Room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well-stocked. Restaurant and room service prices were very reasonable. Food was very good and great serving sizes. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The pool area was a nice size for the property. There was quite a bit of work being done on the pool deck and surround balcony areas that caused some noise during the day - it wasn't horrible but it was slightly annoying. The adjoining public beach is lovely but is a significant walk (about 80+ stair-steps down) from the property - and you have to carry your chairs (provided by the hotel) down, which is a pain. I was offered the opportunity to attend the Vacation Club presentation but wasn't pressured. I opted for a pedicure at the spa. The spa is pretty basic - you have to walk through some uglier areas of the property to get to it and it's under a cabana outside. No running water, so the water for my foot bath was heated by an electric kettle. Not posh, but also not expensive. My first appointment was canceled due to rain since it was basically outside. There are some basic poolside activities. I would stay here again when looking for relaxing poolside days but probably wouldn't bring my 30-ish-year old kids or small children who might want more activities.

The staff are the most important part of this property- everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable if a little dated- well equipped kitchen - groceries nearby. Infinity pools are very nice. Great swim up bar with daily specials , great staff and fun activities if you like to participate. Estrella restaurant is great! Don’t miss the pizza/pasta buffet night. Best pizza I’ve had in Cabo! If your feeling decadent.. try the Baja Fries and the hot dog. Muy bien! Will be happy to return. The only negative was our room was right next to a large A/C unit - too noisy to sit on the deck but didn’t matter as the pool areas are great. Don’t miss the spa- open air - looking out at the ocean. Judy gave outstanding massages and a pedicure! Looking forward to next time !

Fue una estancia maravillosa, todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable, solo en restaurant nos trataron muy diferente a nosotras mexicanas que a los demás comensales extranjeros, muy marcada la indiferencia en atención por parte de la mesera. La vista desde la habitación inmejorable¡¡ Vimos ballenas varias veces. El gimnasio excelente, el bar en la alberca muy agradable. Con seguridad volveré pero sin usar el restaurant.

Loved the location, with views of Land's End from the resort, the exclusive beach, and it's proximity to Cabo San Lucas. Great fitness center and a fun game room. Good poolside service. Great daily activities. The resort's size was perfect, too. Not too large, but large enough.

There are a lot of choices in Cabo to stay depending on your budget and what you want to experience. We are in our 50’s so we prefer to stay from Médano beach. If you’re young and want the energy and craziness stay in Medano beach. What we like about this resort and we are not an owner but it’s our first choice to book. The staff is great and each year we see the same staff and they remember us. The rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, laundry so great for a family. We go to local stores shop so we make some food and they have 2 gas grills. So for a family we save on our food bill. The main pool has great view of the arch and swim up bar if you choose to drink or order food. They have 2 hot tubs well maintained and a private cove. They give you free beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. It may not be your bougie or how ever you spell it as some. But it 10-12 minutes from downtown or 35+ to easy cape. My only issue now is when booking through an online service is the resorts charge a resort fee. I wish they would just all publish rates with all fees included versus the awe ha moment and surprise! We stay here 2-3 times a year and it’s just our go to. Price, value, location and staff. If you stay say hi Angel at the swim up bar class act he’s been there for 15 years!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It offers excellent amenities including a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, game room, several bars, and a well-equipped gym. My garden view room was spacious and comfortable, featuring two TVs, a king-sized bed, plenty of kitchenware, and a washer and dryer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There is a supermarket about a five-minute drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up groceries. You will need to take an Uber or arrange transportation to get there. A few things could be improved. For domestic travelers, transportation to the hotel was not clearly communicated, and the assigned contact was slow to respond to emails. Also, the bathroom door locks are not very user friendly. They are a bit tricky and not ideal for families with kids. The beach right next to the hotel is stunning, but be aware that the tides can be strong. If you are looking for calmer waters, it is worth exploring other beaches in the area.

The location is magnificent! Our balcony overlooked the Pacific Ocean with a perfectly hung hammock! All the staff we met including restaurant and pool staff were wonderful!! Friendly warm and efficient. They made our stay a joy! Restaurant was good -especially breakfast buffet. Pool was lovely and clean Our unit however was very dated and could use a good scrubbing. I could not use ceiling fan because it was caked with dust! 😔

The staff is great. We enjoyed the resorts weekday activities! The pool tables are a fun touch. We used the snorkel gear, my husband loved it. The views are amazing, the food and the drinks were delicious. The hotel food prices are US pricing. The room was huge! The only downside was asking the concierge for room service (cleaning). We were told at check in it's supposed to happen every other day. Our room was cleaned twice in the 8 days we stayed there and we had to request it to be cleaned the 7th day. The room phones also took forever to reach hotel employee's, not sure if they don't work or the staff is super busy. Otherwise everything was good. Would come back to this resort.

Amazing location but the property and room were a little run down. Can’t beat the amazing views and friendly staff. However our room had many issues of neglect. The bathroom door couldn’t latch closed, the shower rod was broken and coming out of the wall where a few screws had broken tiles. There were also a few cockroaches. The amenities were good, but the pool had several sport where tile had fallen off and not been replaced.

Very quiet area. Staff is great. Wi-fi could be better especially if you need to stay connected to work. Toilets are nice and clean but they just don’t flush great. Sorry I do plumbing. But they are new.
Very quiet area. Staff is great. Wi-fi could be better especially if you need to stay connected to work. Toilets are nice and clean but they just don’t flush great. Sorry I do plumbing. But they are new.

I liked the view from my room, and the small vibe of the property. the staff were amazingly kind and attentive. my only complaint is furniture in rooms is old, and sofa bed rickety and uncomfortable. fridge in room was not cold but broken.

Stayed with the family and my mom in the penthouse - 2504P- fantastic views of the garden and the ocean. 1600+ sqft place, lots and lots of space and extremely comfortable. The food was decent, slightly on the expensive side but nothing to rave about either. Proximity to CSL helped since it was only a $8 under ride in and out.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It offers excellent amenities including a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, game room, several bars, and a well-equipped gym. My garden view room was spacious and comfortable, featuring two TVs, a king-sized bed, plenty of kitchenware, and a washer and dryer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There is a supermarket about a five-minute drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up groceries. You will need to take an Uber or arrange transportation to get there. A few things could be improved. For domestic travelers, transportation to the hotel was not clearly communicated, and the assigned contact was slow to respond to emails. Also, the bathroom door locks are not very user friendly. They are a bit tricky and not ideal for families with kids. The beach right next to the hotel is stunning, but be aware that the tides can be strong. If you are looking for calmer waters, it is worth exploring other beaches in the area.

Our family of 4 stayed at Sirena Del Mar at the 2 bedroom penthouse. We came before check-in time and we were granted early check-in. Our room was spacious, had a kitchen, living room, the beds were king size and the bathrooms were large. There was a hot tub in the terrace but we opted to use the ones in the common areas. I really loved the master’s bedroom bathroom and the marble floor of the entire apartment. They also have supplies for guests that you can ask for like slippers. The unit is stocked with supplies like plates, utensils, coffeemaker. There is a washer & dryer in our room. The view from our room was gorgeous, ocean view and you can see the famous arch from a distance. The staff are very helpful, and accommodating like Mariel who helped book our activities, Sebastian who checked us in, waiters in the restaurant Estrella. My husband was very impressed with the food especially the ceviche. For the 4 days that we were there, we enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs. They also had a theme/activity/show every night, it was never boring! There was Mexican fiesta, live band, even a fire show performance. The Saturday when we left there was a listing of activities for young & old. I also liked that the property is gated and there is always a man or woman who allows people to come in; so we felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel. They are very responsive to guests’ needs. The hotel is fairly close to the Marina, to Medano Beach, Chileno Beach, and Palmilla Beach.

Hotel had a boutique feel which I liked. The units had everything you could ask for (washer, dryer, kitchen, safe, nice bathroom a beautiful balcony). The staff were excellent and food was best we had in Cabo. Enjoyed the entertainment and location of hotel. Loved, loved, loved the beach. Kudos Hyatt!!

This newly-acquired Hyatt property needs some improvements outside and in. The staff were friendly and functional, but concierge messed up our 25rh-anniversary dinner reservation at the nearby Rosa Negra restaurant. Will probably give them another try after some time goes by.

The staff and property exceeded our expectations. We felt invited in as family and really enjoyed the pool, restaurant and surrounding area. Leon, Antonio, Razeli and Edgar were all amazing and were always friendly and fun. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Silvia at the concierge was so amazing. She helped make our Hyatt stay wonderful. There isn’t a bad view at this place and the private beach gave my fam the full island style experience. The staff is great with Rufo and Jorge mixing drinks at the pool, Edgar’s continuos polite greetings at the front and Jonas on the mic running activities. Not even there a full week and they remember our names. If there was one thing I would change are the couch beds. More than comfy for 2 people but just alright for the other 2 that have to sleep on the couch bed. Overall, great place to stay in Cabo, quiet and relaxing

Stunning views, friendly staff, good food and live music in the evening. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. There’s a store close by but better to Uber as it’s across a busy 4 lane hwy. Water in the shower didn’t get very warm.

Beautiful small resort. Great views. Convenient transportation downtown and to stores with Uber. Great welcoming staff. Bellmen Jayro and Francisc were particularly helpful and friendly. Great semiprivate beach next door. If you’re looking for loud throbbing music and crazy pool parties, this is not the place.

There are a lot of choices in Cabo to stay depending on your budget and what you want to experience. We are in our 50’s so we prefer to stay from Médano beach. If you’re young and want the energy and craziness stay in Medano beach. What we like about this resort and we are not an owner but it’s our first choice to book. The staff is great and each year we see the same staff and they remember us. The rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, laundry so great for a family. We go to local stores shop so we make some food and they have 2 gas grills. So for a family we save on our food bill. The main pool has great view of the arch and swim up bar if you choose to drink or order food. They have 2 hot tubs well maintained and a private cove. They give you free beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. It may not be your bougie or how ever you spell it as some. But it 10-12 minutes from downtown or 35+ to easy cape. My only issue now is when booking through an online service is the resorts charge a resort fee. I wish they would just all publish rates with all fees included versus the awe ha moment and surprise! We stay here 2-3 times a year and it’s just our go to. Price, value, location and staff. If you stay say hi Angel at the swim up bar class act he’s been there for 15 years!

Room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well-stocked. Restaurant and room service prices were very reasonable. Food was very good and great serving sizes. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The pool area was a nice size for the property. There was quite a bit of work being done on the pool deck and surround balcony areas that caused some noise during the day - it wasn't horrible but it was slightly annoying. The adjoining public beach is lovely but is a significant walk (about 80+ stair-steps down) from the property - and you have to carry your chairs (provided by the hotel) down, which is a pain. I was offered the opportunity to attend the Vacation Club presentation but wasn't pressured. I opted for a pedicure at the spa. The spa is pretty basic - you have to walk through some uglier areas of the property to get to it and it's under a cabana outside. No running water, so the water for my foot bath was heated by an electric kettle. Not posh, but also not expensive. My first appointment was canceled due to rain since it was basically outside. There are some basic poolside activities. I would stay here again when looking for relaxing poolside days but probably wouldn't bring my 30-ish-year old kids or small children who might want more activities.

A can of coke is more expensive than a beer. And the don't let you bring your own water to the pool. You have to purchase a bottle that is way over priced. The food is nice but not worth what they charge.

Restaurant is pricey and mediocre, only one restaurant, just to give an example because i know a lot of the reviews mentioned that the restaurant was expensive (family of 4, 3 plates of fish tacos, 1 fajita burrito , 2 regular drinks, 4 alcoholic beverages of mezcal= $270. Eat next door, food is delicious (family of 4, 1 steak and lobster, 1 lobster and shrimp, tortilla soup, oysters, white fish with vegetables, 4 regular drinks, 2 alcoholic beverages $170) Would not recommend based on restaurant. The Good: This resort is small in size and well maintained. Compared to other I have been to in the area, it is quite peaceful and relaxing. There’s a small beach nearby that is easily accessed from the resort via a walkway and spiral staircase. If it’s a reasonably calm day, you cam snorkel in the water there and see a good variety of fish. During our visit in late February / early March we could see whales right from our room balcony. Bring binoculars. The staff are generally friendly and very accommodating here. There were a few solicitations for time share presentations, but not overly pushy. The room itself was very nice. We had an ocean view suite which came with a serviceable kitchen, fridge with ice maker and a small washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The Not so Good: The one restaurant on the resort is expensive. I don’t feel the quality of the food in line with the high cost. We were admonished for bringing water in an insulated bottle to drink by the pool, being told that “the bar sells water”. This policy seems, well, blatantly greedy. If you are looking for a quieter place with beautiful views and well appointed rooms, you will like it here. The main drawback for us was the cost of food and drink.
The Good: This resort is small in size and well maintained. Compared to other I have been to in the area, it is quite peaceful and relaxing. There’s a small beach nearby that is easily accessed from the resort via a walkway and spiral staircase. If it’s a reasonably calm day, you cam snorkel in the water there and see a good variety of fish. During our visit in late February / early March we could see whales right from our room balcony. Bring binoculars. The staff are generally friendly and very accommodating here. There were a few solicitations for time share presentations, but not overly pushy. The room itself was very nice. We had an ocean view suite which came with a serviceable kitchen, fridge with ice maker and a small washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The Not so Good: The one restaurant on the resort is expensive. I don’t feel the quality of the food in line with the high cost. We were admonished for bringing water in an insulated bottle to drink by the pool, being told that “the bar sells water”. This policy seems, well, blatantly greedy. The beach was rocky and inconvenient to get to and especially so for anyone with limited mobility. No chairs or umbrellas. Have to take own down yourself. One restaurant with limited menu.

Es un hotel de tiempo compartido donde te rentan las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas más sin embargo en mi opinión una cocina en tu habitación podría ser muy conveniente cuando viejas con mucha familia y buscas la comodidad económica para no consumir en los restaurantes de la zona pero para parejas que buscan un fin de semana romántico conocer la oferta culinaria y actividades divertidas es innecesario tener una cocina. los televisores son muy antiguos y tienes que bajar a recepción a pedir un Roku entiendo que no vacaciono para ver televisión pero una peli después de una comida en un entorno donde la temperatura ambiente sube a los 42 grados Celsius y más. es imposible estar en la alberca a mediodía en mi opinión el costo beneficio está muy disparejo es un hermoso hotel sin acceso a la playa con alberca panorámica

The resort is great, and I highly recommend it! My only complaint is that the food and drinks at the hotel are WAY too expensive. The restaurant at the resort has mediocre food at best, which is unfortunate because everything else about the property is so good. They also have some of the lowest restaurant ratings in the area. Paying $16 for a drink at the pool is just too much when you can go into town and pay around $6 for the same drink. Other than that, the resort is awesome. The staff is great, the property is very clean and well maintained, and all of the bartenders were on point and actually took the time to remember your name. We loved the place and would definitely consider going back. We just wouldn’t plan on eating or drinking on the property next time.

We are not part of the time share part of the resort. However this is one of our go to resorts when we travel to Cabo. The property is perfectly located maybe 12 minutes to Medano beach and harbor. However it’s just far away enough where you don’t deal with all the busyness of downtown. The resort is safe, staff is been awesome and the rooms are perfect especially for families. We love the main infinity pool that gives you a perfect view of the infamous arch with a great swim up bar. The rooms have kitchen and what I love is outdoor gas bbq to cook while looking at the ocean. It might not be Leblanc but for value, location it checks all the boxes.
