Beautiful property, clean with pleasant helpful staff. While the property is gorgeous I felt the rooms were more style over substance where they lacked certain items I expect as standard - coffee, iron, hairdryer, decent lighting in bathroom etc. Saying that my bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and while new and most likely still figuring a few things out, I was expecting a bit higher level of service upon arrival. I didn't know that there was a gym, that the rooftop was closed, information about the restaurant or breakfast or parking etc. there was no visitor information in the hotel room and little things like an iron/steamer, glassware, kettle were not available. There is no security in the elevator/room card access. I also left some things in my room and did not get a reply from the hotel. Great location though!

This hotel has a lot of potential but it didn’t seem quite finished. The halls were long and cavernous, echoed quite a bit and had no light. It seemed like maybe they’re going to add artwork but hard to tell. The industrial chic vibe is well suited to the area, but feels like they need to add more finishing touches to the halls and rooms. We were on the 4th floor and experienced quite a bit of road noise. Common spaces are beautiful and staff were very helpful when various issues arose.

The elevator was not working properly when I was there which caused some inconvenience. The rooms are big and spacious. I wish the hairdryer was automatically in the unit and I didn't have to ask for it
