Property was dated and not well maintained. Outdoor BBQ was broken and dangerous broken tiling.

The apartment was poorly decorated. Torn curtains, cheap furniture which wasn't in the best condition or taste. Our room smelt horrible. Until we finally figured out that the mattess cover had not been washed and the smell of swet had infected our sheets and pillows. Fortunately we had a good washing machine and I had to wash the whole bed linens! The kitchen had a variety of glasses and dishes. Obviously as they got broken whoever is in charge of the property just replaced them with whatever they found in the supermarket. Even so the kitchen was also poorly equiped. We stayed 5 days. There is no cleaning service and no beach towels. The beach is nice but make sure you bring special shoes because it is all pebbles. The beach chairs have seen better days. The location of the hotel is good because it is right on the beach. However you need a car to get to downtown Fethiye and the marina. There are very few restaurants in the area. I strongly recommend Costa Restaurant which was a block away from the hotel. Even though the property was not what we saw in the pictures we managed to have a good time. You definitely need a car to stay in this resort.

Overall area and the location was good, the accessibility to pool was also helpful. Our unit was not very clean and basic necessity items were missing or in non-usable condition. Beach accessibility was good.

The location of the hotel is quite nice, it has a beach with its own sun loungers in front, there is a pool, the apartment is quite large and useful, everything you may need is available, it was very clean, we were very pleased as a family, I recommend it to everyone, I especially thank the friends at the reception, they took our transactions without making us wait and directed us to our room.

Booked a flat for 4 people. The flat just got space for 3 with one double bed and one 90cm (!!) sleeping couch. There were blankets, pillows and towels just for 3 people as well, so this was clearly NOT a flat for 4 people. We asked 3 times fore a fourth pillow and blanket, but they never showed up with it. We asked to switch the apartment, but they wouldn’t let us. So 2 grown ups had to share that 90cm coach. They hardly slept at all and it made these days hard. The flat was altso dirty and sticky, so we had to wash it over. So we’re sorry to say we will never book this Hotel again :(
