We booked a seven day stay. The property for the most part was good but as time went on the cracks start to get bigger. The AC at the beginning of the stay was great and reliable then it got progressively worse. That goes for a lot of things. At first the location wasn’t too bad but as we tried going to Madrid more and more we realized how much farther the place is from everywhere else. Don’t expect nightlife here firstly. Secondly half of the reception staff was just rude or cold. The night staff at the reception both Diego and the other girl were good and that is one of the only saving grace that is keeping this from being a one star review. We also requested our room to be cleaned twice! And they still haven’t cleaned it. We stayed for seven days ! It’s just sad really cause this place could’ve easily been a four or five star place but everything just got worse and worse. Stay for two nights and it should be fine but any longer and you’ll see what I mean..
