Hotel Principe

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel, their rooms were not secured- our room window which was almost the size of the door could not lock! There was no wifi for us to stay connected with family & friends plus the staff had us in circles before even attempting to address us. The pool water was very dirty looking and no flowing water. I will attach photos. Their television was unusable because there was no internet and it was a tv from the Stone Age.

Almost everything was good. Need to fix the issue with hot and cold water as the hot wasn't working. Suggestion for a microwave and cleaning of the pool after an amount of people have used it.

Solo la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento ni en optimas condiciones para uso xq estaba en limpieza

Reasonable rooms, with relaxing chairs outside!

Alberca muy sucia. Aire acondicionado no servia. No lo podias apagar. No se podia regular temperatura. Lo apagamos un rato durante la noche por el frio y al sentirse el calor un tato despues se intento prender y no se podia. 3 de la mañana y esperando que el personal lo prendiera lo cual tambien les costo muchísimo hacerlo

No WIFI en las habitaciones, instalaciones hidraulicas baños, muy viejas. Personal de recepcion sin experiencia. Informacion erronea de acceso a internet en las habitaciones y falta de telefono en las mismas. Las llaves del lavamanos y de la ducha muy antiguas y piso de la ducha muy resbaloso. Nos asignaron una habitacion el el TERCER PISO sin elevador y somos personas mayores que tuvimos que subir nuestro equipaje nosotros mismos.

La piscina tuvo una lámpara interna que se rompió y tenía el cable colgando sin energía obviamente, en la aplicación decía paga hasta 18 meses y no fue a si; decía que incluía desayuno y tampoco.

I paid for 2 rooms before I arrived at the property just to avoid any hassle. When I checked in, I was told there were no room available. Two minutes later, the guy came and Said he just noticed that someone check out two hours ago and the rooms should be clean and ready. I got my room keys, went upstairs to my room just to find the room in a total mess. There were the sheets wrapped up on the bed, the floor was wet and dirty Towels on the floor. I then had to go back downstairs (Staying on the third floor) The elevator is not working so I had to use the stairs, Where I told the receptionist that the room was dirty. Who then told me that I would have to wait 1 and half hours for the room to be cleaned. I had no other option but to wait. After he came back and said the room was ready, I went back to the room. There were no towels or toilet paper. I had to again leave from the 3rd floor and go back downstairs and told him that there is no towels and there is no toilet paper in the room. They then gave me two towels one roll of toilet paper and I informed them that the room I booked, was 4 of us stating in. My wife, my 2 kids and I so I would need 2 additional towels. They said I can only get 2 towels still. I had to leave Hotel to purchase two towels, because we do not share towels at home. I got back went to use the bathroom on the toilet and the toilet seat caved in with me. I have pictures of how the room was when I arrived, and I also have pictures of the toilet.

The place is just fine for the money, in a quiet area, nice parking, used to be very nice for sure - but now needs a bit off renovations, the linen is well worn out, towels are old, the ceiling needs attention, but ac worked, there was hot water and overall the place is clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant on site too. We didn’t use the pool but it was open and looked usable:) overall a good option for small budget!

We weren’t able to ask for extra towels after the pool so we had to shower with the wet ones. The internet connection is non existent. No do not disturb sign so room service comes into your room while you sleep. The bathroom has no floor mat and we had bugs in our bathroom. The pool was nice. Hotel is not good for a vacation stay but for just a quick check in and out.

Solo llegabamos a dormir, limpieza bien, aire acondicionado bien, camas bien, pero latapa de la tasa del baño muy mal no se sostenia y en relacion a el restaurant no hubo servicio en domingo.

El hotel tiene mucha humedad. Y por lo mismo la ropa de cama huele mal. Si quieres solo pasar noche. U bpunto bueno que tiene restaurate.

Es un hotel antiguo en el centro de la ciudad. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear y las instalaciones están deterioradas. El Internet falló la primera noche y cada vez que salías y regresabas tenías que volver a registrate. No lo recomendaría, quizá solo sería opción para quienes buscan un hotel de paso para dormir una noche.

El personal se equivocó en darnos las habitaciones ya después de estar instalandos nos cobraron 200 por habitación pero está deteriorado el hotel no había agua caliente

Mucho ruido de los guespedes

Had stayed here long before and it is a nice hotel. My only issue is that it says WIFI and there is no WIFI. They should state that there is no wifi.

The room was in good condition and the stsff was courteous. The wifi was terrible. It kept coming on and off. I couldn't do what I needed to do or even watch a movie since it was on and off. I think a taxi service should be there. It was hard to get a taxi from the hotel. Apart from that my stY was ok. Could have been better.

The room was horrible air conditioners did not work at all. They came up eight times to fix my air condition and never work, and never thought about putting me in a different room.

Qué puede mejorar? Todo. El personal si es amable pero las habitaciones muy pequeñas y sencillas. Entra mucho la luz en la mañana y se oye todo el ruido externo, no pude descansar. No lo recomiendo. No me volveria a hospedar

En general es realmente buen hotel, muy lindo y cómodo, la atención que brindan es maravillosa, te sientes como en casa.

Al hacer check out el empleado de recepcion cobraba cantidad extra por mascota no especificado en expedia, el trato fue bastante prepotente e inclusive expreso que al ser cliente de expedia que no le importaba lo que expedia pudiera hacer al quejarnos. El cobro fue de casi $800 lo cual se les pago, el operador del hotel expreso que le hicieramos como quisieramos y que no les importaba si los demandabamos

The stay never happened. When we arrived, we were told they had no room. When we showed our reservation with proof of payment, they said they wouldn’t honor the reservation and we needed to get a refund from Expedia. They claimed their system is not updated , hence why it showed they had available rooms on Expedia. Terrible staff with bad attitudes.

Buen lugar solo que la habitación algo viejita pero no le quita que está en buen lugar, buen servicio, y limpio ojo, el precio está bien para lo que uno obtiene, super cómodo

Todo me pareció bien, deberían reactivar el restaurante del hotel.
