What a shame that we could not get any sleep 2 of the 3 nights that we booked. Very loud music from the bar until 1am, followed by loud guests in the hallways banging doors in the middle of the night. The hotel definitely is charming but they treat hotel guests as secondary compared to bar guests. Definitely not recommended for people looking to get some rest at night. Other than that the breakfast was really good and the pool are was nice. Average clean, especially the carpet in the rooms. Our room has a strong cigarette smell when we checked in. Lots of potential but does not meet 4-star expectations in my opinion.

Petite escapade au sud de la France. L'hôtel est très bien décoré, les chambres sont grandes et le petit déjeuner est complet. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine est très agréable et le nouveau coin SPA très accueillant. Espérons que les prix n'augmentent pas....

Estuvimos en el hotel más de 20 días, los trabajadores salvo alguna excepción son muy agradables. La temática del hotel retro es bonita. Pero en nuestra opinión hay cosas mejorables. La limpieza. En el restaurante del patio no se han limpiado los cojines de los asientos en un largo tiempo, la carta de comida es muy limitada, escasa. Hay fiesta por la noche casi cada día, por tanto es un hotel ruidoso y si te quejas en recepción una señora mayor me dijo que ellos avisan de que el hotel es así. Si buscas fiesta genial si buscas tranquilidad no lo recomiendo. La limpieza es otro punto débil, la terraza de nuestra habitación tenía unas sillas de tela con unas manchas que no se limpiaron nunca. El Cristal tampoco y cuando abres te das cuenta que falta mas limpieza. La piscina es anticuada y un poco pequeña, hay camas de agua que la hace parecer más pequeña aún. Los jardines están bien cuidados. Muchos mosquitos (llevar antimosquitos) La habitación es espaciosa. El dueño es amable y sonriente. El desayuno es aceptable. Para mi no vale lo que se paga por el honestamente. Escala de un 1-10 le doy un 7 siendo generoso.

Nice club med style hotel painted cute. breakfast is good to best. Surrounding area esp the river is idyllic. 25min walk to beach along river. surrounded by public parks. But they seem to have many events which can be noisy at night if there is one esp weekends. Not cheap but will revisit

We stayed for two nights to get some sleep after roadtripping for 3 weeks. That was a poor choice, because the hotel transformed to a club that saturday and we could by no means sleep before 2 in the night. No parking as we arrived late. Otherwise good!

Overall we really enjoyed the place, in particular the swimming pool and the nice retro style. We were not impressed by the staff that offered zero / limited information. Parking is 12 eur per night.

Une super découverte sur Hotels.com, rénovation réussié, chouette déco, très agréable en famille, bon accueil, bon service, resto sympa, piscine, jeux enfants, l'endroit est joli et super bien placé prêt des plages et du centre, on reviendra avec plaisir

Bon accueil. Serviettes de toilettes un peu fatiguées : trou, effilochage. Mise à disposition de thé inexistante. Confort maxi.de la literie. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil au petit déjeuner trop restreint mais qualité du buffet très correct.

L’année dernière, notre séjour avait été exceptionnel. Le patron était au top, très à l’écoute et chaleureux. Cette année, c’est une toute autre ambiance : aucun sourire, pas même un bonjour. On avait l’impression d’avoir affaire à une personne complètement différente. Le personnel saisonnier semble malheureusement peu formé au métier de l’hôtellerie. Ils changent constamment de poste : un jour à l’accueil, le lendemain au bar ou en salle. Ce manque de stabilité se ressent dans le service, qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Côté propreté, on est loin du standing attendu. Fenêtres, miroirs et VMC ne sont pas nettoyés, ce qui donne une impression générale peu soignée, proche d’un hôtel 2 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner, autrefois un vrai point fort, est devenu très basique, presque “meskin”. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement en lui-même est magnifique et aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec une meilleure gestion.

Clean, very cute, backyard with an great outdoor bar! Backyard leads out to the river la siagne and can take a nice walk along the river. It is a little far from the city center but if you have a car totally doable. Or take an Uber.

Joli concept avec une déco décalée. La restauration du midi est excellente et un très bon rapport qualité prix. En revanche, la propreté des chambres n’est pas au maximum. Accueil agréable, toute l’équipe est très cordiale.

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel, great vibes and relaxed feel throughout. Pedal bikes and electric assist available for hire which was a great way to explore the coast line, enjoy a swim in a secluded bay, grab a coffee at a hill cafe and lunch with a gorgeous view. Rooms are clean and balconies are great. Shower is refreshing and bed is remarkably comfortable. Will definitely be coming back very soon.

Super nice staff, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Check-in instructions were a but unclear, though: we arrived to the front desk before the "cut-off" time and it was already closed, there was a number and that number wouldn't answer. So we were waiting without any clue or being able to speak to anyone for about 20-30 minutes. Finally, I walked over to the restaurant area and someone there was able to help. Prices were very reasonable all around for food and breakfast. The apertivo was 10/10. Also, I was surprised that they charge extra to use the pool. Overall, though, it wa a good stay for 1 night as we drove from S. of France down to Naples.

What a shame that we could not get any sleep 2 of the 3 nights that we booked. Very loud music from the bar until 1am, followed by loud guests in the hallways banging doors in the middle of the night. The hotel definitely is charming but they treat hotel guests as secondary compared to bar guests. Definitely not recommended for people looking to get some rest at night. Other than that the breakfast was really good and the pool are was nice. Average clean, especially the carpet in the rooms. Our room has a strong cigarette smell when we checked in. Lots of potential but does not meet 4-star expectations in my opinion.

Nice club med style hotel painted cute. breakfast is good to best. Surrounding area esp the river is idyllic. 25min walk to beach along river. surrounded by public parks. But they seem to have many events which can be noisy at night if there is one esp weekends. Not cheap but will revisit

We stayed for two nights to get some sleep after roadtripping for 3 weeks. That was a poor choice, because the hotel transformed to a club that saturday and we could by no means sleep before 2 in the night. No parking as we arrived late. Otherwise good!

Relaxing and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and quality meals. The room was well pointed and the bathroom was great - good shower! Breakfast felt relaxing with a large variety of high quality food on offer. The two lunches I had there were also very good.

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel, great vibes and relaxed feel throughout. Pedal bikes and electric assist available for hire which was a great way to explore the coast line, enjoy a swim in a secluded bay, grab a coffee at a hill cafe and lunch with a gorgeous view. Rooms are clean and balconies are great. Shower is refreshing and bed is remarkably comfortable. Will definitely be coming back very soon.

Pas déçu par l'endroit, déco très sympa, beaux espaces, belle situation au bord de la rivière, chambre spacieuse. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité su service, équipe très pro et très conviviale. Ai eu l'occasion d'y déjeuner aussi, bonne formule le midi.

Super nice staff, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Check-in instructions were a but unclear, though: we arrived to the front desk before the "cut-off" time and it was already closed, there was a number and that number wouldn't answer. So we were waiting without any clue or being able to speak to anyone for about 20-30 minutes. Finally, I walked over to the restaurant area and someone there was able to help. Prices were very reasonable all around for food and breakfast. The apertivo was 10/10. Also, I was surprised that they charge extra to use the pool. Overall, though, it wa a good stay for 1 night as we drove from S. of France down to Naples.

L’année dernière, notre séjour avait été exceptionnel. Le patron était au top, très à l’écoute et chaleureux. Cette année, c’est une toute autre ambiance : aucun sourire, pas même un bonjour. On avait l’impression d’avoir affaire à une personne complètement différente. Le personnel saisonnier semble malheureusement peu formé au métier de l’hôtellerie. Ils changent constamment de poste : un jour à l’accueil, le lendemain au bar ou en salle. Ce manque de stabilité se ressent dans le service, qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Côté propreté, on est loin du standing attendu. Fenêtres, miroirs et VMC ne sont pas nettoyés, ce qui donne une impression générale peu soignée, proche d’un hôtel 2 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner, autrefois un vrai point fort, est devenu très basique, presque “meskin”. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement en lui-même est magnifique et aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec une meilleure gestion.

Overall we really enjoyed the place, in particular the swimming pool and the nice retro style. We were not impressed by the staff that offered zero / limited information. Parking is 12 eur per night.

Clean, very cute, backyard with an great outdoor bar! Backyard leads out to the river la siagne and can take a nice walk along the river. It is a little far from the city center but if you have a car totally doable. Or take an Uber.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à casarose. Le télé situé à 2025 minutes de Cannes, mais les recommandations sont vraiment intéressantes avec une petite piscine C’est 10 minutes de la plage et dans un secteur un peu plus local et super familier . Les personnes est très gentil. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents . . C’est un excellent hôtel, simple et plein de charme.

Personal muy amable. Restaurante estupendo tanto la cocina como el servicio. Me atendió una chica muy agradable, que supo sugerirme muy bien. Y la comida excelente, lo que se agradece ya que muchos hoteles han perdido mucha calidad. Volvería sin duda!

Estuvimos en el hotel más de 20 días, los trabajadores salvo alguna excepción son muy agradables. La temática del hotel retro es bonita. Pero en nuestra opinión hay cosas mejorables. La limpieza. En el restaurante del patio no se han limpiado los cojines de los asientos en un largo tiempo, la carta de comida es muy limitada, escasa. Hay fiesta por la noche casi cada día, por tanto es un hotel ruidoso y si te quejas en recepción una señora mayor me dijo que ellos avisan de que el hotel es así. Si buscas fiesta genial si buscas tranquilidad no lo recomiendo. La limpieza es otro punto débil, la terraza de nuestra habitación tenía unas sillas de tela con unas manchas que no se limpiaron nunca. El Cristal tampoco y cuando abres te das cuenta que falta mas limpieza. La piscina es anticuada y un poco pequeña, hay camas de agua que la hace parecer más pequeña aún. Los jardines están bien cuidados. Muchos mosquitos (llevar antimosquitos) La habitación es espaciosa. El dueño es amable y sonriente. El desayuno es aceptable. Para mi no vale lo que se paga por el honestamente. Escala de un 1-10 le doy un 7 siendo generoso.

Joli concept avec une déco décalée. La restauration du midi est excellente et un très bon rapport qualité prix. En revanche, la propreté des chambres n’est pas au maximum. Accueil agréable, toute l’équipe est très cordiale.

Le concept de l’hôtel est génial, mais j’ai plus eu l’impression d’avoir affaire à un bon 3 étoiles qu’à un 4 étoiles. La moquette écrue/beige dans la chambre est clairement un no go, avec une odeur d’humidité / renfermé dans la pièce. Le reste de la décoration était par ailleurs très sympathique, avec des efforts concentrés dans le lobby et au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant, mais mériterait d’offrir un peu plus de variété. Les coussins sur la terrasse extérieure étaient malheureusement assez sales. Le personnel était soit très sympathique, soit aimable sans plus. Le gros plus, découvert une fois sur place, est l’existence d’un beach club affilié à l’hôtel, au bord de la mer (l’hôtel étant situé dans les canaux), avec des prix très avantageux pour les clients de l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était de bonne facture avec d’excellents cocktails. En résumé, avec un effort supplémentaire côté entretien cela peut devenir une vraie pépite.

I paid extra for a room with a river view but I was put on the ground floor with no outlook. I went back to reception and pointed this out. The young lady was far from helpful. Feeling that I was 100% in the right I persisted and got the room changed. She gave me a room on the first floor with a view of the back of the Casarosa hotel sign. Through a tiny gap in some trees I could see the river. I checked and river view rooms were still advertised as available that night.

This hotel is honestly difficult to describe because there is simply too much to love about it. Peacefully located by the canal, surrounded by nature, yet only a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and 7 minutes from the beach. Wonderful breakfast, a relaxed pool bar for lunch, an excellent restaurant in the evening, live music during the week and fantastic weekend parties. Add a large balcony and an incredibly original, colorful interior full of character ... you get it, right? I travel a lot and rarely say this, but this place genuinely became one of my favorite . And Mandelieu, Cannes itself is absolutely the pearl
