This hotel was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was adequate. We did not care for the view out the window, though, which is a trailer park immediately adjacent to the property. Nothing against the residents--they did not bother us at all. It's just not a great view nor a seemingly great area.

The breakfast/lounge area was very inviting. Although there have been a lot of updating the bathtub and shower updates seem lacking, making it seem unclean and I didn't feel safe in the shower because the grab handle was not in a covenient location.

Thought there would be at least free water and drinks throughout the day if you didn’t have transportation. Not much within walking distance. No real place to smoke without being in the elements of the winter. But nice room. Cleaner and more pleasant than other places than I’ve stayed. So overall was a nice hotel.

Hallways and room are pretty dirty and need some tlc carpets throughout are rough looking, my rooms ac never got very cold which caused me to not sleep besides loud guests that was in the room above me.. also turn on your ac in the lobby

Hotel is ok for 1 night stay. I stayed for 3 nights and I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling, reported it, some one came but not fixed. The maintenance goy only told us that the peraon above was checki g out and the problem should not persist but some one cehckes in Saturday and the issue continued. Pillows are a bit uncomfortable. The lobby was very hot and no air on the hallways and very hot elevator. Reakfaat was ok, coffee not so good. Glad there was a Starbucks near bye. There is a casino very near if u are i to playing.

The staff was fabulous -- warm and helpful, rooms and corridors clean and the breakfast was really much more than expected. Fresh fruit, hot eggs, great assortment of breads and muffins :) My only 2 issues were there was only decaf coffee pods available for the rooms, and the elevator AC was wonky so the elevator was hot. But the smiles at the front desk more than made up for it. We'll be back!

Bathtub needs a little repair paint is chipping by drain front desk could not help us with Getting TV to work ,plugs in lamps kept going on and off so we couldn’t depend on them to work but they did offer us another room everything was very clean Coffee machine in room refrigerator, microwave, pool outside closed not in season yet . Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good make your own huge waffles, scrambled eggs,Turkey sausage,muffins,bagels with cream cheese ,pastries cereals coffee juices dinning room spacious check out and in very simple..I Give it 4.5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff were very kind, and the new remodel looks amazing! Upon getting into my room, we went to lay down and there were burn holes in our bedding, dirt and blood specks on our bedding. Then, the bathroom towels were used and someone must have used it to wipe themselves after doing their business..how gross. Even more gross that the towel was still hung up in our bathroom, which tells me they don't wash towels in between guests. Disappointed in the cleanliness given how nice the staff and environment was.

When we first arrived at an hour after check in our room was not ready. The staff were able to us in fast but the room cleanliness was not great. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, hairs in the shower and the carpet had paper throughout the room.

Hotel has been recently renovated. Room with 2 Queen beds was clean and comfortable. The light-canceling blinds were fabulous (parking-lot view) and everything was delightfully quiet. Shower, bathroom, parking, lighting, room fridge, were all fine. We didn't require anything beyond a good night's sleep.

It was clear that our room had recently been done, by the smell of fresh paint, but there were still some issues - our deadbolt didn’t work, the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad, the fan in the bathroom was very loud, but only when the door was closed (strange!), and there was something all over the bathroom counter, which I’m guessing was putty or something from the renovation because I couldn’t clean it off. Overall the room was fine for a quick stay. Breakfast wasn’t great - we got there as soon as it opened and there wasn’t much of a selection and no one to be found refilling anything or adding to the options.

The overnight stay, overall, was decent. One big problem. We checked in around 11:30am. Our room was ready early so we were able to go up to the room. We left the room for the day around 1pm. When we got back around midnight, all of our bags were gone!! The room was completely emptied of our stuff-bags, shoes, car keys, phone chargers, water bottles, everything! It was as if we never existed in that room! We went to the front desk and luckily the gentleman was able to help us, after some confusion. Our stuff (4 girls) were in a giant garbage bag. I have no idea if it was cleaning/room service mistake or the guy who checked us in early. Either way, that’s not what we wanted to deal with after a long day at midnight.

The staff at this hotel were all exceptional. They worked with us to accommodate an early check-in, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was conveniently located in relation to Gillette Stadium, and I will stay here again for any future events in the area.

Motel that is starting to show its age. But the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the price was really good. Breakfast is quite OK: scrambled eggs, sausages, a waffle maker, youghurt, bagels, fruit etc. We also liked that the Wrentham Preminum Outlet village is only one exit away. We went here several times in the evening, after spending the day in Boston.

Staff is great, room is clean. The disappointing part is being harassed by guests in front and inside the hotel. As 3 women traveling it made us very uncomfortable and unsafe. The staff was able to accommodate my group on a different floor but overall it ruined the experience since the moment we stepped out of the car. Would not recommend to women traveling alone.

The staff at this hotel were all exceptional. They worked with us to accommodate an early check-in, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was conveniently located in relation to Gillette Stadium, and I will stay here again for any future events in the area.

Our room was newly renovated and very nice. The lobby area was a little chaotic as renovations were being built over night. All was cleaned away before breakfast and no paint smell. The breakfast bar was one of the best. Lots of fresh fruit. The breakfast bar attendant, Denise , was at the top of her game. First..we arrived and hr after check in room wasn't ready..tried to give us a different room (2 queens not 1 king). second.. advertising hot breakfast..its not..its microwave sandwiches.workers said they lost license..3rd and MOST IMPORTANT!! THEY SAY YOUR DEPOSIT RETURNS QUICK..NOT..TAKES 30 DAYS!! The Manager blatantly lied to our face on many occasions even on the phone and we have been trying to get it back since our stay on April 8 my deposit is scheduled for release May 8! PLUS THEY DO HAVE LOCALS!! BE CAUTIOUS!! STILL NOT HAPPY!

Recently renovated, impeccable, we had a great stay. Beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast was better than the usual they had French toast and Fresh Fruit that was delicious and a bonus. Very hospitable management.

The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were multiple strands of hair in my bed and the microwave in the main dining room was coated in old, crusted food. Additionally, breakfast was advertised as included, but as we sat down to eat we learned that the facility to does not have a license to serve food at this time, due to a transition in owners. As a result, we were told that the only food that would be available was pre-heated sandwiches in a warming oven. Had we known this in advance we would have altered our plans.

Was OK. Not up to the rating given. Actually mora a 7.9. Bathtub not as clean as it should have been. Stained and old peeling non-slip appliques. Rest of room was clean. Breakfast was adequate, but not inspiring.

Was nice and comfortable, nice shower room with strong water pressure, large TV but input channel must re-select every time power off. Breakfast was very nice and cleanly prepared and refill in a timely fashion. Breakfast room was not too packed with tables, very nice. Bed room was big size. Somehow there is no clothes hanger but not a deal breaker. Overall nice stay will stay there again.

The property has been refurbished since our last stay here several years ago. It was a pleasure to stay here with the freshly painted walls, updated flooring and lighting. The staff were cordial and the breakfast was done well.

Bathtub needs a little repair paint is chipping by drain front desk could not help us with Getting TV to work ,plugs in lamps kept going on and off so we couldn’t depend on them to work but they did offer us another room everything was very clean Coffee machine in room refrigerator, microwave, pool outside closed not in season yet . Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good make your own huge waffles, scrambled eggs,Turkey sausage,muffins,bagels with cream cheese ,pastries cereals coffee juices dinning room spacious check out and in very simple..I Give it 4.5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Foxboro for three nights while attending a big event at Gillette Stadium, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! A special shoutout to the manager, Quinton—he was truly exceptional. He was always available (does he ever go home?), answered all our questions promptly and kindly, and regularly checked in with us to ensure our stay was going smoothly. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our entire stay so much nicer and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean and more than adequate for everything we needed. Since we were in town for the BTS concerts, we didn't spend endless hours in the room, but whenever we were there, it was super comfortable. A few notable details that made a big difference: -The AC was fast and responsive. -The shower water pressure was fantastic. -The bathroom had excellent sound insulation, so early risers or late night beauty routines (teenagers!) didn't disturb anyone sleeping in the bedroom area! The housekeeping staff were also incredibly kind, accommodating, and thorough. My stay was only for one night. The place was clean and the free breakfast was substantial. I did however have an issue with the check in person. They seemed to not be well informed with accommodations to the stadium we had planned to attend that evening. We inquired about transportation and they said there was none however, we found a flyer after the concert that there were options for transportation back. The morning staff during checkout was kind and helpful. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel.
