The ocean view was amazing, however, the hotel did not live up to my expectations. It was worn and outdated.

Very deceiving from the photos and advertising. It is not worth the rate of thenroome. Very disappointed.

Let me start by saying that the check in was horrendous! I received information on how to check in two hours after we were at the hotel. I called the number they supplied and talked to some guy from another country ( per the maintenance man). Then I tried to call back the same number and no one ever answered. The maintenance man was working on something down the hall and was kind enough to let us in. The carpet was filthy which required keeping something on your feet and The patio door was stuck and did not open all the way.
