The hotel smelled terrible very musty. Including our room. At one point they had a dehumidifier running in one of the halls which helped with the lobby and breakfast area from smelling. The pool was murky and green! I wouldn't let my kids swim in it. We sat in the hot tub for 5min before it shut off and never turned back in. No breakfast on Sunday as we were headed out of a long car drive home. Even the basics would have been nice we didn't needs eggs and whatever just put out the cereal al, milk, bread, juice and allow us to have something before we left. Huge disappointment and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Was exactly as pictured on website. Full breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, toast pancakes, sausage links first day, sausage gravy, biscuits etc, 2nd day. Pool clean, hot tub was being serviced. Rooms wear clean and modern.

Room service was awesome clean the room every day. Perfect breakfast was amazing and all the breakfast people were great but I rented this hot tub for 99% of the reason for the pool and hot tub and day one. The hot tub was lukewarm so I could not enjoy it day two it was OK got warm, but it was dirty day three it’s shut down. We need to have a schedule or something when they’re going to maintain the hot tub. We’re not maintaining the hot tub cause I would not have stayed if I knew the hot tub was gonna be having its monthly yearly maintenance done.

Room was clean and nice. Front desk lady was rude to us. She seemed like we were bothering her. Pool is 3 feet deep and it was so cloudy and dirty you couldnt see the bottom. No towels as well. The hot tub was nice and clear, ut after 5 minutes the jets stopped working and the dial on the wall didn't work as well. We came down for breakfast at 7 AM and there was no food.No employees, no one at the front desk. People were standing around wondering what was going on. So we left we wont be back.

Room was okay shower had hair in it. Stairways were dirty and no trash cans so garbage in corners. Pool around was moldy water was clear but when we got in only in for few secs bc it was starting to burn skin and eyes. Breakfast was okay but as workers are standing gossiping they weren’t bringing more food out at 7:30 am tons ppl in area but they were just gossiping no apple juice eggs gone for over 35 mins. I worked at hotels before this wasn’t something those hotels would allow

The hotel is newer with modern fixtures. The breakfast was really good for hotel breakfast. The assortment changes form day to day. And all items were kept fresh and available. However, the place was poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned to the minimum standard. But everywhere you look there is a layer of grime in all of the corners, cobwebs on the ceiling, chipped paint on many surfaces, in all areas of the building. Walking barefoot on the carpet in our room revealed that the carpet had some sort of film on it, like scotch guard or just plain filth. The hot tub was down but those things happen, right? But the water in pool and hot tub was cloudy. The pool also had some algae growing around it in the floor. I chose this hotel because it was one of only 2 hotels in the area (Cincinnati) that actually has a hot tub. Better call before you book because hot tubs are becoming a thing of the past in hotels. The other hotel that has one is more expensive but I am willing to bet it is better maintained. What a disappointment! Never staying there again. I deserve better for our money.

I liked having a microwave in the room. I liked having dove soaps in the dispensers in the shower. The continental breakfast was hot and actually good. The room was super comfortable, and the environment was very quiet.

I decided to stay here because of the fantastic reviews. Checking in was fast and easy and the person that helped me was incredibly kind and efficient. My room is quiet so far and the bed is comfortable. A couple of cons: The bathroom floor and baseboards need a good cleaning. Also, the tv's are older and do not support Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Overall, a decent place to stay and very inexpensive also.

Location is loud. If you get a room facing the highway you will hear road noise all night long. Beyond that it is a suburb place. Super clean, beds and pillows are really comfy, and nice and modern. Shower is nice and updated as well. Overall we were pleased.

Hotel was great, spacious rooms. Large bottles of Dove hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Nice breakfast. 2 restaurants within a very short walk Only con was we had difficulty maintaining a consistent room temperature.

When we arrive they could not find our reservation. The you lady by the name Mrs. Sharon said no worries. She was very helpful in less than a few minutes she said here you are. The itinerary had to many numbers. This young lady went above and beyond to make it right. The Sweetest lady and very kind. May room was extremely nice and clean. We were there to go to the ARK. When I come back again I will definitely stay there.

Front desk lady was flirting with the young man in line in front of me. We found stains on the bed that may or may not have been from bed bugs and asked to move to another room. The lights in the hallway were out and the front desk lady was walking around. I showed her the stains she said to give her 10-15 minute and she’d get back to me. After 30 minutes I came to the desk and she was checking in guests. Seems she forgot about us. While checking in to the new room a family bought ice cream from her. Later in the night she slipped the invoice with a note for me to pay for said ice cream the other family bought(they paid cash after she asked if they wanted to add it to their room).

The location was a good middle place for visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Not a lot of restaurant choices near by for dinner options though Cattlemens is right next door. Easy access from the freeway.

The hotel had a policy of complete room refresh every 5 days. I understood, but the one day we asked for room refresh they replaced towels only and left dirty coffee cups (no clean ones) and trash in the baskets. No coffee it condiment (sweetener or stirrers). At breakfast we were told no biscuits with the meal because the hotel was trying to save money. Overall, very disappointing.

The room was small, but nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the only negative. It as understaffed. empty trays were not refilled I. A very timely matter. The floors in the breakfast area were so dirty we could hear our shoes unsticking as we walked. The trash bins were over flowing and the table tops were not being wiped between guests.

Easy one. Their breakfast? That’s worth admission alone. Everything about the room was great, but that breakfast was incredible. And that’s coming from a breakfast guy. Biscuits, bacon, gravy… anything you might possibly want, really. I was tempted just to try and slide through and act like I’d stayed there for the night when I came back south. I didn’t because I’m a boy scout. But GET IN MUH BELLY.

Rooms qwre clean, beds were comfortable. Room air was nice, there was no musty stuffy smell. Staff was friendly, obliging, and courteous. Yhe hotel, parking lot and area seems safe. Breakfast was nice, many options. I would like to see the option of having pork and turkey sausage as iffering, not just turkey. Overall the stay was very nicr. This was my 3rd stay. This is my preferred hotel for the area.
