Yes very clean room, comfortable and excellent service with very nice breakfast served. Also, given the great conditions and service, the cost involved is very reasonable.

This is the best budget hotel under $30 that I stayed in Bangkok. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast, plenty of great street food in the area and minutes from BTS.

Excellent staff. Clean property and good management. It's across the river, in Thonburi, but very close to the skyrail and Icon Siam, which has an amazing array of all things Thai, including restaurants. Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. All in all, a great value local hotel. I shall return!
