Overall stay was ok, cleanliness was an issue shower curtain broken dusty carpet hasn’t seen a vacuum I’ve seen worst but for the amount paid should be cleaner

Staff was friendly & polite, and the public parts of the hotel were clean. Check in/check out was quick & easy. Our room was poor/average-definitely in need of some upkeep. The shower rod brackets were barely hanging in the wall, and the curved shower rod spun in the brackets to the point it hung low & the shower curtain would slide to the middle of the rod. The bathroom was clean & spacious. There were several questionable stains on the carpet in our room. The beds were very squeaky, and the pillows flattened quickly. The lights, tv, fridge, outlets, HVAC all worked. We had a nice desk with a lamp. Linens were soft & clean 🙂 Our double queen bed room was stocked with 2 bath towels (no hand towels and no washcloths) and when I requested a hand towel from the front desk I was told they had no hand towels or washcloths, & was given 2 more bath towels. The walls were pretty thin-or noise carries throughout the hotel. We heard people in the hall knocking on doors & arguing loudly in the middle of the night & early morning. Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. We did not use the pool or gym. We’ve stayed at Country Inn & Suites before, and none have been in such dire need of general upkeep as this one. If you need an inexpensive quick stop hotel, this will be just fine 🙂 If you’re looking for anything more than that, keep looking.

Dirty hallways, staff wasn’t as nice, when I arrived to my room which was a 2 queen bedroom it only had 1 towel & as soon as I request some more he brought out only 1 more & I had to tell him to provide me with more since I have 2 kids, dirty pool, kids running up & down the hallways at 12am at night, not enough water pressure to shower, overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
