In the peaceful setting of a small village with shops (bakery, pharmacy), discover this semi-detached cottage adjoining a rarely occupied holiday home, located near the owners' house, which also offers bed and breakfast accommodation. Accessible by a step, the cottage offers a welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove and television, and a kitchen (without a dishwasher). Upstairs, there are two adjoining bedrooms: one with a single bed (80 cm) and an adjoining toilet, ideal for two children or one adult, and one with a double bed (160 cm) and its own shower room with toilet. You will enjoy shared outdoor spaces, including a veranda and a small garden not directly attached to the cottage, ideal for relaxing and birdwatching. All-inclusive stay: beds made upon arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity. Pets welcome (1 maximum). High chair and cot available upon request.
