Great hot tub and pool area. Nice gym. Room was fantastic we had a 1 bedroom suite with a nicely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Fire place and balcony was also very nice. Free shuttle into town the village til 1 am. Great deal would stay here again any time

It wasn’t very clean, everything was dated, and common areas were in disrepair. The parking garage was also interesting; parking spots were hard to find and they were extremely cramped (even with a compact car), that made people deliberately park in 2 spots for others to avoid denting their vehicles. For what we paid to stay in a standard room I expected the place to be in better shape; regardless of location.

Only issue was that, we had to pay 25$ for the parking and still every time we had to drive around parking lot for 15-20 mins to get the parking spot as either it was full or if there is any space the car wont fit as the parking spots are too narrow.

The hotel is located in the bench Land and is far away from the village with a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. The TVs in the rooms are very very small and do not allow streaming with an Apple device. If you want to park a vehicle at the hotel it’s an additional $25 per night. The pool and hot tubs are nice, but during our stay, one hot tub was closed while the other was Running so hot no one was using it. The front desk staff said their maintenance people were unavailable on the weekend, so there was nothing they can do about it…

The suites are very nice and comfortable and well equipped. Some of the furniture in the suite is old and worn. The common areas, I.e. elevator, hallways, activity room are very worn, dirty and tired. However, the outdoor pool and hot tubs are really nice and in a beautiful setting.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually enjoy my visits, but this stay was very disappointing. The pool area was chaotic and poorly supervised. Teenagers and kids were using the adult hot tub, some were vaping, and a group of teenage boys were jumping into the small pool. Two adults even brought a screen into the hot tub and watched a sports game loudly. No one seemed to be following the pool or spa rules, and there were no staff members present to monitor the area or address the situation. I came here to relax but ended up leaving the next morning feeling frustrated and disappointed. I plan to follow up with the hotel manager regarding this experience.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also having a kitchen was big plus as we were able to cook and prepare meals while staying. There were two hottubs and swimming pool outside so our kids really enjoyed swimming but hot tubs were not clean and the water was dirty. Hope that they filter the water more often. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Hôtel vieillissant et manquant clairement d’entretien dans les chambres. Propre mais sans plus il ne faut pas regarder les détails ni les coins. Pas de housse de couette mais juste un drap plat en dessous et au dessus d’une couette qui était sale. Manque d’insonorisation donc très bruyant.

The staff was super friendly and the shuttle that runs every half hour was very convenient. But our air conditioning in our room was very loud and had different noise that kept us up all night. We would then it off but then sweated all night. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in it. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor. I told the front desk and he just said they will take a look after we checked out. Too bad because the resort is nice. But not sure we would go back

It's a very quiet place not far from Village Center. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel to take you to the Center, which is very convenient. You can also take the shortcut to walk directly to Village Center too. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is loud，but the air conditioning is quite new and very quiet.

Ski-in ski-out was great along with the ski valet. Would be even better if you could leave your boots and poles with the valet. The staff was very friendly throughout and the rooms seemed to be cleaned well. The rooms, however, are outdated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We even looked on Amazon to see if we could get a mattress topper delivered in a timely manner. We had mismatched lights in our room (daylight vs soft light), one was out and the dimmer did not work on the dated, overhead track lights. It was nice to have the fireplace, which we used daily along with the kitchen. The balcony/patio is almost useless since it’s very small and even more crowded with the split AC unit mounted on the balcony. The most frustrating part was that we booked a premium studio, which was supposed to include vaulted ceilings, a larger room or a better view. We had none of those, unless you think a tree and the driveway is an upgraded view. I would highly recommend not giving away your money for this “upgrade.” The ski-in ski-out would be the only thing that MAY bring me back to this place. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere. It’s quiet, but somewhat inconvenient to get to the main village and back.

Hotel was nice though dresser were a bit outdated and old. Tv didn’t have signal on all available channels. Ceilings are quite thin so can hear loud footsteps from unit or hallway above. But it was ok.

The service at this hotel was the worst I've ever stayed at. The manager was completely uncommunicative, rude, and didn't even try to resolve any issues, just shutting us down. Never stay at this hotel. It's a waste of time and money.

The room they put us in was down a hallway under construction, light outside the room on the floor/not working, room number was a sticky note, broken drywall on the ground. Adjacent rooms being plastic wrapped, construction debris in hallway. Also room was not mountain view, but a view into a retaining wall. They promised to move us in the morning, would call at checkout time. Waited, but no call. Went to reception and they claimed there were no notes about moving us. It took until 3 to move us, wasting day one of our vacation. An awful start but things were good after that.

Our two-night stay at the Blackcomb Springs Suites was mostly pleasant, but it had some issues. I had a nice one night stay at Blackcomb Springs! It was nice but they had no food on site asides from vending machines so I had to use the free shuttle. It was a beautiful and cozy place. Also it would be great if the hot tubs were bigger or if they added a third. The staff wasn’t that nice but they warmed up near the end of my stay so that’s why I gave 3 stars for staff and service

We booked 2 suites and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The amenities were great, boasting a pool, hot tub, bbq, all the kitchen needs you would need and overall a great space. The grounds were well kept and the staff was amazing and helpful. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was accommodating. Vanessa was great! Overall, such a great stay and we will be back!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually enjoy my visits, but this stay was very disappointing. The pool area was chaotic and poorly supervised. Teenagers and kids were using the adult hot tub, some were vaping, and a group of teenage boys were jumping into the small pool. Two adults even brought a screen into the hot tub and watched a sports game loudly. No one seemed to be following the pool or spa rules, and there were no staff members present to monitor the area or address the situation. We had a wonderful stay at Blackcomb Spring Suites! The property was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It’s just a short distance from the village, which made it convenient without being too busy or noisy. We also brought our dog along, and she loved it too! The place is pet-friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable for us. Overall, a great experience and definitely a spot we’d return to.

The hill climb is legit getting back to the property. Once there it is great. We are very athletic but after several hours of mountain biking it was tough to tackle every day. Staff was great, bike lockers were great, we were lucky enough to get one to two as we have high value bikes, but I would felt ok just locking my bike up in their bike storage area. It's pretty secure. Pool/jacuzzis were nice. We overall enjoyed our stay.

We would definitely recommend the hotel. Couple of draw backs. If you want a short walk to the village, this hotel isn't it. However, if you don't mind a 15 min walk, or don't mind taking the shuttle, this hotel is a winner. Big rooms, all updated with a nice larger pool and two hot tubs. This hotel is the highest up the mountain on the gondala path so its kinda more secluded. No restaurant on site so if you want a pub, this isn't it.

We love this place. Been going here for years, before it bexame what it is now. Only thing is they dont serve breakfast so have to buy at the village day/night prior. Thabk goodness for their kitchenette.

We stayed in the family suite with 2 bedrooms/bunk bed. Loved how spacious the room is, loved the large patio, and woodsy setting. Well equipped kitchen. The free bus to/from the village is fantastic and super convenient, though it's also nice to walk down the mountain, under the chairlift, straight into the village. Only (minor) complaint would be the late check-in/early check out, and no restaurant on site.

Pool and hot tub closed early at 10 am yet open until midnight at other Clique Properties. The rooms themselves are fine if you dont mind being isolated away from the village and the pubs/restaurants

I'm reluctant to do this, as it makes the place more popular and may make it harder to get in next time. This place is amazing. First, it is very quiet. It is on the Blackcomb side, farther up the slope, and at the end of a cul-de-sac; the beds are very comfortable (maybe the best), and the kitchen has everything you need. There is a free shuttle from the hotel down to Whistler Village every 30 minutes until 1 am. Free bike storage is available, with tools to work on your bike. The staff are amazing. We arrived at 1:30 pm, and check-in wasn't until 4 pm. We had just wanted to drop off our bikes. However, the front desk person went to work to see if a room was ready. Not only did she find us a room and let us check in early, but she also gave us a free upgrade from a studio suite to a one-bedroom suite. When we checked out, we asked if we could leave our car as we wanted to go for another ride, and there was no problem. We have been going to Whistler for years and have had other good accommodations, but this is by far the best.
