Everything was perfect. The only thing I disliked that there was a lot of kids running around. I must’ve came on the wrong weekend and trying to get access to the pool was very crowded.

Checked into a room that had no heat or AC Vent. A worker came to my room and was unable to fix it but told me in an hour a manager would be there and if not we could swap rooms. Approximately 2 hrs later i went back to front desk and they told me there wasnt a manager coming in and employee that came in my room was "new and didnt know better". So after 11pm i was forced to check out of that room and into another in the adjacent spring hill suites. This room was bigger, nicer and fully functionable. Front desk personel was nice and helpful and location was great being right off the highway.

Over all room was clean but shower head need to be change other wise it is perfect

The common areas are great. The pool was neither heated nor very clean, but it didn't scare us off completely. Breakfast was good. Our room was not the cleanest and had been used hard. I'm not sure how else to phrase it. Broken/stained blinds, weird stains on the walls, broken toilet paper holders, odd scratch marks on the headboards (why have leather-esque headboards?). Sheets put on inside out? It didn't feel unsanitary. I mean, we stayed. We've seen worse, and we've seen better. Hence, the average rating. The staff was great. I didn't file any formal complaints because we have definitely seen worse. The gym equipment was all working. Overall, it was an okay stay.
