was comfortable but especially for the price it needs a deep cleaning and a lot of updating.

Staff at check in and checkout were friendly. The airport parking on site and shuttle were convenient. I was concerned as there was dried blood on the carpet in our room and the trash was overflowing in the breakfast area. As a nurse, these health issues were unacceptable. The side chair showed a lot of wear.

Overall dirty room, hairs in the bathroom, trash in our trash cans, spots in the bed. Asked to change rooms lady said she couldn’t cus there was no other rooms at our rate. We asked to have fresh coffee made it was luke warm and watered down stay next door not here

The hotel is fine. The carpet was so dirty in my room though that I felt uncomfortable taking my socks off at all. I was also disappointed that I had to pay for parking as someone who was staying the night. I understand that it's near the airport but it should be included in the price not extra.

it was okay, the beds were not as comfortable, the room was kind of small for the price, no fridge or microwave, elevator took forever, breakfast didn't have too many options, and it was over way too early.

Staff was knowledgeable and helped, but were cranky (more than one person). Room was decent but the king size bed only had 2 pillows. Well, technically 4 but they were square/half the size of a normal pillow. Fire door for elevator was wedged open with a wad of paper towels n the first floor.

The property was dated. The welcome mat at the entrance was dirty. The elevator floors showed wear. Several of the lampshades in our room hung at awkward angles due to broken lamps. The carpet was torn. One of the outlets by the bed didn't work, which meant I had to leave my phone across the room.

The location and cleanliness were fine. However the room was freezing even after we figured out how to turn the heat on. A switch for a light was broken. We had to take the cover off in order to get the light off. Finally, there is little sound proofing. The people next door were really loud. Fortunately they quieted down after 10 pm.

Wifi is a necessity in 2024. Internet does not work here - if you want to work, please don’t book. AC units are old, room needs some upgrades. No fridge. I discovered that there are tons of better hotels in this area around the same price range. Shop and stay away till these guys fix this issues.

We stayed here for one night, so it served its purpose. Staff was polite and helpful. Facility needs updating badly. Carpet in both rooms we reserved was torn. Mattresses were old and hard. Will probably stay elsewhere next time. Mostly due to uncomfortable beds.

Hotel under new management, very good operation from all aspects i experienced. I booked before searching for reviews, when i did read past reviews there were a bunch of serious bad ones. I was not liking the prospect of using the hotel. But the situation has changed radically, timely shuttle, fast checkin, friendly staff, super clean room and bed, nice breakfast. I will use this hotel again in the future.

I asked for a wakeup call at 4:30 am and did not receive one. I asked for the shuttle to the airport to be ready at 5 am and was in the lobby at 5 am and the driver was not there. The lady behind the desk tried calling the driver and could not get ahold of her. I had to order an uber to get to the airport. Do not use thi hotel

The man who worked the early morning that we checked in was very rude. Our flight was delayed and we never saw the hotel shuttle and had to uber to the hotel. The man who worked on early Sunday morning, August 3rd was rude and told us we didn’t have a room and he told me to call Expedia. He was rude to another guest as well. Then he found that I had checked in the day before and he found my paperwork but he never apologized for being rude to us. We were very disappointed with the service and will never go back there again.

Good spot for airport use. Shuttle and parking are good services but MUST sign up early for shuttle. Disappointed when motels find ways to tack on extra charges. I arrived before posted check-in and there are significant charges to check in early.

Its not a new place but not too bang up. This place is perfect for rest before or after flight. The room was clean and bed was soft but not too soft or hard either. Tv and room size good too. Yes this is not 5 star black diamond but it was far from a rat nest. Staff was so kind and try to make stay good. Breakfast in morning had lot of stuff hot ready to go. Pool was little cold for me but still good. I will stay here again next time i fly from Denver. I say 4 star. They even have washer/dryer too so dry swimsuit after use.

Charges for parking then if you have to park in the back the doors will not open with your key. Stale breakfast with not many options. I have stayed at motel 6 that was nicer than this place. Not sure how Baymont let's them keep using their name

Front desk person was very nice and gave us water bottles after we checked in super late. The shuttles and extended parking are great perks. The breakfast, although small, was delicious. The room may need a little bit more of an upgrade but it was clean and comfortable.

Very nice overall. My one complaint: The earliest airport shuttle leaves at 6:00 am and the breakfast room opens at 6:00 am. I want to send my deepest appreciation to the staff who had all the food ready by 5:45, so that the early shuttle passengers were able to take some breakfast food with them. But seriously — a lot of people fly early. Since the hotel reservation includes breakfast, they have already paid for it. Why not have the food available at 5:30 so that the early shuttle passengers can eat sitting down?
