The Kempinski Hotel is luxurious in all areas, a wonderful stay, very well appointed and the staff in all areas are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel facilities are fantastic for both family and individual stays. We stayed in a 2 level Executive suite on ground level with pool access from our room. Restaurants within the hotel cater for everyone’s needs and tastes. Perfectly located in the major shopping district of Bangkok all within short walking distance. The Kempinski Hotel is a must stay.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The in room amenities, the breakfast, gym and health club all equipped to the highest standard. The rooms all look into a beautiful garden which feels like a beach resort in the middle of the city. If you can stay in the garden wing I recommend as it is low rise and closer to the pool and gym. Even the men’s hot tub has a view over the city! The staff were all superb and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Location is great for getting around as it is on both of the sky train lines. Adjacent to 4 enormous malls and the Bangkok cultural centre.

サイアムパラゴンの真横のホテルでショッピングとホテルステイ両方を楽しみことが出来ました！ 4人家族に旅行で利用しましたが、とにかく良かったです。エグゼクティブラウンジ付きだと朝食、アフタヌーンティー(軽食)、夕食(軽食、お酒も)が楽しめます。ホテルで食べてからショッピングに出掛けるというのがパターン化していました。また部屋にある飲み物も全て無料でしたので、出かける時も持って行ったりしました。プールはたまたまかもしれませんが、全然利用している人が少なく、お客さんよりスタッフの方が多いという状態になり、一緒に遊んだりしました。ちなみにプールでもお水やジュースはすぐに持って来てくれます。また来たいと思わせてくれる素敵なホテルでした。

The beds are very comfortable. The room is big and well furnished. Chromecast on TV was wonderful. The gym is very well equipped and staff is professional. Best of the best. It is truly 5 stars . It provides guests all . Walkable to the mall, MRT, BTS. Elephant Sightseeing tour bus. Especially it’s mini bar with all drinks changes daily ( 2 beers 2 cokes 2 sprites and a lot of drinking water), fruits , snacks Finally the bed is very comfortable.

Special thank you to Takka at the lounge for making our stay so special! We feel so welcome and well taken care of! Room was small and lounge happy hour food was not good for the price we pay. Noisy with concerts blaring into midnight both nights we stayed.

We had 2 nights at Siam Kempinski at the end of our holiday and it was the perfect spot to do some shopping - minutes walk from MBK centre, Siam Square etc. Our room was huge and the most comfortable bed we think we have ever slept in & they provided an extra single bed (as well as lots of other things - tiny bathrobe, bubble batch, giant chocolate chip cookie etc!) free of charge for our 3 year old which he loved. We had a lovely large balcony with huge comfortable chairs looking out over the pool - only wish we'd been staying longer so we had time to use it! The Tiki cocktails at the pool bar were excellent and the breakfast buffet probably the best we have ever had. We really loved our stay and looking forward to returning to Bangkok before too long.

We were so happy to have chosen Siam Kempinski as our hotel in Bangkok! As a first time Thailand tourist, the hotel exceeded our expectations! From service to cleaning to staff to breakfast, our stay of five days seemed to have flown by so fast! It is conveniently attached to Siam Paragon as well so it was ideal for us to shop and dine~ When we travel, we do not repeat our hotel stays but I can say that next time in Bangkok, we will most def. stay here at Siam Kempinski again. For the first-time visit to Bangkok, I think this hotel is a very safe option. It is directly connected to Siam Paragon mall, easy access in a few minutes, fully sheltered. Next to Siam Paragon are a bunch of other shopping malls: Central World, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, etc. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. As we were travelling in a group of 4, the staff handling our check-in was so kind to get us the corner room with larger space, even when we didn't ask for it. I think you will not regret it to choose Siam Kempinski hotel.

Staff were very polite and nice, they greet u whenever and wherever they saw u around, especially the housekeeping team, always have surprise when we back to our room the only minor thing is a bit long way to BTS station，at least 10 mins walk from the hotel, apart from that, everything was superb Thumbs up for all the Siam Kempinski Team

We loved every minute of our stay here from being greeted with a complimentary drink and upgrade on arrival to our farewell with a late checkout. The breakfast is probably the best in Bangkok, the grounds are beautiful, a true oasis in the heart of a bustling city, and the staff are exceptional. Truly a memorable stay.

The staff and service are impeccable!! The massage was amazing! However, the hotel is quite old and needs updating, the spa is nothing special, very tiny sauna room, the food is not the best (I was sold on reviews I Read of food but was a but disappointed): the all you can eat brunch Buffett advertisement is a bit misleading as we had to pay extra for certain foods if wanted more, there is no Buffett set up , you have to order and wait for the food which is a bit inconvenient. The actual hotel needs work but the staff and service is amazing. The location is ok for families but it’s really not that convenient for walking, if you know your way around and know how to use the metro that’s fine but expect to do a lot of walking. They provide shuttle to nearby places like the mall and red sky bar which is good. The area isn’t really like advertised, you have to take shuttle or metro to get to places
