Great location but felt the room was not the one we had booked and was of a lower grade of room. Queried this at reception twice and was told it was a liberty suite but it did not look like one. Nothing at all resembled the pictures that were shown on the site and our room definitely looked like one of the lesser priced rooms. Disappointed to say the least. Staff were friendly, everything was on your doorstep . Free hot drinks all day in the reception area and croissants first thing in the morning all complimentary.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel due to the mixed reviews read prior to visit. Friendly and efficient welcome by Rajae who was on reception. The smart studio apartment has everything you would need including a comfy bed, great shower and fully equiped kitchen. If you didnt want to cook the hotel is on the door step of China town and a short walk for other options. Room/facilities were clean as was the reception area and lift/ lobby area. 15 - 20 minute walk from piccadilly station. Only stayed one night whilst attending a WSL match at the joie stadium and will definately be staying at this hotel on my next trip.

We had a two night stay here for a friend’s wedding. It is very well located in Manchester with everything you need from restaurants, to shops, to public transport all within a few minute’s walk. The room was spacious with everything that we needed. They offer croissants in the morning for breakfast and a self-serve coffee machine at all times, which is a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.
