I was impressed with the quality of my stay. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

When booking I apparently was on a website that gives you what amenities are offered at "most" Hyatts.(according to the staff) So, needless to say I was extremely dismayed there was no pool, no hot hub no hot breakfast(just a grab and go muffin in a cellophane wrapper) and no restaurant on site (now mind you there are plenty of places to eat within sight!) The hotel is new, therefore the room was clean, bed was nice but I can honestly say there's plenty of other hotels that I would have chosen had their information been updated to exactly what they offer.

The location of the hotel is great if you're driving in (very close to the highway). Check in was very quick and easy. Room was clean when we arrived and the kitchenette was one of the bigger ones I've gotten in a hotel of this price range.

The good...This is a brand new hotel. Room was clean & well equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop & a dishwasher as well as dishes & pans. Bed was comfortable. They also had an outdoor patio with grills for our use. Staff was friendly. The not so good...Our toilet wouldn't flush & it took us 3 times calling before someone finally came to fix it, more than 4 hours later. The 1st time we called & were told to come down & get a plunger!!!! My husband said no, we want another room! Breakfast was prepackaged muffins & oranges. Both days. At $175/night, we expected a little more than that.
