Hotel itself was very nice and clean. However, upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude. I’ve never been greeted in such a rude way. I wanted to change the card I had used to reserve the room and he immediately responded extremely inappropriately. I was taken aback by his attitude. I had to request to speak with a manager bc he was refusing to change the card. Upon speaking to a supervisor, who in fact was very nice and said it would be no problem to change the card, rhe man at the desk was still extremely rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience for him to make the change. He is the reason for the lower rating.
