Great room, new hotel so everything in decent shape. Large car park. Staff member on reception wouldn’t check us in without passports on every guest, which having come from France where everything is more relaxed, this seemed pretty intense. I dunno, maybe it’s a law in Spain. Decent buffet style breakfast too. Overall a good stay on the way through the Basque region.

Great staff, very friendly on the whole. The facility is excellent, it’s brand new as of June 2026. Towels were brand new and soft. The gym was pretty poor. The location is good for exploration, but you need a car. The drain block and flooded our bathroom and room, I had to pull the system out and get my hands dirty - due 100% to lack of proper cleaning. Was made to feel they were doing me an favour when they said they’d clean the bathroom floor after I asked. No apology. Seemed a little odd. Under the beds were not great, these need cleaning too.
