Great breakfast, but there were ants in my room. Also, the pool was out of service. It should’ve been posted on their website. Room is overall pretty dirty and not very clean. Bathroom was dirty needed a good mop.

First the only reason I booked here was because it said heated pool, I did book through Expedia, nowhere did it say the pool was closed. Right after we checked in and went to our rooms, we had to leave. The bathroom floor had hair on it and a pile behind the door. I asked the front desk for a broom, and he said he would take care of it while I was gone. It was never taken care of. Also, my other room, we needed to use the pull-out bed. Went to front desk and asked for linen, there were no pillows. Holiday Inn Express is my go-to hotel, and this stay made me look bad. I hope this place can get it together.

The property is located extremely close to the airport and a long term parking service, which is super convenient. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean. There’s a good selection of foods for breakfast and the coffee is nice and fresh. One extra thing my husband and I enjoyed was walking out onto the patio, off from the dining area, and looking around for a few minutes at the private lake surrounded by woods. Very peaceful.

The front desk gentleman was super friendly and helpful. The Elevator worked on our way up thankfully but thereafter both elevators were down and we were on the third floor. The hand soap also shoots out and not down so some things got soapy but nothing ruined.

The lobby was open and clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. The view from our room was very nice, great view of the deck and pond. However, my carpet in our room was completely ruined and stained with red and not very clean. We wouldn't even take our socks off. Also this is listed with an indoor pool and it is not heated so our children couldn't even enjoy it. It was freezing. So while it is indoors it is still a seasonal pool.

The room had a little bit of a weird musty smell and I noticed a fruit fly when we got into the room. The beds were comfy. However, the pool was a HUGE disappointment. I got this hotel because my kiddos wanted to swim and the pool was FREEZING. Out of our 3 night stay they swam 45 minutes and froze to death. Needless to say, they never got back in the pool. However, the people were nice and the breakfast was great!

We were very disappointed after arriving to find out the hotel's indoor pool was closed. This was not disclosed online when making the reservation. We drive 5 hours and this trip was supposed to be amazing as it was a birthday trip for my 15 year old daughter and the pool was a really big deal. We really felt like this dampered the trip and we didnt get the full experience that we paid for.

The location for this property is great. However, the property itself wasn't. I had a very large cobb web on the lamp in my room. I reported it to front desk when i was headed out to eat and he said they'll take care of it. When my husband and i arrived back to the hotel, the large cobb web was still there. I called front desk and the young man came up. While waiting on him to clean the cobb webb, we discovered a rose pedal on the floor by the AC unit which by the way had something sticky on the temperature buttons. He did not remove the rose pedal. This tells me my room wasn't properly cleaned. I love the location, but very disappointing in the room. We left the next morning to find another girl to stay in. This was my birthday weekend.

The list is lengthy. For starters, I went into the hotel with my 4yr and the room was nasty. It smelled horrible, there were ants on the coffee bar and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. I didn’t even want to put my bags down. I called the transfer to another room and it was slightly better. The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold around the tub. I will never stay nor recommend anyone to this hotel again. Not to mention because I cancelled my booking directly through the hotel, I am now banned from booking on Expedia again. This whole ordeal was crazy. Also, the ratings on this website is not truthful. Please do your due diligence before booking.

If the carpet had been clean i would have given a higher rating, however, it looked like blood spots and was really dirty. Bath tub had black stains on the bottom despite their efforts to bleach as the room had an overwhelming smell of it. Staff was super friendly.

We had a view of a water ski lake from our room, which was nice. Plenty of options for breakfast and great Costa coffee. They offer a free hotel shuttle, but only pick up at the domestic terminal… international travelers have to take the free bus to the domestic terminal and call the hotel once they get there.

Great room service and very nice staff! Breakfast was to die for!!! Gym needs ventilation. The only thing i would like to suggest is better internet connection. If you are out for business or you need internet for anything important, this place has terrible internet connection whether if its wifi or ethernet. Overall, it was great experience

Overall the staff was very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. But my internet never worked which I needed for work and school. And the shuttle was not there to pick me up to take me to the airport. The shuttle driver said there was bad traffic at the airport and he was stuck, but I called an uber and there was no unusual heavy traffic. We had no problem getting to the airport. I could have dealt with the internet but I felt like someone was not being honest with me. I had a 7:30AM shuttle pick up time which turned into 8:30AM. So I took an uber and I guest I beat the shuttle to the airport. Be careful if you have an early morning flight leaving this hotel.

We waited 1hour and thirty minute and never had the shuttle, we had to take a taxi to go to the hotel, it cost us $45 extra, we call several times the hotel but nobody answer the phonethe hotel is not 1 miles but actually 4miles from the airport, when we arrive the front desk said sorry, we where charged an extra $50 on our credit card a a deposit but it was not mentionated before, the bathroom is outsated and bas shape

Reserved a room months before, I confirmed reservation was all set a week before trip. After traveling for several hrs I was curtly told that no rooms were available because the hotel had sold out. What?! Front desk person told me that they were “working” on getting me a room and will call you when we have something. There was no “we are very sorry” or apologetic tone. It was more like “too bad, it’s the way it is”. Like I was to blame for showing up. And, yes, it was after check-in time. I made a last minute direct reservation at a nearby hotel and cancelled the reservation. HIGHLY recommend anyone to look elsewhere. Also, I have used Travelocity several time, but after this kluge, I see no benefit at all in using them over booking directly with the hotel (I got a better price calling directly)

The lobby of the hotel is inviting and well cleaned. Elevators and carpets need attention... very dirty! There check-in system is antiquated and needs to be updated immediately! Upon check-in on Friday, I was told by the manager on duty, I was completely checked in for the weekend. This turned out to be untrue when my sleep was interrupted Saturday morning by a housekeeper asking me to talk to the front desk about my reservation. There was a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotel, so I was inconvenienced by having to change rooms and pay another incidental fee. When I got to the new room the bed was made with th sheet on top of the comforter and there was no chair in the room. I will not stay here again!

Just went to Atlanta for an overnight stay with my niece and her 2 yr old daughter. We were going to arrive a little late so I called to ask about milk for my great niece and they said no worries, we can accommodate you.. The staff was amazing!! The room was very nice and we loved everything about this place! Also, they have a great breakfast selection in the morning!

no security; 14 cars windows busted out within the last 10days and hotel did nothing to help prevent the safety of cars; cars were parked less than 30ft from main entrance.. when speaking with manager on site he stated that he felt no need to inform customers as his management team was aware.. per police pd the hotel cameras do NOT record or save, they had asked them in efforts to catch individuals.. WOULD NOT STAY THERE!!

When I first got there it me three times to get into my room because every card they made for me wouldn’t open my door. The staff accommodated me and moved me to another room. Friday night early Saturday morning my car was broken into and I had some items stolen from me and my friend who had come by to see me had his vehicle broken into as well. We both had to buy new windows for our vehicles and a police report was filed. Due to you guys’ refund policy I couldn’t receive my money back for the second night of my stay. I left early because I didn’t feel safe at your property any longer.

We loved this hotel. It was easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. Because of the shopping close by traffic was busy getting in and out of the complex. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really loved the balcony downstairs over the river which allowed us to spend some down time outside of the room relaxing and reading because it was so peaceful. The variety of breakfast foods was well stocked, delicious and we even liked the grab and go bags which allowed us to take some fruit to eat as we traveled to our destinations around the city.

The property was great and parking is free. Many restaurants and shops in the area. My family and I got to the breakfast bar and there was NO breakfast. A sign was stuck to the wall stating that breakfast was not going to be served and sorry for the inconvenience. The hotel states that free breakfast was provided. They put out bananas that were browning, green apples and watered down coffee. I was not happy about that and many others were upset as well.
