When we first arrived and got our room keys people staying in that room were on there way out for the day. They gave two complete groups the same room keys. So they "upgraded" us from the two queen beds we were suppose to have to a room with a king and bunk beds. The surfaces were dusty, dead nats (i think) all in the window seal, the air conditioner was so noisy and my husband checked the filters and they were caked with brown dusty funk. You could hear traffic ALL night and it kept the kids up. Also the pool deck had green algie on it (inside pool) that made my kids slip and fall while walking carefully. Will not be back. Wish I could of got a refund.

Service was friendly. But very disappointed in the pool area. The pool area was 96 degrees Fahrenheit which is unacceptable to be able to watch your children swim when it feels like we're in a sauna. There were no fans going there was no ventilation whatsoever and no doors open or windows open. The thermometer on the wall red 96°. I could not tolerate sitting in there to watch my 9-year-old granddaughter swim. Which cut her swimming short. Very disappointed.

Staff was friendly and quick! Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. There were even towels provided at the pool. The room was nice and cozy for the price. I can tell the hotel has either been recently renovated or used to allow smoking inside.

The crew that operates this bay mot are very professional, courteous and run a good clean hotel. The indoor pool and hop tub is definitely a plus along with the breakfast each morning. This is our stay at hotel when we come to branson.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again. The rooms were clean, it wasn’t too big, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! The beds were comfortable too!

The fitness room left a lot to be desired! The bike was broken in two places on the screen and the equipment appeared to be stuffed into a room that was too small. The staff was great! Breakfast was good as well!

There was "stuff" on the bed frame that looked like bodily fluids. A literal burger by the toilet paper. I had to keep asking for towels and for them to change the trash and the carpet was wet the 1st day like they had shampooed it without letting it dry. Would NOT recommend staying here!!

Our experience at the Baymont hotel was excellent, the hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were nice, clean, and well kept. The breakfast was great, with a variety of choices. I will also add the cleaning crew well trusted, not many times can you leave something of value without it being touched or stolen. All in all very impressed with our stay!

We’ve stayed here multiple times because it has a good location but this time will be the last. The room was gross. Hair of all sizes in the bedding, hair on the shower walls, boogers on the wall by the bed, white stains on the bed frames on both beds, and some lovely brown stains above the toilet paper holder. The room was just nasty.

Bathroom had no exhaust fan. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. There was lipstick on toilet seat lid. Bathroom fixture very dusty. We did not expect sheets to be changed but the bed made. All that was done is blankets pulled up very sloppy. Not impressed.

They didn’t come in and clean our room while we were gone or restock towels. And also the air conditioner didn’t work. We couldn’t get it to stay on for more than a few minutes and it shut back off. Room got very warm and stuffy at night time.

Only half of TV stations were in service no local channels. No exhaust fan and the PTAC did not control the temperatures. Loud and musty. Staff was short, curt, and just odd. Bed was old and lumpy. I got no sleep.

The room was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. The biggest complaint is that a VERY loud motorcycle came and left a couple of times while we were trying to sleep. It sounded like it was right outside the window and it woke me up several times.

Michael the front desk was super kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. No complaints. This is our third time staying here and where we usually stay when we come to Branson. Very affordable and clean.

The lobby was inviting, staff members friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh, great options. We were happy to see security in the parking lot at night. We stayed 2 nights, slept well.

Got there and the guy at the front desk was very rude. He would not let us stay in the handicap room because my 100% handicap husband had his little 5 pound service dog with him. So therefore we had to take a room that had really high tub in it so My husband couldn't raise his legs high enough to get in the shower to take a shower. The lobby was packed full of people and was been really rude with me in front of all these people. He checked in this other lady that came in after me before he even finished with me he said that he was going to call security on me before I got out of hand I was not beening loud or anything I just told him I needed a handicap room for my husband that we can't be there 4 days without him being able to shower. Then he said he would cancel my room and we could go somewhere else but it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. I don't have that kind of money where I can rent another then wait on my other money to come back to me. The lady behind me checked in with a animal that she called service animal and he gave her the room without a problem.

The front desk staff was horrendous and the facilities were just not up to par. The same trash stayed on the floors in the hallways and guest entrances the entirety of my stay. Quite honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in my life

We live in Branson and had an emergency where our camper lost heat and electricity. Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while it was cold and we could get a repair guy out. Booked this hotel on the app and received a call within 15 minutes that the hotel was cancelling our booking because they don't book to locals. So frustrating!! They didn't care we were in an emergency situation and trying to find something reasonable to get some warmth for the night. Definitely will not be recommending then to friends and family that come to visit!

We have a great 2-night stay. The staff, morning to night, were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, and we had room cleaning and clean towels daily. We were at the end of the strip in Branson and could get around pretty easily.

The lobby was inviting, staff members friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh, great options. We were happy to see security in the parking lot at night. We stayed 2 nights, slept well.

Our experience at the Baymont hotel was excellent, the hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were nice, clean, and well kept. The breakfast was great, with a variety of choices. I will also add the cleaning crew well trusted, not many times can you leave something of value without it being touched or stolen. All in all very impressed with our stay!

3 rooms with five of us who checked into this hotel off the main Branson Strip. So it's 10-15 minutes away from everything! Check in was a breeze and the rooms cozy. We enjoyed our stay overall with only a few problems making that left onto Main Street. We soon figured out how to maneuver around the heavy weekend vehicle traffic by driving thru the residential areas behind the hotel. It will save you a lot of time & headaches cause drivers really don't wanna let you into traffic. Breakfast was good enough to get us thru lunch hour. But that morning coffee was so goooooodd.. it surprised me! I can say without any reservation, you will enjoy your stay here and the kiddies too! The pool was enjoyed by all!

Check in was stressful as the day clerk was trying to go home but the evening clerk couldn't get signed in to his computer and there were several customers waiting. They were explaining that they were so busy over the weekend that clean sheets weren't ready so they would have to make our beds later. When we came back to our room that evening the bed was still without sheets. We called the front desk. They said they would bring the sheets but we would have to MAKE THE BED OURSELVES! The side table in the lobby was dusty. The breakfast bar ran out of sausage biscuits both days.

The room was nicely appointed and those things that one expects to need regular cleaning were okay. But the wall by the bed looked like some hand been wiping boogers on it or throwing mac-n-cheese on it. There was no hot breakfast and pastries were moldy. The restroom off the side of the lobby was dirty -- the log showed it hadn't been cleaned in 3 months.

Very quiet, and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the gentleman who was over the breakfast area was quick to clean and kept everything stocked and fresh. We will stay here again next year.

The staff at the reception were very nice and professional, first room i booked was visibly dirty with animal fur all over the floor,and the moldy smell.I let the reception know she was so nice and gave us the room opposite. The room looked clean at first but when I was about to take a shower there was a used dry washcloth on the shower wall.I was so tired I just removed it and proceeded with the shower.on the website they had said they have wifi, the wifi was off the whole entire stay.The reception told us the wifi was messed up on the 2nd floor so there was no even an option of paying extra to get the wifi.The kids made a comment " mum why didn't you choose another hotel this is the worst we have been into" .
