There is no towel rail in the bathroom so you have wet towels in the morning- no Fridge in the room so you can keep nothing cold - the coffee machine is so slow and the pour so poor - I chose to drink hot chocolate but it was not replaced - the breakfast was average and service slow - for me not great

We had a fantastic stay at Chapter House. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Main Street with plenty of great food options nearby. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when the wine tram was fully booked. They took the time to explain our options, which we really appreciated. We opted for the tuk tuk instead and would highly recommend it. It was great fun, picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel, and was even cheaper than the tram.
