We spent a full week at Villa Agnese this summer and absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived, Giulia and Grazia made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly warm, kind and attentive throughout our entire stay, always making sure we had everything we needed and going that extra step to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were wonderful, with so much care and attention to detail every morning. It was such a pleasure to start the day there, and we really appreciated all the little touches and the genuine care that Giulia and Grazia put into everything. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the location of Villa Agnese is fantastic — peaceful and charming, yet just a short walk from the centre of Lucca. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding area. But what really made our stay special were Giulia and Grazia. Their warmth and hospitality are what we will remember most. They made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed, and saying goodbye after a week was not easy! We would absolutely love to return to Villa Agnese and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Lucca. Thank you, Julia and Grazia, for making our week so memorable. ❤️

The hotel personnel were super friendly and accommodating. The room had a spacious and very clean bathroom. The breakfast was terrific with both on-table selections and made to order options. We loved the close location to the city wall, being just outside it, but very easily accessed. It was also a great convenience to have on site parking in back.
